For now, keep the rocket launcher and somewhere down the line you can earn a Rail Gun with Req points, if that’s fine. I just didn’t want people to start off as essentially op figures in the game :P
While your sheet is mainly good, I will only allow you to have either the Rocket Launcher or the Rail Gun, not both. Additionally, you will have to nick the full-auto part of the DMR if you would like to keep the Explosive Warheads.
On another side note; since I don’t allow players to have a power weapon at the start of the game, ONI will keep the rocket until there is an express need for it.
Going for magic may be strange if I go for Incantation (mostly given that Incantations are what triggers a magical effect) so perhaps we could split the magic portfolio?

Their Sphere: Sanvādam - The Realm of Talk (below the Surface of Galbar, relatively close to the core)
This Realm is one of empty talk, conversations happening with no source and knowledge being spread where there is none. Sanvādam is a Chthonic realm of nothing, nothing but the floating words to plague the beings that would dare enter it. There is no landscape, no light but the reflection of one’s own being below them. Echoes come from the reflection, some may hear other words that they had not spoken and others may see themselves farther ahead, always facing away when looked at, mirror the movement of the host's body. They will continue to wonder endlessly until Vākk summons them for conversation, even then it is simply darkness with the maddening whispers of voices.
From this Sphere comes talk of all kind, some would believe it to be the source of talk itself given how someone will swear that they hear a word only to turn and not hear anything. The occasional word is hardly able to reach Galbar, making the effect someone null given the occasional voice reaching the surface. Yet, the deeper to the core, and the closer to the sphere one gets, even in the safety of another, is more likely to hear this infectious spread of talk and conversation. Should a connection be made, more and more voices will spread into the realm and be able to reach the surface more quickly as echoes. Such echoes are incapable of speaking anything other than random gibberish, however, should these echoes be imbued with a soul, then they will be able to hold proper conversation.

Portfolio: Speech
The power of speech is something that is gifted upon only those who Vakk finds worthy, and with it, they may talk, pray, beg for mercy, or hold a fantastic conversation. With this gift, rituals may be held, peace talks can reign, or words of blood and carnage can spill over the lands. It is with the power of speech that Vakk will hold a conversation to last all eternity and make sure that no voice goes unheard. However, this is also a gift he may revoke should those abuse this power, not able to hold a conversation or hear fantastic poem and song. An age of silence will be dawned upon those unworthy of such power, an unholy silence which Vakk would keep to himself.
Additionally, speech may affect the emotions of mortals, sway even the most kind-hearted to a life of evil. Deceitful and ever questionable, speech is what allows the charismatic to get away with whatever they may want; power and fame, or even cause their audience to swoon. There is nothing a good speech cannot solve.

Persona: Vākk has a calm, if not meticulously calculating, nature about him. With no concern for good nor evil, Vākk has no care for squabbling over useless things, so long as he can focus on conjuring his words and allowing himself to be solitary. If one were to ask what he truly cared about, he would answer cryptically and inevitably confuse one on a simple answer; his words. Despite this needlessly complex nature, Vakk is a somewhat benevolent god and will tend to answer a request from any being, if not to just get them away from his presence so that he may focus.
Should one linger too long, however, Vakk will quickly grow impatient and will become outwardly hostile. He holds no qualms with attacking distractions and annoyances, regardless of they had previously been an ally or enemy, as he holds no attachment to anything other than his words. With this nature, it is no doubt that he would prefer to stay out of the affairs of his brethren, or even the universe he had been summoned to. In fact, he views the Architect as a fool and will openly say so, at least while inside the safety of his realm and without the Architect around. Concerning his realm, Vakk is almost needlessly compelled to know all that would be in it, wanting to know the inside and out of what steps into the black abyss of his home. This curious nature does not extend to his godly brethren though, for when it comes to beings of divine origin, he will give but one glance and formulate what finalized thoughts he has about that being. His mind seldom changes his mind on his views of things.
That is not to say that Vakk is without fear, for it he is confronted by a foe that he knows is radically stronger than him, he will become a coward. Yet, this is a rare emotion as he never expects something other than the Architect to be more powerful than him as he underestimates the capabilities of his peers. He exudes arrogance when he is certain of things, believing that he is the most intelligent being to grace the realm, even though he is simply a master of words.
He is a true artist.
Appearance/Form: It is hard to describe the being that is Vakk. The most prominent feature of his being is the singular large mouth with sharpened teeth. There are no lips over his mouth, instead, three flaps that surround his head, one over the top of his head and the others on either side that extend outwards a significant distance. A large majority of his body is a singular tube that eventually splits into long, slender tendril which he can use to grip things.
Very ugly.

“There is much talk, but not all words must be spoken. I shall talk, and you shall listen.”
The Human-Covenant War, a long brutal crusade to exterminate the human race by the will of the Hierarchs of the Covenant, ended in the year 2552 while official hostilities would continue until 2553. The war resulted in an estimated death of 23 billion human lives with many of their planets having been glassed by the Covenant threat. The Sangheili split within the Covenant, the Great Schism, caused the collapse of this threat and allowed for Humanity to come out victorious. Yet, even five years into the future, there has been little forgiveness from the humans and the Sangheili have still believed that the humans are still an enemy.
ONI, the secretive organization that masterminded many events such as the infamous SPARTAN-II Program and many assassination attempts against Thel’Vadam, otherwise known as the Arbiter. The things that ONI has done is long and numerous, many of them to be struck from the record and others to be publicized for the masses. One such is Task Force Conglomerate, an interspecies Task Force to show that Humanity is willing to work with other species, rather than reject and be hostile. However, with funds being allocated to more important tasks and operations, coupled with the fact that not many within ONI were entirely onboard anyways, it seemed that the existence of this Task Force would be short lived.
Then, mysteriously, an unknown person offered money and supplies solely for the Task Force. Miraculously, ONI took the offer, yet, no one would ever know the details of the mysterious entity that is funding the program, other than the ONI higher ups. Not long after these funds had been acquired, ONI commissioned an Impulse-class stealth frigate, the UNSC Fortitude South, to act as the mobile headquarters for the Task Force.
The date is currently February 21st, 2558, with the UNSC Fortitude South travelling though slipspace on its path towards the Verent.
You find yourself busy at work, maintaining your MA5D in preparation for the mission to come. Lost in thought, you could remember being assigned to Task Force Conglomerate, not of your own accord and certainly not with any of your own opinions being asked. As you are cleaning your weapon, you can remember very vividly the conversation that you had about your assignment.
“The funder has specifically requested that you be a part of this force. You will be monitored based on your actions, and should things going well enough that you will be compensated greatly for your efforts within the Office of Naval Intelligence. Of course, once your time there is up, you will be given the option to stay as a part of the Task Force, should you desire.”
At least you knew that if things didn't turn out to your interest, you could leave when you were given the option. However, knowing ONI, they would not tell you when that would or what that compensation would even be. Best to focus on the present.
Running a hand against the back of your head, you felt the burned ends of your feather and a pang of destroyed pride in your heart. It had been many years since the incident, but it still hurt and you could still feel the flames burning away at your feathers. At least you survived, but at what cost?
You felt the need to have some of your infusion, but ONI had explicitly gave you instructions to avoid using the substance when there is a mission that needs to be done. It was a very different feeling than it had been when you were in the Covenant as they would allow the recreational use at virtually any time, one of the only good things they have done for you.
You took your hand away from the back of your head before looking towards you weapons, particularly towards the carbine. If the time was right, it was almost time to deploy soon.
You felt anger, anger towards ONI for not yet giving you the vengeance you desires, and anger towards the humans aboard the ship for taking away your hammer. They had continued to tell you that it was for “Safety and mental well being for the crew” but clearly none of them trusted you. HOwever, you could understand, as you were once an enemy to them, the memories of slaughter and joyful destruction washed away the anger for the moment.
You gazed over at your trophies, those were the truly good times. Now look at yourself, working for the weak human garbage that littered the galaxy. A grunt left your mouth before grabbing for your maulers.
A loud intercom noise went over the ship, catching the attention of the crew members and the few members of the Task Force. “Members of Task Force Conglomerate please report to the bridge, I repeat: members of Task Conglomerate please report to the bridge for briefing.”
The doors to each member’s room opened automatically, each private room neighborred each other. Now it was time for the squad members to properly meet each other.
