Ah, anyway, I had Ascot try diplomacy first, after further reading your post.
As he followed Edward, Ascot saw Bea 'harassing' Lily and Hinako, even to the point of allowing her true apperance to appear briefly, and decided to make his presence known in response. Unfurling his red-orange wings, he made a literal flying leap, a leap that would end up behind Bea unless she moved to intercept. If she did intercept, however, Ascot would already have his 'Shield of the Heavens' flaring up, enveloping him in an oval of force that might - might - deflect tentacles or other appendages. Noticing that Bea's true apperance was something that would drive most people insane, Ascot extended his calming aura, hopefully lessening the effects of whatever Lily and Hinako saw.
"Can we please not scare the other students?" Ascot decided to try diplomacy at the last moment. "I am willing to believe that you are here under a flag of truce, but quite frankly, frightening other students does not prove that you would be." His eyes would then flare with literal holy fire, glowing with flames that would not scorch his retinas.
"Ms...schoolmate, please state what you came to this school for, and any answer other than to learn about this world and other people, and refraining from destroying the latter, will end up with you being consumed with Holy Fire." Ascot's wings were still extended, glowing brightly with celestial energy.

@Rune_Alchemist, Ascot will think you're sexually harassing Lily and Hinako, and attempt to burniate you with Holy Fire, which thankfully won't harm people he considers allies, meaning that Lily and Hinako won't be burnt.
@Rune_Alchemist, fair warning: Ascot will blast Bea with Holy Fire if he thinks it'll help Edward.
