Current Two days ago, Noble Arms is indisputably four years old, spread out across three threads, and the third thread is still ongoing and about to reach the endgame...

Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

I might not be able to RP tomorrow, or even the day after tomorrow.

Mass Effect: Seraphim Post

Lokea smirked a little, dimming down the volume just a little to where she can tone it out easily, but can hear important info if necessary. She turned to Ashton. "You did the decryption, right?" If given an affirmative answer, she would smile underneath her helmet and give him a thumbs up. "Good work, kid. Figured you were here for a good reason."

Indeed, Ashton had nodded, before saying slightly smugly, "See? This is why you guys needed me."

"How many Blue Suns did our glorious employer say there was again?" Elijah asked through the group comms.

"Two hundred!" Ashton shouted in reply, "And twenty Mechs!"

Ashton had noticed the Geth coming out of the box and then cloaking itself, and the two enemy Mechs closest to said Geth turning against their Blue Suns Masters. This gave him an idea; Geth were essentially bot-programs that interact with each other to form a conciousness, right? And it was spending a percentage of said conciousness to maintain its control over the enemy Mechs, right? Well, Ashton had a plan to lift its burdens.

In a short message to the Geth Platform, Ashton said, I am going to open a link to the two Mechs you control; with their cyber-defenses compromised, I will be able to send a river of... spambots that will take the place of your programs in controlling them. Then you can withdraw your programs and use them on two other machines instead, which will compromise their cyber-defenses and allow me to send in more spambots and computer viruses, which in turn will allow you to use your programs once more. Rinse and Repeat. Give me an 'affirmative' if you agree.

As for Flame, he was still guarding Ashton with his life, but with Lokea keeping out most enemies, his part in the battle was to use his Biotics to swat away bullets that came close to him and Ashton. He would then say to White Glint through the comms, "You're Ex-What?! Of what kind?! Were you enslaved by them or did you fight for those people freely?!"

Hopefully it's the former, Flame did not like Cerberus.
I am going to take a break from RPing here for the next two days.
@Sgt Vandingo's words are confirmed.
Mass Effect: Seraphim Post

The battle was starting, and Ashton quickly began using the increased computing power of his personal computer and the office's own devices to hack into the nearby camera feed, showing the point of entry of the Blue Suns troopers - A frontal assault, really?. He double-checked to see if anyone was trying to flank the control tower through the catwalks or other approaches to the building; there were none for now. Perfect.

A few light presses of his keyboard later, and he was getting the hang of the network used by the Blue Suns for this operation. The next few split-seconds involved him finding a hole in their cyber-security and sneaking into their online networks.

Now came the fun part; a good student of computer and programming history knew what web-bots were; automated programs designed for a specific function. These web-bots, if used right, saved a computer specialist a lot of work by removing the need for micromanagement. Why was this important, because Ashton had created several custom bots, including one designed to enter individual comm devices and relay their transmissions to his personal computer and omni-tool. That was how he had escaped the group trying to enslave him in the first place.

With a swipe of the touchscreen, several copies of those bots were sent into the omni-tools used by the Blue Suns troops, exponentially multiplying until every communications device was infected.

At a flash, Ashton's computer began flashing with pop-ups of each message that the Blue Suns Soldiers sent to each other; every aspect of their communications was open. Using the contact info he had been given by Cicero, Alexis, and the Mysterious Intruder, he began sending them and the rest of the group copies of the already-sent messages with a one-second delay; a small precaution just in case one of the three was a traitor.

He was so busy arranging this that he had forgotten about the Lifting Mech he had used as a fortification for the rest of the mercs until the Blue Suns had reached it. A few presses of the keyboard later, and the normally sedate machine was tossing Blue Suns mercs high, while crushing others with its huge feet. This was his moment, even though the boy knew that the enemy had not yet begun to fight.
@AzenExile@FalloutJack@Landaus Five-One@Metatrooper@Scribe of Thoth@Sgt Vandingo@Selvariabell@Senhara@Neozeon0083@ArmorPlated:

Okay, people, what we need now is for a collab between Vandingo and FalloutJack to have Zahra be incapacitated, and a collab between Senhara and Metatrooper to close off the battle! Then we can begin the second Intermission!
Mass Effect: Seraphim Post

Ashton typed back to the mysterious intruder, saying, Thank you, and I will pass on the contact info to the others. And I must say, I like your style.

He turned to the others, "We also have someone who's crashed the party and is willing to help us fight the Blue Suns behind their lines. Let me pass his contact info." With that, he passed the mysterious intruder's information to the rest of the group, before turning to Lokea, "Affirmative; I'm staying close to you."

The boy then looked at the surprised-looking Elijah, before opening his mouth to address the soldier, only to find Alexis introducing herself first. Thankfully, another opportunity to exposit came when another human mercenary introduced himself.

Talking to Robert, Ashton said, "Yes; our employer says we're going to be attacked by two hundred Blue Suns Soldiers with aerial support and we're holing up in the control center behind us to have a better chance."

Pursuing his lips, Ashton continued, "My alias is Aegis, by the way. I'm a sixteen-year-old security specialist; and yes, that includes mundane security as well as cyber-security. My companion, the other kid, is Flame; we just met. As for the Batarian, his name is Cicero, the Asari is Lokea, the female human already introduced herself, and there are a few others of note; chief among them a mysterious fellow hacker who's promised to help us fight off the Blue Suns from behind their lines."

It wasn't clear as to whether Ashton saw the Turian duo or the Quarian engineer; he wasn't omniscient, after all. "And yes, we've all met for the first time."
Flame Brooks

Flame blinked at that; so the candles that Doctor Donovan gave them were safe, but he was in possession of ones that were very clearly not. In short, it was Doctor Donovan's candles that had killed them in past time-loops, but there was an increasing probability that it was not Doctor Donovan himself who had used them. A look at Aki, then Chieko again, before Flame turned to the departing Quill, who was now the number one suspect in past attempts at murder.

He thought of intercepting her, but decided that the risk was too great for too little returns. So he would just settle for watching her and waiting for her to come back - Which she inevitably would.

Ashton Andrews

"Yuuki!" Ashton cried out, surprised once more at seeing the other boy die. He knew that there'd be another reset, that Yuuki would come back. But that didn't make the sight of the death much harder to swallow. Nevertheless, he knew this; if not for Aer's presence - and Wisp's - they would all be dead instead of only Yuuki. So turning to Hiro and Aerith, Ashton said, "We should stay close to Aer and Wisp. Also, if any of you know how to use the weapons they threw at us, perhaps you can pick some of them up?"

Looking around, he assessed the battlefield; they were in a perfectly ordinary road with rows of buildings to the left and right, all potential ambush spots. And there was a little killer at the centre of the road.

The young man turned to Wisp. "That little hooded girl is more than she seems; can you send a few warning fireballs her way?!"
What timeline?

Basically, the whole concept of having the others' battles occur at the same time as the Sahaquiel/Alexander fight and unable to interfere in it and the aforementioned fight ending later than the other characters' actions.
@AzenExile@FalloutJack@Landaus Five-One@Metatrooper@Scribe of Thoth@Sgt Vandingo@Selvariabell@Senhara@Neozeon0083@ArmorPlated:

Guys, I've talked with Vandingo/Vanda, and I think that we've been too limiting on you guys. Don't get me wrong, consistency is important and too many collab posts mean that players can't interfere in each others' fights, but I have to admit it; we've been managing you guys too closely. So effective from this day, we will be scrapping the 'timeline' we've talked about on Discord and letting you guys go wild.

The only request we ask is that if you make a collab post, ask around first if any character has a vested interest in interfering and if said character's player wants to interfere. That way, you won't lock away other players too much.

ArmorPlated, Neozeon, this means that you can deploy your Mecha now if you are still interested in joining the game. Note that I still want the first battle to end soon so that we can all get character development out of battle.
