Hey @lmpkio GL with the Overwatch RP. I'd join if I wasn't so pissed at Blizzard and distancing myself from everything they do. xD I learned about what goes on behind their closed doors and uh... lets just say they aren't that much better than a chinese sweatshop, except they are far more dishonest. Employee retention average is about 2 months, its really bad. And boy the unethical or borderline illegal things they do...

Abilities:

Neutral Ability: Double Jump

- Thanks to boot thrusters on the bottom of his boots, Robin is able to make a second jump in mid-air, whether it's to avoid an incoming projectile or to jump to higher locations. It can only thrust upwards as high as his initial jump, so he can jump high enough to be able to grab onto the next story of a building.

Weapon Ability 1: Blaster Fire

- Robin's weapon is a futuristic gun-sword hybrid, named Red-Eye, and as the name implies, it can be used as a gun, or rather a semi-automatic blaster rifle. It fires 8 shots per round before needing to reload.

Weapon Ability 2: Sword

- Robin's weapon is a futuristic gun-sword hybrid, named Red-Eye, and as the name implies, it can also be used as a sword. The sword has a good reach, but it's slightly shorter than Genji's katana. It's used in close melee combat.

Special Ability 1: Shot-Blaster Fire

- Robin can charge up his gun to issue a shotgun blast at his opponent, issuing heavy damage at close range. Fires only three bursts before needing to reload. It can only be used when in gun form.

Special Ability 2: Rush

- Using his boots to enhance his speed, Robin gets a speed boost as he rushes towards his opponent. He stops once hitting either an enemy or wall, but cannot pass through the former. However, his initial charge can stun his opponent for 2 seconds, allowing him to slice into it with his blade. It can only be used when in sword mode.

Ultimate Ability 1: Precision Beam

- If in gun mode, Robin's ultimate has him charging up his gun, locking onto an opponent, and firing a precision beam at the targeted opponent. It can double and even triple kill if anyone is unfortunate to be directly behind the targeted opponent. It can ONLY be used in his gun mode.

Ultimate Ability 2: Beam Wave

- If in sword mode, Robin's ultimate has him hurling a long horizontal beam at its opponent. The wave can hit multiple opponents within its range and stops when it hits a wall, but does decrease its width when fitting through a door or any other opening. It can ONLY be used in his sword mode.

Personality:

Robin Davies is a cocky yet inspiring leader for his team in Deltawatch. In person, he's quite friendly to both the entire Deltawatch and Overwatch divisions, in which you can usually find him talking with one of the members. He's also extremely respectful towards the members of mother Overwatch as well, especially with Soldier 76 who saved him from being left on the streets. He also respects his teammates equally, telling them to push on, become the very best, and that they one day will be put in amongst the ranks of Overwatch.

In battle, Robin is fiercely brave, showing no fear as he is the first to enter the fray in a flash of fiery red. He is incredibly skilled in combat, showing not only his abilities with the gunsword, but also in his martial arts, easily being able to take down casual Talon soldiers with ease. He also goes out of his way to save any of his allies in getting hurt, already having saved some lives in the past. In short, Red Robin is a valiant soldier, one that will fight till the very end.

Biography:

Robin was born in a rather ordinary family in London, England. Only... it wasn't so normal as one would think. His father, Darwin Davies was a well-known and respect agent of Overwatch, going by the name of Scarlet Hawk, who happened to be in possession of a special weapon, a gun-sword hybrid to be exact. The weapon can be used as a blaster-rifle, with an added shotgun ability, as well as a fully fledged sword in battle. He called the hybrid weapon, Red-Eye. Scarlet Hawk wasn't as famous compared to the likes of say Tracer, Commander Morrison, and Reinhardt, but in London he was a national hero.

Unfortunately, when Overwatch disbanded, Scarlet Hawk stepped down and became Darwin once again. A regular someone who, while owned a job, wasn't making a whole much of money. Even Robin's mother was struggling, due to cancer and passed away several years later. Fast forward another few years later, Talon sent out Widowmaker and several soldiers to assassinate Darwin, in fears that he may be called back to the recently recalled Overwatch. They began to storm their apartment building, with Darwin grabbing Red-Eye to use it one last time in battle. The battle's conclusion was at a nearby alley way, where despite Darwin's attempts to save his son, he died to a bullet in his head.

Robin took the gunsword and fired upon the enemies in a fury, killing three soldiers in the process, two with blaster bolts and another as a sword. As he attempts to slice Widowmaker in half, the assassin fired at the weapon, knocking it out of the boy's hand. Robin was prepared to face death at the hands of the french backstabbing spider, but it never came. At the same time, the police attempted to arrest the Talon operative, which bid time for Robin to escape, now an orphan. It wasn't until a week later when he found himself in a cross fight between Overwatch and Talon, where he showed his skills by firing upon two Talon soldiers, all while using his sword mode.

This caught the attention of the team leader, Soldier 76. Recognizing the weapon Robin's father had used before him, he offered the boy a hand, straight into the comforting arms of Overwatch, eventually finding himself being trained with one of the best. After much training, he was put into Deltawatch as leader of his own team. Now he strives to protect the world from terrorist forces... and this time, he's not alone on this fight.

- Changes Robin's outer shirt and pants into a Sugilite-purple color. The gun-sword also turns to a sugilite-purple being darker to the base of the blade and lighter towards the tip. Everything else remains untouched.

- Changes Robin's clothing into the colors displayed by a Great Blue Heron. His hair turns into a light dark blue, eyes turning bright yellow, and with his bottom eyelids also earning light-blue hues. His outer shirt and pants turn white on the front half, but greyer on the back. His inner shirt turns from light grey, to greyish-blue, and his wrist guards turn dark blue. His scarf is also light blue with dark stripes. His gunsword is mostly white, but has grey replacing the red areas, with the blade sporting the color of the heron's beak, a bright orange color at the blade, and the handle part replaced by light greys and dark blue where the tubes are.

Raven

- Changes all of Robin's clothing to black, representing Brewer's Blackbird with his eyes being a very light greenish color. His shirt has a glossy shade to it, revealing some faint shiny green, blues, and purples when exposed to direct sunlight. His gunsword is mostly black, while having lightish-grey hues replacing the red, and the blade also being a glossy black.

- Robin wears a body suit that has the colors and patterns of Britain's national flag.

- Robin wears a full British redcoat uniform used during the American Revolutionary War from 1776 - 1783, including the hat. His gun-sword turns into a musket-variant, being able to turn into a bayonet instead of a sword.

Heliox is equipped with thrusters on his back that allows him to fly in the air for a maximum of 10 seconds while using all its available power.

Weapon Ability: Rapid Fire/Charged Shot

Using his BG-034 pulse rifle, Heliox can fire a volley of plasma lasers upon his enemy. He can also charge it to issue a single shot that is larger shot and deals more damage.

Special Ability 1: Flamethrower

In close quarters, Heliox has a built in flamethrower inside his left wrist and can use it to fry anyone that gets too close. Water and ice can drench the fire however.

Special Ability 2: Invisibility

Heliox can cloak himself to get out of danger and render himself invisible to the naked eye and high-tech sensors. However, once being damaged or when using his weapon or offensive abilities will cancel the effect. If you happen to touch him by coincidence, your touch will reveal part of his body. A rather loud crackling sound can be heard while becoming visible, announcing his presence.

Ultimate Ability: Exterminate

Going into an enraged stage, Heliox's systems go overboard as his eyes flare crimson red and goes berserk. He's faster, more agile, and does twice the damage when going for melee attacks. This lasts for 10 seconds until he reverts back to normal.

Personality:
Heliox was designed and built for one thing. To kill. As a result, not much emotion is present within him. He is a cold and merciless omnic with no remorse. He's brutal and terrifyingly intelligent, using all of his weapons and abilities all to the maximum level, allowing him to almost always succeed in his missions. He is also loyal and obedient towards Talon, having been reprogramed to work for them, but has been given the mercy to have a free mind, making him be able to think and act solely on his own, at their cost of sometimes going against orders. He will do whatever it takes to see his enemy or anyone’s to be eliminated.

The year is 2085, just five years after Initiation: Recall at Watchpoint: Gibraltar, and the war with the heroic Overwatch Organization against the terrorist forces led by the infamous Talon Group is at its highest peak. Both sides are exchanging heavy blows towards one another, from blowing up bases of operations, to taking out various members, yet they remain locked in a bitter stalemate. No matter what they do, no matter how hard they try to push in to break it, they are always pushed back to square one, forcing to rethink their strategy. Some even say that this war can never be won and that this will forever be an eternal conflict, if not estimating an end in the very far future.

However, that might just change... within the favor of Overwatch. Recently, the organization created a separate division to recruit new and youthful recruitments, dedicated in helping to stop the conflict, known as Deltawatch. While this idea isn't entirely new, as was the creation of the covert ops Blackwatch was formed back during the Omnic Crisis and First Terrorist War, this organization was much more user-friendly and is a force that's under the watchful eye of their parent organization. Deltawatch usually participates in smaller to medium-scaled missions, mostly to appeal to the new audience, while leaving the more advanced missions to Overwatch alone.

Each new member is assigned to a team of seven, who are trained and counseled by an advisor coming straight from Overwatch itself. There are currently 6 advisors for Deltawatch, they being: Soldier 76, Reinhardt, Ana, Mercy, Torbjörn, and Tracer, with more coming in eventually. When a mission pops up, each team selects one of their recruits to form up into a mixed team and head out on their mission, sometimes supervised by one of the said advisors.

But they must be careful...

Talon has also been tightening their forces as well, recruiting more talented individuals to assist them with their cause. Many of them are extremely deadly and must not be trifled with. Deltawatch should be prepared to combat any terrorist forces that come their way, no matter how big the odds are. The race to break the stalemate has just begun. Join the fight!

Welcome to the extended universe of Overwatch! This RP takes place just several years after Recall and focuses on a youthful division known as Deltawatch. These characters will mostly be youthful teens and young adults, ranging from 16 - 25 years old, as they, along with old familiar faces, team up in order to stop the evil Talon Organization along with other terrorist threats across the globe. You can play as a Deltawatch hero (limited spots) and/or a Talon character (no limits). Hope to have 8 hero characters that can be split up to form two teams of four, going out on rather stealthy missions, with an occasional mega mix up for any epic skirmish that happens to come across. That's basically all you need to know.

You guys should know the rules already (no metagaming, god-modding, whining-like-a-lil bitch, etc), so I don't really need to go through them. The only one you need to know... is to have fun! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. Again, have fun!
