@Lord Wraith I was gonna ask about portraying Ozymandias from Watchmen. One of my favorite comic book characters but I'd feel I'd need to tinker a bit to fit it here.

I think you're correct on saying he might need a bit of tinkering but on that note you're definitely more than welcome to adapt and apply as Ozymandias.

This looks Amazing.

Though, one question that I didn't see addressed. Are Original characters allowed? Or, is it a canons only thing?

I have no qualms with the latter, but I do have a character already related to one of the ones listed.

Edited: Also, expect to see an application for Miles Morales and Shang-Chi.

Canons are the only permitted PCs, however you are able to adapt and change them to fit your needs so long as the heart and soul of the character remains the same. At the end of the day, the character should still be recognizable. There is a note in the rules about the use of original NPCs primarily in an antagonistic role but this is mainly for characters who don't have well established Rogue galleries.

Realizing that the aging Batman can't keep up with all of Gotham, Damian Wayne has devised his own Batsuit and taken to patrolling the opposite ends of the city from Bruce. Stumbling across a grisly murder, Damian is put on the trail of a new player in town and unwittingly in the path of the Joker.

HEIR OF SHADOWS

Having proven himself as an adult, Damian is visited by his mother, Talia al Ghul, who wishes her son to accompany her to Nanda Parbat. Unknown to Damian, his grandfather, the Demon's Head, Ra's al Ghul wishes to have Damian replace him as head of the League of Shadows. The idea of an army at his disposal is far too tempting for Damian to pass up and he gives into his pride and travels across the globe.

SUPPORTING CAST:

◼ BRUCE WAYNE // THE BATMAN: Damian's biological father, although unwilling genetic donor. Bruce Wayne, the Batman of Gotham was unaware of Damian's existence until Talia dropped their son on his doorstep at the age of eight. Brash, arrogant and completely overconfident, Damian immediately set his sights on Tim Drake's mantle as Robin. Training the boy, Bruce has endured a long ten years with his son, and while it was off to a rocky start, the two have developed a deep and meaningful relationship of mutual admiration and respect.

◼ ALFRED PENNYWORTH:The true protector of Wayne Manor and Damian's surrogate grandfather. Although Damian and Pennyworth have never seen eye to eye, the two developed a begrudging respect for one another over Damian's ten years of living at the Manor. While Damian, like his father, refuses to acknowledge Alfred's age and failing facilities, the sight of his most caring guardian slowly succumbing to death's cold embrace terrifies Damian more than he's willing to admit.

◼ GOLIATH: A legendary dragon bat, Goliath was discovered by Damian during one of his last trials with the League of Shadows. Having killed both parents, Damian was filled with regret and upon stumbling upon the infant dragon bat, took the creature in as his own. Raising it, Damian learned to ride upon the creature and bonded with it. Upon being sent to Gotham to live under his father's metaphorical wings, Damian released Goliath into the wild but the dragon bat remained fiercely loyal to the young boy. Always within earshot, Damian rides Goliath in the same manner that the other Robins utilize a motorcycle. His closest ally, Goliath provides Damian assistance not only in transportation but also in battle.

◼ TITUS: A present from his father upon first arriving at Wayne Manor, Titus is a Great-Dane mix who was gifted to Damian in an effort to bond. Fiercely loyal, the jet black dog rarely leaves Damian's side on the Manor's grounds and Damian tends to keep his closest friend nearby whenever possible.

◼ DOCTOR LESLIE THOMPKINS: A longtime ally of the Batman, Leslie has been operating nearly as long as Bruce himself. Running a public, not for profit clinic out of Crime Alley, Leslie has saved Bruce's life on numerous occasions as well as acting as one of the few confidants who are aware of the true identity of the Dark Knight. She and Bruce have always butted heads over his choice to involve the 'Robins' in his crusade and she especially shows disdain towards Damian due to his hotheaded and often violent methods.

◼ STEPHANIE BROWN // THE SPOILER ^(FORMERLY): Stephanie Brown is the daughter of the former villain known as the Calculator. Adopting the guise of the Spoiler, Stephanie aided Batman and then Robin, Timothy Drake in the apprehension of her father. Working alongside the dynamic duo several times after that, Stephanie found herself chasing after Timothy Drake and eventually the two began a relationship. This relationship was terminated however when Stephanie was put in harm's way. Nearly killed, Stephanie was forbidden from ever wearing a costume again as Batman outed her to her own mother to keep her safe. In an act of silent rebellion, Stephanie now aides Dr. Leslie Thompkins, the same doctor who both saved her life and who operates a clinic at the heart of Crime Alley.

◼ ???: A young girl from Park Row who found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Rescued by Damian, the son of the Bat takes an interest in the girl and begins to train her.

ANTAGONISTS:

◼ RA'S AL GHUL // THE DEMON'S HEAD: Damian's biological grandfather. Ra's Al Ghul is the Demon's Head of the League of Shadows and although he has spent many years trying to convince Batman, the Detective to take his place as Ra's rightful heir, he sees now the potential in his own grandson to far exceed the Detective.

◼ TALIA AL GHUL: Lover to the Batman and mother of Damian Wayne. Talia Al Ghul seduced and drugged Bruce Wayne nearly nineteen years ago. Extracting his DNA in the most enjoyable way possible, Talia had Damian genetically altered in order to ensure the best genes from both parents. Now, seeing the labour of her work ready to inherit both the Demon's Head and the Cowl of the Bat, Talia has begun to put the pieces of Damian's final test into play.

◼ ???: A mysterious new player in Gotham, little is known about this unsub outside of his modus operandi. Specifically targetting young woman, he seems to operate on them, mutating the skin and face until they appear almost doll-like. No surviving victims have been found yet.

◼ ???: Lurking in the shadows behind the new player is a familiar face to both Batman and Damian. Craving perfection, he has unleashed his pupil upon Gotham, waiting for his chance to step in and steal the show.

◼ THE JOKER: The archnemesis of the Batman, the Clown Prince of Crime had been missing for several years but recent crimes have been linked to his familiar modus operandi. Believing himself ready to assume the mantle of the Bat, Damian has made it his personal vendetta to take the Joker down despite warnings from allies not to interfere in the Joker's dance with the Bat.

The idea behind this proposal is hinged heavily on the supernatural and my love of supernatural procedurals such as Grimm and Angel. To this end, I've put together Angel, as based on the character from the Buffyverse and Raven, heavily based on both her animated and comic counterparts. Together, the pair will come together to fight back against the supernatural in Los Angeles, the City of Angels. Drawn to L.A. by a seed of her father Trigon, Raven arrives in town to investigate, with her investigation put her on a collision course with Angel and the two eventually agree to work together. With the threat of Trigon manifesting in L.A. convincing Raven to stay put for the time being, the two fight back against the supernatural.

My plot arcs will have room for other supernatural characters from across Absolute's Universe to show up. Team-ups with Mobius, Etrigan, Zatanna, and Sabrina would work perfectly. In terms of the characters, Angel will have a past which involves Buffy, but it will only be in passing reference unless that character herself was actually applied for. Otherwise, this is an Angel who is looking to redeem himself for his time as Angelus and using his abilities and newfound soul to operate as a private investigator in L.A. while keeping the forces of evil at bay. Raven on the other hand, is slightly older than she's been depicted in most other media, possibly with a past with the Titans pending discussion. She's on a mission to find herself and has been traveling the country to proactively destroy any sources of her father's influence.

One of Raven's brothers has come to Los Angeles, his killing spree garning the attention of Angel. Hunting the spree killer, Raven encounters the vampire with a soul as an alliance begins to take shape.

An arsonist is targeting a slum neighborhood only one landlord doesn't believe it is a coincidence after the visit of a developer. Contacting Angel and Raven, the pair are asked to investigate and it becomes very evident they aren't dealing with a run of the mill arsonist.

I've always wanted to play Thor, and while I've never quite figured out how to approach him, Thor is a very versatile character. Immortal and capable of going toe to toe with figures like Superman, Thor can dabble in both Earth and the Cosmic playgrounds.

Some potential ideas have included Thor fighting alongside Wonder Woman during either of the World Wars, the ideas of an Ares and Loki team up causing the two heroes to join forces is incredibly enticing. Even Circe and Enchantress or Circe and Loki would be a writer's wet dream. Thor can also ally himself with characters such as the Guardians of the Galaxy or even a Green Lantern.

OKLAHOMA

Banished from Asgard due to his arrogance and general lack of humility, Thor is sent to earth in the form of an infant to grow up among humanity and learn the lessons of mortality. Given the name Donald Blake, Thor finds himself in the foster system before being fostered by Erik Selvig and his wife, Darcy. The story will follow the adventures of Donald as he goes on a path of discovery all the while being tested by both his father Odin and adoptive brother Loki who will stop at nothing to prevent Thor from returning to Asgard.
