Why are you here when you should be writing posts?

Nah Wraith was just trying to be a funny man

Pretty sure that was MMG...
@Cyrania Stark Industries is really only 'Stark' in name only. Tony has no participation in the day to day and has distanced himself from it so as not to tarnish its new venture into clean energy with his presence and his father's legacy. The company is based out of the Los Angeles area, and operates primarily along the West Coast with smaller branch offices primarily dealing in product sales dotted across the company.

While you could have a Martian planted as a security officer, it wouldn't lead to anything particularly interesting as Tony himself is largely operating independently of his company due to not actively running it.
Shame platypi aren't real.

Bet they'd be cool if they were.

But alas, like a unicorn and a giraffe, I'll never see a real platypus.
Okay, but for my third character, hear me out...

Maybe, I'd have to think of a character I'd be into playing that's not taken. Maybe Etrigan, but secretly as a backdoor to playing Danny Phantom? That sounds novel!

You're all just jealous you didn't think of it first.

Wait until I use Maria Hill to justify playing Kim Possible: Agent of SHIELD.

A more serious than 'fake news' answer to the Warbird Program and the wider US Government not detecting every alien arrival is just alien tech being a lot better than whatever nonesense they've scraped together on Earth.

Of course I am very happy to rp interactions with Carol being deployed to intercept arrivals, but I'd never want to suggest it was a barrier to anyone's plots.

I wouldn't really consider it a barrier, but it certainly does feel like a hamper on narratives since theoretically this should have caught Lobo who was making no effort to hide and additionally Kal-El. I know SWORD is obviously responding after the fact, so I guess we'll just have to assume 'reasons' for why there was no proactive intervention.
@Lord Wraith Would the Daily Planet have a White House correspondent? I wanna do a fun little nod if that's cool.

You can go ahead and have Franklin Stern there as the Daily Planet White House Correspondent.
Guess Orion isn't up for grabs.
@Pacifista, you know you want to join us.
