C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T ___________________________________________________________________________________ Blüdhaven. A wretched hive of scum and villainy. A cesspool built from Gotham's runoff, anything that doesn't put roots down in Gotham gets flushed into the city-like sewer known as Blüdhaven. A port town, Blüdhaven got its start as a whaling town before becoming an industrial port. The sky is layered in a thick cloud of smog, while streets are constantly filled with fog due to the miles of antique boiler pipe laid beneath cobblestone streets hastily repaired with asphalt and concrete. But for a brief moment, the city had hope in the form of its very own Bright Knight. Richard 'Dick' Grayson, the former protegé and Robin of Gotham's Batman, outgrew the shadow of his mentor's cape and, after a soul-finding journey, adopted a symbol of rebirth he learned from a distant Romani relative. From the ashes of Robin rose Nightwing, who took to the streets of Blüdhaven, using the best tricks learned from the Bat to inject fear into the superstitious and cowardly lot that preyed on the vulnerable. But years of war against the crimelord known as Blockbuster took their toll, eventually driving Dick Grayson to his breaking point, and in a final confrontation, Dick was left maimed and traumatized while Blockbuster was killed. A former vigilante turned recluse, Dick Grayson has reluctantly enjoyed a simpler life, managing a gymnastics facility and becoming a superintendent over a small apartment complex. However, a new Nightwing has appeared in Blüdhaven, and with it, a trail of bodies, brutally killed by blunt force trauma. Unable to allow his legacy to be tarnished and fear turned against the people of Blüdhaven, Dick is forced out of his mandated retirement. The Bright Knight Returns. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) __________________________________________________________________________________ As most of you already know, Dick Grayson is my favourite character in all of comics, and Batman Beyond was a show I basically grew up on. The idea of combining the two is highly appealing revisiting some of my favourite posts I've written over the years with Terry in the tights and a reluctant Dick playing the role of the guy in the chair. Will Dick recover from his injury? I doubt it, but a story of mistaken identity and legacy is certainly looking like a lot of fun to write while also integrating both Dick and Terry into a larger world that contains allies and foes alike from their respective histories. What you as a reader can expect are episodic posts exploring Terry growing into his new role as the protector of Blüdhaven while Dick is forced to rapidly mature as a mentor and perpetual big brother, founding his own 'Wing-family' with the help of everyone's favourite black sheep, Helena Bertinelli.

T H E S T O R Y S O F A R... T H E S T O R Y S O F A R... ___________________________________________________________________________________ Eighty-one years ago, love bloomed upon the battlefield. Steve Rogers, The hero known as Captain America, and US agent Peggy Carter would find each other through the chaos of World War II, producing a son together after the war had been won. James Buchanan Rogers would be something special, the super soldier serum pumping through his veins thanks to has father being the world's first super soldier. A widely sought after child, Steve and Peggy were constantly having to protect the child from forces that wanted to take him for their own agendas. James, aka Bucky as coined by his father, would grow up within SHIELD, the agency started by his mother, always watching his parents do what they do best, fight the good fight. Eventually the role of sidekick would be bestowed upon the boy, learning and fighting against those that would seek to harm the people of America, a strenuous activity that many a times left Steve and James at odds, James feeling as though his father held him to impossible standards. This would lead to one of the most pivotal turning points of their lives. A sect of HYDRA would attempt to assassinate Steve Rogers, bringing down an entire building. Fortunately Steve survived the attack, unfortunately Peggy Carter would not survive the attack and Bucky would end up losing his left arm. This would create a lasting rift between Steve and Bucky, the son believing that they could have done more to protect Peggy while the husband fell into a depressive state, unable to comfort his son. Peggy's death would push Bucky to acquiring a metal arm and becoming a shadow agent under SHEILD. IF he couldn't bring peace to the world in the way his father once did, then he'd do it from the shadows, doing the things that would not be deemed heroic. Steve Rogers may face the world eye to eye but Bucky slits the throat of those that seek to harm it. The intrigue of changing the relationship between Steve and Bucky from best friends to father and son is high and brings forth different ideas that I can delve into. Bucky will eventually become Captain America and he has to learn what it takes to be Captain America. In the comics, he only took the mantle to preserve Steve's legacy and disliked it while I want him to willingly decide to be Cap, have the hope for the world that his father lost while still being different in how he handles situations. Also his story will facilitate the rise of HYDRA in the present era, which should open avenues for events. In regards to being a traveling hero, Bucky will travel at times. I want to do as many crossovers as possible and build the world.

Defended the planet from evil alongside his best friend, Andros. But when a centuries-old evil, the Death Ranger Spa'ark, breaks free from their prison and starts wrecking havoc on the planet. Zhane and the Rangers are called, and while they manage to kill the Death Ranger. This only caused Spa'ark to possess the closest Ranger, which happens to be Zhane. Which, while possessed by Spa'ark. They kill most of the team, and Andros dies freeing Zhane from Spa'ark's control. Only for Spa'ark to possess Andros's dead body. After the fight, Spa'ark flees, stealing a spaceship and eventually crashing on Earth. Now with his team dead and his best friend's dead body possessed. Zhane, after recovering and tracking down Spa'ark to Earth. He heads to Earth to stop Spa'ark once and for all and to avenge his team and friends. Not knowing what to expect on the planet, but Zhane has a mission, and he will do it or die trying. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) __________________________________________________________________________________ I wanted to play Zhane and a Power Ranger since I have a renewed interest in Power Rangers thanks to this site, and I have been wanting to tell a mature Power Ranger story on this site for some time. So after remembering how some Rangers were from another planet and doing research of the Power Ranger Comics. I found my muse and went with characters that I feel would help me the most, and ones I like. But since I am playing a Power Ranger, I am not bringing everything from the show into the rp. There will be no zords or anything like that. Just a lone Ranger from another planet trying to stop another evil Ranger. Which I plan while Zhane is trying to stop Spa'ark and avenge his team. He can still help others and do crossovers with others as he travels around the United States and maybe the world, tracking down an evil Ranger who is essentially a necromancer who seeks to stop death by controlling it. Meeting and helping other heroes in the process. Maybe even gain an enemy, it depends on who he meets and who he manages to piss off. Bringing an unexpected Power Ranger angle into the rp and one I hope people like.

C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T ___________________________________________________________________________________ Overwatch operated as a joint SHIELD–UN task force created to respond to crises that exceeded the reach or jurisdiction of any single nation. It worked in the shadows, handling metahuman incidents, rogue science threats, and politically sensitive conflicts that governments could not publicly acknowledge. Its roster blended elite soldiers, intelligence operatives, scientists, and enhanced individuals whose abilities made them uniquely suited for rapid response missions. Lena Oxton, a former RAF pilot, joined the task force after a chronal displacement accident left her body stuck in time. Stabilised by the chronal accelerator she now wears, she became one of Overwatch’s most agile operatives, specialising in infiltration, extraction, and high risk civilian protection. She went by the moniker Tracer, a name that reflected both her abilities and her presence on the field. She formed deep bonds with her teammates and carried the spirit of Overwatch’s idealism even when missions demanded secrecy and sacrifice. The task force collapsed when tensions between Gabriel Reyes, former head of Blackwatch covert operations, and Jack Morrison, former field commander of Overwatch, escalated into open conflict. Should note that I’m omitting certain elements from the world of Overwatch in order for this concept to work in this shared universe. Omnics don’t exist for example and obviously the world isn’t as technologically advanced as that in the Overwatch universe. I’m mainly focusing on Overwatch and Talon themselves, rather than the various other factions in the universe. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) __________________________________________________________________________________ I fell in love with Overwatch and its world when I first started playing it many years ago and eagerly awaited each new lore drop. I always wanted to explore that universe myself and see where the story of Overwatch’s reunion and Talon’s return might lead. This is as good an opportunity as any. We will be following Tracer’s investigation into Talon, taking her across the globe as she attempts to stop their operations. I can see her encountering a range of mercenaries and assassins as she tries to track down their source. At the same time, she will be looking into contacts from her old Overwatch days, potentially leading toward the formation of a new Overwatch. I want to delve deeper into the world of secret agencies, mapping out SHIELD, Overwatch, Talon, and other villainous organisations as they appear. This can hopefully lead to collaboration with anyone else playing characters in similar spaces, such as Captain America or the Winter Soldier. Given the superhero nature of Tracer, she can also work in a wide variety of scenarios, so collaboration is not restricted to the themes above.

Responding in my own paragraphs that arent 1 to 1 for any points except the last one.

- Part of the adaption to the Marvel/DC focused setting is to generally avoid the amount of mass casualty events that seem to crop up every other tuesday in Invincible (especially when the storylines are condensced like in the show). I would choose between adapting larger events i.e Flaxan Invasions as collaborations with people so that the impact of such things can be properly reflected or just not do them. There's plenty of non-end of the world events in the earlier volumes of Invincible to pull from, as well as interacting with the non-Invincible aspects of the world which is part of the fun of the whole crossover thing.

- The connection to Proto-Krypton came out of a concern for me of just explaining their similarities in setting. Given the vast spans of time Last Days of Krypton deals with when it comes to Kryptonian History I don't think it neccesitates their power set being Kryptonian. It's more than just flavour tex,t in that I could see it being a thread to pull down the line with Kryptonian lore, but its not designed to fundementally change either. I feel this sort of answers the scaling concern, given Kryptonians by and large have been shown to pull off far more fanciful feats than Viltrumites (punching through dimensions, moving planets without destroying them, holding up the metaphysical burden of creation etc). This was largely a point of adaptation though so I can just drop it from the concept if need be.

- Omni-man kills the Guardians of The Globe, but I wouldn't say the Guardians are on par with the bigs of DC and Marvel, which is the part of the logic mentioned in my sheet about why he hasn't attempted his takeover by this point as he would in the comics. The other being that I want to write a story in this crossover, not just rewrite Invincible, so Nolan is himself more troubled by the thought of doing the big evil. I would imagine it would still be a threat I'd want to collab with people if a similar-to-comics event did occur, but I don't see it being close to 'the rest of the world are powerless spectators to Mark and Nolan's fight.'

- I think if I ever did get round to writing other Viltrumites on Earth it would feature as more of a covert 'they walk among us' threat as opposed to trying to force everyone to play the lore of Invincible with me. More open interactions with Vultriumites I would keep to adventures far away from where they might break other people's toys.

- Regarding Titan, that is pretty funny I missed that. Along with Nightwing that's an edit I can easily make, I will probably just come up with a totally unique OC please don't steal name for the character.

C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T ___________________________________________________________________________________ Blüdhaven. A wretched hive of scum and villainy. A cesspool built from Gotham's runoff, anything that doesn't put roots down in Gotham gets flushed into the city-like sewer known as Blüdhaven. A port town, Blüdhaven got its start as a whaling town before becoming an industrial port. The sky is layered in a thick cloud of smog, while streets are constantly filled with fog due to the miles of antique boiler pipe laid beneath cobblestone streets hastily repaired with asphalt and concrete. But for a brief moment, the city had hope in the form of its very own Bright Knight. Richard 'Dick' Grayson, the former protegé and Robin of Gotham's Batman, outgrew the shadow of his mentor's cape and, after a soul-finding journey, adopted a symbol of rebirth he learned from a distant Romani relative. From the ashes of Robin rose Nightwing, who took to the streets of Blüdhaven, using the best tricks learned from the Bat to inject fear into the superstitious and cowardly lot that preyed on the vulnerable. But years of war against the crimelord known as Blockbuster took their toll, eventually driving Dick Grayson to his breaking point, and in a final confrontation, Dick was left maimed and traumatized while Blockbuster was killed. A former vigilante turned recluse, Dick Grayson has reluctantly enjoyed a simpler life, managing a gymnastics facility and becoming a superintendent over a small apartment complex. However, a new Nightwing has appeared in Blüdhaven, and with it, a trail of bodies, brutally killed by blunt force trauma. Unable to allow his legacy to be tarnished and fear turned against the people of Blüdhaven, Dick is forced out of his mandated retirement. The Bright Knight Returns. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) __________________________________________________________________________________ As most of you already know, Dick Grayson is my favourite character in all of comics, and Batman Beyond was a show I basically grew up on. The idea of combining the two is highly appealing revisiting some of my favourite posts I've written over the years with Terry in the tights and a reluctant Dick playing the role of the guy in the chair. Will Dick recover from his injury? I doubt it, but a story of mistaken identity and legacy is certainly looking like a lot of fun to write while also integrating both Dick and Terry into a larger world that contains allies and foes alike from their respective histories. What you as a reader can expect are episodic posts exploring Terry growing into his new role as the protector of Blüdhaven while Dick is forced to rapidly mature as a mentor and perpetual big brother, founding his own 'Wing-family' with the help of everyone's favourite black sheep, Helena Bertinelli.

Moon Knight kind of became the new hotness for me after many years of only ever apping Q and occasionally the Punisher in these games. I tried my best to come up with a cool concept for Q that was unique from what I'd already done to avoid retreading old ground, but I found that I was at a loss for anything beyond my initial arc. So rather than continue beating a dead horse, I'm going to beat a dying horse. Marc's origin is pretty standard Moon Knight fair: mercenary, killed by Bushman, resurrected by Khonshu, came back to America to become Moon Knight. Marc and his alters have just begun their superhero career, only active in NYC as Moon Knight for about two months at the start of my run. His supporting cast will be composed of the initial supporting cast from the 80s Moench run (with a far more removed Marlene because I do NOT find her interesting), with some characters from MK's later runs such as Detective Flint and Layla El-Faouly thrown in. Because I do plan on getting back to Odyssey at some point, I do not plan to retread the ground I was planning on treading there. In Odyssey, I was planning on telling a story focused on Marc's Midnight Mission and him taking on almost exclusively supernatural threats. I do still plan on doing a few supernatural plots but the main focus will be on the criminal underworld of NYC, paying respects to Silverstein's Daredevil/Elektra concept where NYC has become a cyberpunk dystopia but without all the cool shit. While Silverstein plans on focusing on the political and social corruption of the Big Apple as well as DD and Elektra fighting more monstrous versions of their usual rogues, I plan on Marc tackling smaller scale threats such as gangs, mobs, and lower tier metahumans and mutants. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) __________________________________________________________________________________ My goal is to get into crossovers (which I haven't done in almost two years and before that it had been six years) and focusing on a "villain of the week" style formula when I do solo posts, with small self contained arcs each lasting a post or two, three tops. To get myself started, I plan on throwing myself into Roman's monster attack in NYC and going from there. Roughly Chronological Order Hungry Like The Wolf - Moon Knight is hired by the Committee to capture a werewolf that has been stalking Staten Island, putting him on a collision course with a young lycanthropic man named Jack Russell. Midnight In A Perfect World - The Midnight Man has been striking art galleries and private collections throughout New York City, stealing priceless paintings and sculptures. Moon Knight takes it upon himself to investigate. The Killing Moon - A ruthless vigilante, the Stained Glass Scarlet, has been striking the mob families of New York City, leaving crossbow bolt ridden bodies in her wake. Conflicted on her methods, Marc tries to seek her out to decide if he needs to stop her or if he should just leave her be. Came Back Haunted - Marlene enlists Moon Knight's help after her brother Dr. Peter Alraune begins receiving threats to his life from a former patient named Robert Markham. The strange thing is, Robert Markham died four months ago. More to come.
