Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

The latter. Pretty sure any chance at going in stealth is gone now, but once we clear out this cave we at least this way everything that can be salvaged will be. Plus gathering any weapons or armor they might have.
HMMMM. If there's no more enemies, Orchid will stay here, gather the bodies up and try to stash them in some way. If there is enemies nearby, naturally he'll go for the kill.
With the party done with their business, Wendy made sure to address everyone's final questions and concerns. First she turned to Celina. "Don't worry little one, us pelipers are born to do this! It might be a bit of a tight fit thanks to my packages, but there should be more than enough room for all of you. Don't worry, I've hauled heavier things than a bunch of children in my beak. Just try not to jostle anything too much." Vi asked if she could fly with Wendy. She pondered this and nodded her head. "I don't see why not. In fact why don't both of you fly with me? These winds would normally be too dangerous for you two to fly alone, but that's nothing for me! As long as you stay within my tailwind, nothing short of a tornado ought to blow us off our path. Just remember to stay close. I'll move slow so you can keep up too."

With all's said and done, Wendy allowed the young pokemon to load up into her beak, then took off. Vi and Celina, if she chooses to fly with Wendy, might have a hard time due to the strong winds but once Wendy lined up with them her massive body made a great windbreaker. The flight to the farm house was thankfully uneventful, not even any murkrows came chasing after them. Flying over the forest seemed almost peaceful aside from the occasional thunderclap. They would travel for roughly a mile before they spot the farm house, which had a bright light emitting from it's window. Standing outside was scruffy looking pokemon holding a rather large rock.

"Oi! Who are you!? Git off mah property, ya damn bandit!"

Wendy however lowered herself about thirty feet away from the rock-wielding pokemon, raising her wings up in a manner to show that she was harmless. After letting the other pokemon go she spoke up. "Don't want any trouble sir! I'm just a humble courier. I got ambushed on my travels by murkrows before these kind children saved me. Their parents are gone, please could you let them stay here?" The scruffy pokemon lowered his rock a little but still seemed on edge. "Courier huh? What's your package then huh? Don't you know this place has been storming for two weeks straight now?" Wendy peered at the farm house before her face lit up. "Ah, this is the Greencrest Farm, isn't it? I actually do have a letter for you sir!" She took out an envelope from her bill, surprisingly dry and crumpled. She approached the thuggish pokemon, distracting him for a moment.

As Wendy was doing her best to calm down the aggressive homesteader, the others may notice something inside of the farmhouse itself. A few pokemon watching with a hint of concern. One appeared to be some sort of rabbit with pink fur looking particularly shy. Another was something akin to a black bear with very pointy ears, and it seemed to be chewing on something. The last pokemon the others would have the clearest view of since it wasn't even trying to hide. It was a very strange humanoid looking pokemon, with what could be described as a white shirt, green hair, and two red horns coming out of it's head. They were watching everything happen outside.

After Wendy and the rock-wielding pokemon exchanged letters, he seemed notably calmer now that he knows this isn't a distraction. However he did still seem concerned about something as he looked to the group of young pokemon. "... Tch. Can't be helped. Fine, you lot can stay here fer now, but know that I'm going to be strict on food! We barely have nuff fer just my family, an I didn't expect to have to feed seven more mouths. Anyways come inside I don't like being wet like this."

You are sickened for the next ten minutes. You can roll a another Constitution saving throw every minute however to save, but while doing so you're under the poisoned condition.

Still I'll allow your previous check to go through unabated. Your survival check reveals that there where many monsters, mostly trogs, who have crossed this body somewhat recently. Scraps against the ground, a stain here and there, all of it fresh too. There aren't any monsters lying in ambush right now but you do know that if you stay too long chances are you'll run into something roaming the ruins. Or rather, it'll run into you.
@ItMeGritty

Still full for now.
@Zanavy

Unfortunate but understandable. I'll keep that in mind, my next post will be up soonish.

Before I do however, is there anything that the other players what to do before I move us on? We will be moving to the farm house in my next post.

A rock cracked against Orchid's head, but he didn't seem to be all too concerned as turned towards the perpetrator. He saw two winged kobolds in the air, one that fell thanks to Kyra's intervention. Now it was his turn. Growling Orchid rushed forward like some feral beast before suddenly turning towards the wall. With a mighty leap he jumped onto the wall and with another leap, pounced upon the winged kobold. It was nothing short of reckless which suited him just fine as Orchid's blade cleaved the winged kobold in half, likely showering the orc in blood and gore. He turned towards the final surviving Kobold and pointed at him with his blade, making it abundantly clear that he will not escape alive.

"You're next! Surrender and it'll be quick."

@Hekazu

Oh you know I'm going to take that jump. Ain't no way not to. So I know there's one winged kobold near the one Kyra killed, where's the other one? Orchid is going to go after that one.

edit - Actually I think I'll jump after the currently flying one. If what I read is correct another one is still grounded and standing where the slingers used to be, so it will need to move further if it wants to try and escape. So orchid is going to jump!
Hmm. The grounded one Brannor is taking care of. So are the two flying ones within Orchid's movement reach or will he also need to throw a weapon?
@Simple Unicycle

Can’t beleive it took me two weeks to respond. A perception, investigation, or survival check could be used to spot a possible ambush or trail.
