Jasmine Lockwood and Rajah

@MarshiestMallow
With the song over and Penny crouched down near the exceeds, Jasmine stumbled a little and blinked. She felt weird, and not from Penny's spell. Whatever that sensation from before was, it made her feel tired. Had she subconsciously used a spell to protect herself from the song? Or was it...
"Hmm, it seems like your body still isn't used to casting magic again just yet. In hindsight, it's not surprising." At first, the voice that suddenly appeared in her head startled her. But, much like magic, this was something she needed to get used to...again. Of course, it was Ryujin who cast the spell, Jasmine didn't know or remember how to at least.

"...Can you please give me some warning first Ryujin?" Mumbling softly, she sighed. She was appreciative of the help, but she would rather not feel so weakened all of a sudden either. When she heard Penny talking she snapped back to reality, trying her best to shake off this feeling.
"I-it's ok Penny. I'm sorry for provoking them...." That's right if she hadn't provoked the little exceed then maybe Penny wouldn't have had to use her sleep song on the creatures. Speaking of which, as Penny pointed out, around them were dozens upon dozens of those flying fish. All fast asleep as well. This was startling as neither Penny nor herself had obviously noticed them to this point....maybe that song was for the best.

"A-already?" She seemed surprised that they were returning to the guild on such notice. All because of a couple of flying cats they had just encountered? They had barely gotten here. I mean, it seemed that they had already completed their request. And it was also true that Jasmine wanted to get as far away as possible from this place. The heavy tension and fear of the place, let alone the paranoid and scary people that inhabited the town, really wore her down. They hadn't even found out what had caused the fish to act like this...
"It's wise to be cautious young one, but it's also sometimes best not to question such good fortune. You should listen to her." Nodding softly, seemingly out of nowhere to Penny as Jasmine hadn't caught onto the fact that only she could hear the dragon, Jasmine walked over and scooped up the two sleeping exceeds.
"I-if you say so Penny, i-it's your call. I was just tagging along after all." With a soft smile, she hugged the two fluffballs close to her. They were so soft and warm.

Whether it be out of consideration for Jasmine or not, they didn't travel the whole way by carriage. While that meant that they got back to Magnolia longer, it also meant that Jasmine wasn't going to be sick the entire way either. It also opened up more avenues for getting some magic control and training in for her newly reawakened magic. She got both tips from Ryujin and Penny, though she had yet to tell Penny of Ryujin's existence yet. So when she was talking aloud to him, having not realized she could just think back at him, Penny must've given her some concerned looks about her sanity. But considering Ryujin seemed to spend most of his time sleeping, it wasn't like it was a constant thing. Just constant enough to have a few questions marks over her sanity was all.

She also took turns with the older exceed on carrying the sleeping Rajah. She did feel a little sorry for the young exceed, basically being asleep most of the time and she was pretty angry about it too every time they woke her. But she made such a ruckus and fuss about everything, that if they hadn't the trip would be ten times longer....and a hundred times more annoying. For such a cute and adorable creature, she was one extremely angry existence.

They had finally reached the outskirts of Magnolia. For the last couple of hours, she had been mumbling and muttering seemingly to herself from Penny's perspective but had obviously been talking with Ryujin. One might think they would be talking about something serious, like her still not fully worked out memories, or her magic. But really, they were talking about...
"...How on earth do you find this creature adorable?"

"Come on...look at her. She's so cute and fluffy." Mumbling, Jasmine nuzzled against the top of Rajah's head.

"I beg to differ. May I remind you that she threatened to wipe you from existence?" With a heavy sigh, if he had a physical form he would be rubbing his temples right now. Such was the severity of a headache that threatened to form.

That's right, they had been arguing about this subject for the last 2-3 hours. Why? Well, because Jasmine wouldn't stop remarking about how adorable, fluffy and warm she was. And how much she wanted to keep her. With Ryujin trying his best to dissuade her simply based off of Rajah's terrible persona.

Luckily, they were disrupted by Penny coming over to them now. She seemed frustrated about something, which concerned Jasmine. Did they have to turn back? Hadn't they finished the request properly? Had she done something wrong? A lot of things went through her head, but it wasn't till Penny spoke that her thoughts were banished. And instead replaced by a sudden surge of fear and helplessness. Whatever was happening on the Island was of grave enough importance that several guilds had gone to deal with the menace. Penny's concern about it only adding to Jasmine's dread. Mostly that, even if she did go...what could she do?

"I-I..I don't know...I would be too much of a burden...wouldn't I?" Shivering from just the sheer fear of what could be on the Island, she shook her head furiously. No, she would be a burden. She couldn't go. She would only slow down the Phoenix Slayer, cost magic power she might need to help get there. And distract her when they got there, as she knew Penny would try and protect her. Jasmine could get her killed!

"WOULD YOU STOP DOING THAT YOU HEATHEN?!" Were the first words that erupted out of the little creature's mouth, the sudden screech hurting Jasmine's sensitive ears. With Jasmine instinctively covering them, Rajah dropped onto the ground and glared at Penny. She would make this bitch pay tenfold for putting her to sleep! (Numerous times)

"Hmph. I am ok Sir Ignatius, I worry for these two more. You're both so weak and pathetic. Of course, she's going; I've decreed it!" Jasmine looked down and blinked at Rajah. What on earth was she going on about this time?

"Dangerous? Bah, that Island will be nothing once I arrive. Damned dragons, thinking they can do as they please without my permission! I'll show them! And for that, you are needed!" She had heard everything, and she had learned of things from Iggy before they had met the two slayers. She wouldn't allow such a shameful display from her new champion! Pointing towards the blonde, Jasmine also pointed at herself with a blank look.

"M-me?"

"Yes, you. Who else would I be talking about?! Unfortunately, my powers are useless against a dragon, so to that end, I require your Slayer magic to get the task done for me! That should teach those whelps their place in the pecking order." With arrogance oozing off of each word, Rajah made her bold declaration.

"N-no way! I-I can't! I-I can't fight a d-d-dragon! I'm weak...useless...I would just get in the others way!" There were dragons on that Island?! Just the sheer thought of staring down a dragon sent shivers down her spine. There was just no way she could! Just the very thought petrified the poor girl.

"Of course you can fight a dragon! It's what your magic is for! Isn't that right, Sir Ignatius, heathen girl?" Rajah looked to the other two for support in her argument. She had honestly expected more from Slayers from what she had heard from Iggy. She had heard they were proud and ferocious warriors...not weak and cowardly mutts that ran away whenever danger reared it's ugly head.

"I'm telling you....I-I can't!"

"You are correct young one, you wouldn't stand a chance against a dragon as you are. Normally, I would be very much against the idea in fact." Ryujin's tone was soothing, though it didn't really have the intended effect. Making her feel worse and worse. She really was just baggage as she was, wasn't she? Though he hadn't quite finished. "However, who said you would be fighting alone? You'll have not only myself, but your fellow wizards by your side won't you? If the stakes are truly as high as they seem, our-no, your power will be needed."

His words made her blink a few times. Taking a few moments to sink in and digest. She was needed? She couldn't, wouldn't, believe it. She denied it with every fibre of her being. She couldn't remember a time when she wasn't weak and powerless, how could she ever help anyone? Let alone in a fight against a dragon, or multiple dragons!

"Pass your necklace to the girl. I wish to speak with Solias' daughter."

"W-what do you mean...Penny's right there Ryujin. And why my necklace?" His words once again left her puzzled. Why couldn't he talk to Penny as is? Couldn't she hear him? And wait...how did he know who Solias was? Jasmine barely knew who he was, and what she did know was whatever Penny had decided to tell her. Though Ryujin had gone silent and ignored her words. With a sigh and much reluctance, she reached behind her neck to remove the jewellery, slowly and carefully extending her hand out to Penny to take the pendant.
"Ryujin said he wanted to speak with you..."
Elizabeth, Kat and Megu

Elizabeth's impatience was clearly on show as Volaris didn't respond straight away. But, she held her tongue as one by one her fellow guardians began to show up. Must he be waiting for them all to arrive before speaking? How annoying. Though it made sense, Elizabeth instead felt a pang of annoyance towards the other guardians who had yet to arrive. A Supreme Being had summoned them after all, it might not have been her Father but that was the only reason she didn't feel like lashing out. If it had been her Father they had been keeping waiting, however...

Which bought her attention to the 'woman' that burst through the doors now. The gargoyle, Morningstar. The slamming open and then the closing of the doors was enough to earn a sharp look from Elizabeth. How rude could this woman be? First, she was late when she had to make a loud ruckus. Louder than a hail on a tin roof she was. At least, she thought that's what her Father would say in this situation. She had a headache already, and Volaris was only just starting to address them properly. Lovely.

Though her annoyance faded as Volaris spoke. Instead, replaced by...concern? Worry? Anxiety? What was this sensation she was feeling? What was she unaware of? Half turning towards Megu, at first glance one mightn't notice any sort of discernable cracks in her stoic expression. But she had known Megu for almost her entire life, she could easily pick up on the slightest clues and changes to her feelings. Just by the subtle shift in her stance, the occasional twitch of her left eye. Megu was either annoyed or concerned, the latter being the obvious answer when reviewing their current predicament. Which made the nerves the young girl had been starting to feel multiple. Not much concerned or worried the Flame Demon, so for just such a short statement to have an effect...

Volaris' next words confirming the fears that were beginning to form in Megu's mind. Something drastic had happened, something which not even a Supreme Being such as Volaris himself could understand. So how could any of them even begin to fathom such an issue?
But first, her concern for her mistress took centre stage as Elizabeth went silent. Her entire prideful and cold demeanour falling to shambles as she failed to come to terms with what was being said.

The world...everything in it...was meant to be destroyed? Wiped from existence? The Supreme Beings knew about it, yet did nothing to prevent it?! Or...was it they were unable to do anything about it? Impossible, each and every Supreme One was an omnipotent being of divine power. Nothing was beyond them! Especially her Father! But...if he knew it was the end and chose not to do something about it...why didn't he see her? Why didn't he send word?! While the gargoyle exploded in rage, Elizabeth instead slowly fell to her knees. The disbelief evident as she refused to believe what Volaris was saying. "M'lady!" Megu was quick to get to Elizabeth's side, attempting to console her to the best of her abilities. Though it wasn't like it was unexpected to see Elizabeth so distraught. She was arguably the closest to her creator, even if most of it was programmed in.

"Disappear....entirely? Y-you're kidding...right? Like my Father would ever allow such a thing to pass! He...he's..." Mumbling, the girl seemed to be barely holding back the tears that were quickly forming. So many thoughts ran through her head. The most prominent being, where was her father? Had he been coming to see her but couldn't get here in time? Or has he just abandoned her and gone off to face whatever this cruel fate was Volaris spoke of? And what was this fate worse than death? To be honest, she thought everyone here must've been the ones to be facing that fate right now. How could she carry on without him? Without her Father by her side?
"Lady Elizabeth...don't bring shame to him now. What would he say if saw you?" While those words might seem a little harsh, Megu knew preying on the young lady's pride was the best method right now. Now wasn't the time, she could mourn and cry her eyes out later. When everything had been sorted out, and they were alway and out of sight. She was still young, despite being a floor guardian, and developing hence why Megu had been assigned by her Father to assist. The Ying to her Yang, so to speak.

Megu might've reprimanded the gargoyle for her outrage, but after being asked to calm down by Volaris she saw no need to. She was more likely to listen to a Supreme One anyway, plus there was no need to repeat what Lord Volaris had already stated. There was too little information to go on, and it seemed like the situation was quite puzzling for even the mighty wise one before them now. This only highlighting their plight further. But luckily, not all the floor guardians seemed to be getting emotional and losing their heads right now. Helena made a typically disciplined and composed suggestion, as expected of the ghoul. She held her in high regard, having seen first hand her devotion and loyalty. Not to mention her ability to keep a calm and composed mind despite even such a situation as this one. It would seem that Volaris agreed as well, though altering the idea a little so as to not only give each guardian a task but also not overwork any of them. As expected of the Supreme One, he too had come to the conclusion that giving them something to at least do would distract them. Even if only a little. At least until they had a better grasp of the situation anyway. Though her grip tightened on Elizabeth, the girl also seems to be visibly jolted by the mention of her name. Was she to accompany Volaris? Alone for the most part?

"I assume it's a human settlement then?" Clearing her throat, Elizabeth looked towards Volaris. Megu was right, now wasn't the time for tears and grief. Her Father could still be alive after all! But, following on from what Volaris had ordered her mind was obviously back on track by her question. It made the most sense, why else would he pick Elizabeth? She was the only one who could get into such a settlement without drawing too much attention amongst the guardians after all. Not without the use of magic anyway, but those with such abilities had other tasks assigned to them. Plus, her prowess in battle would hold them in good stead if something were to happen.
"As you command my lord, please allow us both a few moments to prepare." Bowing her head, she quickly turned her attention back to her young charge and whispered softly into her ear. "Come Lady Elizabeth, please stand. It wouldn't do for the others to see you be carried right now would it?" Smiling softly as that drew an immediate reaction from the teenager, she and Elizabeth both were back on their feet when the doors were slammed open....again.

Turning sharply at the new arrival, Elizabeth couldn't help but roll her eyes. Why must it be this eyesore?
The very much late new arrival was hunched over, huffing and puffing quite heavily as they tried to catch their breath. Their big, white fluffy fox tail swishing around nervously as the golden-eyed, androgynous kitsune quickly gave a sloppy salute to Volaris and those present.
"I'm sorry for being so late Lord Volaris sir! Ladies! Gentlemen! But I ran here as quickly as I could after hearing the message and there were so many stairs...." Pausing, to continue catching their breath but also glancing over everyone it was quite quickly apparent the tension in the room. Kat had missed something important, hadn't he? Oh dear, hopefully, they weren't too mad with him and filled him in.
"Umm...did I miss something?"
Ashlyn Johnson

@hatakekuro
Wait, he had to do three fights? That's unfair. How come she didn't have to fight three people?! This was discrimination of the worst kind. Discrimination against her. But it sounded like the fights were also reasonably unfair to his opponents as well, it seemed he was certainly too strong for the first two while the third one....he didn't win the fight per say, but seemed to win a wager instead which resulted in him winning the fight. Though she had no idea who Owen was, she made a note to try and fight him if given the chance.

"Oi." She didn't seem particularly happy when he patted her head. It was surprising, not something she expected the Oni to do. But what did she look like? A five-year-old needing reassurance from her father? Well, she didn't try to stop him anyway. He had muscles bigger than her like she could overpower or stop him from doing it. Well, bar from knocking his lights out. Which, considering the trouble she was already in, was probably not the wisest move.

His words were surprising, to be honest. Half of her expected him to also scold her for not keeping her power in check, the other half was just surprised because he didn't seem like he was capable of giving such sage-like advice. Or look like it anyway. Shouldn't judge a book by its cover, huh?
"Except I keep repeating the mistake..." She murmured softly, downcast. Because of her carelessness, Harper... Riona... they got hurt badly. One by her own hand, the other because she was reckless. Let alone everyone else she had hurt, especially...
His next little bit of advice snapped her out of her thoughts. Find someone to really let loose on? She wasn't sure how that would help her control since that sounded like the opposite, but there were very few she could go all out on without hurting them badly...
"Hah...I've tried. No one has been able to keep pace, not for long. It always ends the same." Everyone she had fought all ended up the same, burnt and beaten. If they were lucky, barely alive. Well, bar a couple of specific individuals...

"Every time I think I have a handle, it snaps off and things spiral out of control. Or I just make a stupid decision. Or I don't pay enough attention. Or-" She stopped herself midway. She could've just kept going on how she just kept repeating history, but then she would've been here forever. Honestly, she never changed. Sometimes she wondered why she bothered trying, but that man's words kept echoing and bothering her to no end.
"..It seems we're here." Thank god for that. That talk was just getting her down when she should be feeling up. There were fights to be fought after all! She could feel the tangible malice in the air, growing ever thicker with ethernano by the minute. Something was definitely off about this place.
"...Do you think I could launch myself towards the Island?" She really didn't want to be in such a tiny little boat while the sea was getting churned up by tremors from the Island. Just being tipped a little off-balance and they would end up in the ocean...

Cody Bloodstein

@Zarkun
Cody froze in his tracks at James' words. Love? Love?
The first thing that came to mind was instant denial. No, no, no. This couldn't be love. He barely knew anything about her, well besides what he believed everyone in the guild knew about her from their talk when they first met. He hadn't seen much of her after the Grand Magic Games as well, busy with James' training and maybe a little of trying to avoid her. Wait...why was he trying to avoid her anyway? Gah, his brain hurt from this mess he had found himself in. Memories and words just continuously looping over and over again his mind.
"You think...this is love?" Cody sounded unsure, and he was. He couldn't really say he had experienced 'love' before so maybe this was? James seemed to think so anyway.
"This just confuses me further..." Rubbing his temples, he shook his head as he began walking again. Maybe this wasn't the time nor place for this kind of talk, but he needed to get it off his mind otherwise it will continue to distract him "If this is love...then what do I do?"

Jasmine Lockwood and Rajah

@MarshiestMallow
"Oh? You're threatening me, your god?! You have some nerve. Deal with them both already Sir Ignatius, my patience has worn out with these two." Bah, this girl knew nothing. She didn't need to earn anyone's respect, it all belonged to her anyway. But if she didn't wish to show her the devotion she thought she deserved, then who needed such a useless apostle? She would make an example of these two!

Jasmine felt Penny's hand on, pulling her back slightly. To prevent herself from falling backwards, she stepped back with the pull and gave Penny a momentarily confused look. Though it didn't take long for the girl to realise what she was about to do. Especially once the song started, she felt her body suddenly become what felt like ten times it's mass. Of course it hadn't, but the sudden fatigue setting in from the spell made her feel so. It was so warm and soothing, very similar to the song she had sung her during their carriage ride over. Battling to keep her eyes open, she felt a rush of....something flow through her. What was this feeling? Magic?

Rajah cocked her head slightly at Penny's sudden breaking into song. What next, she was going to start dancing as well? If she thought that such simple entertainment would spare them she was dead wr-
The song had barely started and the young exceed had already smacked facefirst into the ground. Having fallen asleep almost instantly. It was kinda pathetic really, especially for someone who was bragging to be some sort of god. Even Jasmine had to feel a pang of pity for the poor exceed, no matter how rude she had been just moments before.

Gah, this was beyond embarrassing. How did she even get herself tangled up like this? She couldn't even look up at Huangdi as he knelt down to untie her, the shame was too much. She was a little buoyed at the fact he said he wouldn't mention this, but still...
Once the ropes were removed, her hands rubbing where they had been subconsciously, she shifted away from Huangdi as much as she could before smacking into the wall. Ow. She didn't show the slight pain of smacking into the wall, but she definitely felt it. Though this was also when she heard the Captain's loud, booming voice. Jesus, the man was a walking broadcasting lacrima. She could almost hear him clearly from here on the gundeck.

When Huangdi spoke, she looked up at him and was about to make a retort. But his tone and look gave her the impression it was perhaps unwise to. Tch, fine. "Whatever. It's probably just him finally telling them to settle down.", she didn't care either way but if it was important she might as well go. I mean, she would be lying if she wasn't a little curious as to what the possible ruckus might be. It didn't take long as one would expect, they were essentially going down a deck or two to reach their designation. She just hoped it wasn't a waste of time, this was eating into her reading right now and she didn't appreciate it. Entering behind Huangdi, she almost instantly scrunched up her face and covered her nose. They really needed a bath onboard at least, this was just plain disgusting the combined stench. Dear Juno, it was like the entire crew had been shoved into this postage stamp of a deck like sardines. That just meant more, smelly, sweaty drunken bodies. Wonderful.

Maybe if she just blew a hole in the side of the ship and let some rain in? She knew that was outrageously stupid, but it was tempting all the same. What was worse, putting up with these smelly pigs or the storm outside? She hadn't quite decided, but luckily her mind was bought back to the present before she made any such rash moves by outbursts from the crowd. To describe her expression in one word was simple from here on out; livid. Absolutely, positively livid. There might well as have been steam raising from her ears, and if it wasn't for Huangdi she might've said or done something there and then. But if she tried, she knew he would stop her. But it would only delay the inevitable, surely even he knew that.

While the rest of the crew seemed to grow more lively as Ragnar spoke, she instead stayed dead quiet. Her nails dug into her palm, her tightly clenched fists slowly turning even more pale than usual. They had to be joking. Well, if they wished to be no more than moronic savages with brains the sizes of quarks that was their choice. But she was soon reaching meltdown, hearing that she was she apparently participating reached that point. The fact that she had to work together with the most vulgar, brain dead savage of the lot? That tipped her over it. At Huangdi's offer, she simply brushed him off and gave him the coldest of shoulders without so much a look in his direction let alone a response. He couldn't see her face, but if he could he would've known exactly what was about to happen.

Stepping up onto a table, a book materialised in her hand as she drew her arm back. And it wasn't just any book, it was a hardcover encyclopedia almost as thick as Adelyn was spiteful. Almost, but not quite. With one swift movement, she flung the book straight into the back of Ragnar's head. The connection it made with the Captain's head made the most satisfying thud one would ever hear, a second thud soon after as it cluttered onto the wooden deck.
"...I thought you lot were about as intelligent as a flea, combined, but you seem to have failed to reach that bar. It's amazing really. Amazingly pathetic." Her voice came out in a low growl as she stood up straight. "I'll tell you what 'sickens me to the core'? You lot's choice of vocabulary. I've heard a wider, more extensive choice from an infant. I would suggest reading a dictionary, but it would surprise me if you even knew what one was. Or if you even knew any words longer than 7 letters. Like you," Pointing down into the crowd, she narrowed her eyes into slits "Did your mother procreate with a horse, or are you just naturally as ugly as the backside of a stallion? And you," Pointing into the crowd again "Do you know how to not speak like some sort of drunken thug? Probably not, seeing as you amount to little no more than just that." Finally levelling her sharp gaze back at the Captain, these next words were the bluntest and direct.

"And you disgust me the most. You think you can just drag Keter's name through the mud and expect me to just go along with this? Let alone work with that vulgar, brain dead savage? I would rather eat casu marzu than spend even five seconds of my time with him. You're even more brainless than a planarian. What on earth were they thinking, betraying everything they knew, the Librarium, their own family for uncultured swine like you." She had had enough of this. They could all go get dropped into a meat grinder for all she cared. Stepping down, she shoved anyone who tried to get in her way in the chest. And if that didn't deter them? Well, a arrow made from holy magic would sort them out rather quickly. She just wanted-no, needed space. She would take her chances with the top deck rather than down here. Quickly ascending to the top of their rickety ship, anyone who had either the lack of intelligence or simply just plain old bravery to follow her would probably also earn themselves a Divine Arrow to the chest. Or face, she wouldn't spare even a moment of her time to actually aim. She didn't care enough to. Nor did she know what to do once she had actually reached the top deck. She had ceased all active thinking since she had returned to the barracks, her fists tightly clenched as she went to kick a barrel over letting out a cry that was a mixture of frustration and anger. And a little bit of pain, seeing as the barrel was filled with water and barely budged from her kick.
Elizabeth

A soft humming could be he heard vibrating throughout the cold, stone bedchamber. Numerous maids rushing back and forth, each one seeming to be in a hurry to get their tasks completed. The line of scurrying maids led to the source of humming, a young woman with shimmering gold hair and striking crimson eyes, though they remained closed at this present moment. Numerous maids were attending to her right now, combing and brushing her golden locks as another group seemed to be helping her into a beautifully handcrafted gown, the light shimmering off of the flowing blue fabric to create a dazzling effect. Not that the young lady needed the effect to turn a few heads, by human standards she was already an outstanding beauty that could steal the hearts of men at first glance. However, her 'Father', a Supreme Being beyond human comprehension had would be coming today and she wanted to make herself as presentable as possible. Well, she had only heard her Father was coming. The majority of the Supreme Ones were coming after all so she reasoned he would too.

As made obvious by the soft hum she made, she seemed to be in a good mood. Who wouldn't? She hadn't seen much of her Father around these past few months, though it had felt more like years to her. An eternity even. Ah, how good it would be to see his face once more. To merely bask in his presence would be enough for the girl. As the maids put the finishing touches on her outfit, her eyes open so as to let her dark hues sneak a glance at the large mirror a group of maids held in front of her. Analysing the reflection she saw, wondering if the gown was perhaps just a little over the top? She doubted she could steal any of the limelight from her Father, but it wouldn't do to give the impression she might be trying to do just that.
"You, fetch me my coat." With a snap of her fingers, she pointed towards a maid without sparing even a moment to glance as she gave her order. "And make it quick. My Father shouldn't be too far off and I wish to be ready for his arrival." As the maid scurried away, they took a few steps back and bowed their heads respectfully towards the blonde.

While she admired herself in the mirror, twirling around to have a view of the entire dress, she heard Baron's voice penetrate her mind. Gah, such an annoying pest. What could he possibly want now, moments before her Father's arrival? She supposed she would at least listen to whatever he had to say. As much as she hated to admit it, but to her, he was higher ranking seeing as he made by the Guild Master. The 'most powerful' of all Supreme Beings. That much at least deserved some respect from the prideful girl anyway.
Oh? This message was...disturbing, to say the least. She dwelled on what her fellow NPC had just stated, stroking her chin thoughtfully as she became immersed in her thoughts. If he was relaying a command from the guild master, that was one thing. But instead, he was sending out a message from Volaris? She wasn't going to lie, the Specter gave her the creeps. Not that she would admit it.

"Lady Elizabeth, all the preparations are complete." The maid she had sent to get her coat had come back and her voice snapped Elizabeth back to reality, a dark silk coat in her outstretched hands.
"...I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel all plans I had. I'm sure when my Father arrives he'll understand. All of you are dismissed, and tell all the guards to be on high alert." With heavy reluctance she spoke. She doubted Baron would be summoning all the guardians for no reason at all, let alone telling them to seal off the Cathedral. Something was off, though Elizabeth couldn't quite put her finger on it.

"...It has already been done My Lady." As the maids filed out to comply with her commands, she was semi-startled by the sudden appearance of a demonic woman with half-black, half-white hair. Though it lasted only a moment, shaking her head and looking down towards the knelt down form of her guardian.

"I should've expected no less Megu. So you have the entire forest on alert I assume then?" Just the assured nod she was given in response was enough to settle some of the nerves the young woman was feeling. This was the first time such an incident had occurred during her time as Guardian, so it was reassuring to have the level-headed Megu having already deal with the majority of what needed to be done.
"I've increased the number of monsters and patrols as per protocol, I have also begun arming the maids and increasing the defences in general on the floor. I presume it should be enough as a measure for now, as we have very little information as to what exactly seems to be the problem Lady Elizabeth." Excellent, that saved Elizabeth time having to do it herself. As stated, she enjoyed having such a reliable guardian at her disposal. Her Father was truly kind to have blessed her with Megu's presence.
"Excellent work as always Megu. I trust you have set up the chains of command?" Another nod Excellent. Then nothing is stopping us from joining the others. Teleportation." With a soft smile, she placed a hand on Megu's shoulder before the duo vanished from sight.

The next moment, they had reappeared just outside the Chamber's doorway. Megu was composed and ready to enter, however, Elizabeth took just a brief moment to take a deep breath and straighten out some loose hairs. Before then taking yet another deep breath. She needed to be composed and elegant here, so as to not tarnish her Father's name.
with Megu a step behind, the blonde took long strides inside. Her blue gown flowing behind her like a waterfall, looking quite out of place by how overdressed she seemed to be.
"This had better be important Master Volaris, I was meant to be meeting up with my Father any moment now and I wouldn't want to keep him waiting." Despite her rather dismissive words aimed at the Supreme Being, her tone was respectful and calm. Speaking more like a mother speaking with a principal, patient and respectful but still annoyed with her children after they had gotten in trouble at school.
Megu wordlessly stopped a few steps behind the Crimson Eyed Mage, bowing respectfully towards each respective fellow Guardian and Volaris.
"What my Lady means to say is that I'm sure we are all quite busy and would like to know the circumstances behind our sudden summon Lord Volaris. I too am curious as to what is so important to summon us all here...is everything all right?" Frowning as she spoke, her concern was obvious. Why was just Volaris here, and not say Stauffenberg, the guild master? Something was definitely off.

@HueMan I skipped a lot of detail but this should suffice right? (Seeing as he won't be needing items or skills since he won't be staying behind I left them out, if need be we'll just say he has generic gear or I can list a special weapon or two)

@HueMan yeah I’ll get it done by tonight
@HueMan
Hmm fair point. I’ll delay my NPC and try to finish my PC. Might just skip a bit of detail and not be in the running to be the one to stay?
@HueMan
I don't know if I can finish a CS for a player in time, can I just make one for a NPC which gets carried over?
