Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Not wanting to hurt the wild pokemon too much, Meintjta nevertheless pounced on her, another scratch at the ready. She was going to finish this, as she gripped ttightly to the yunagoss, but she stayed her hand. She hadn't been a captured pokemon long enough to not remember what it was to be wild. She paused, and with a sigh, she steppdd away from tne wild, tired and slightly battered wild pokemon. She didn't have to fight until her opponent was fainted. Being fainted in the wild...it wasn't fun, and Meinjta wasn't going to subject yungoos to it if she didn't have to

Moving back to rasa, although watching the scene in case Grazia needed help, she looked to her trainer, "Do you have any potions? If the yungoos will accept your help. She isn't ready to be caught" or so Charmander thought.

Yet she didn't think ner request was heard, as Kaiser broke free of his pokeball, attacking Rasa. Meinjta didn't even hesitate. She leapt in front of the helpless trainer, using her body to block the attack, the flame of her tail glowing a bright red, yellow splashing through it.

huggles if you want to talk, we're here.
Callie hadn't had anyone looking out for her, really, since her parents had died. The thought of suddenly having not only Caius, but Silas was a little overwhelming. She swallowed her bite, pondering that a moment. "You're making a strong case for him being some type of guardian" She said, taking another sip of wine.

She looked down at her plate at the mention of desert, seeing she still had some of the lunch left. A little awed at how quickly caius had eaten his, but remembering him just about inhaling the pizza last night made her smile, and she quickly got to work on the food, wondering just what desert would hold.

She did feel a little guilty at having this indulgence when there was the problem of her former coven being turned into vampires, when she had to restock her supplies, and harvest some herbs, as well as find a steady income, but she could admit is was nice to take the time off, and relax. She'd get through everyone, one way or another. At least if she could harvest the herbs, she'd be set spell wise.If thats all she got done today, then so be it.

Finishing off her food, she gently nudged the plate away, taking the wine in hand, leaning back into the chair slightly, and watching Caius. @Kyrisse
Cody wasn't sure what it was he was doing. He didn't want to make a mistake, didn't want to hurt the former agent, and yet she would get hurt if he didn't do anything. She wasn't able to do anything, and if they had to escape again...they would get caught. He stepped back when the power left him, rising slowly, his head a little dizzy. Gerswhin's words barely reached him, and he looked down at Caits, who now appeared to have a better complexion then the pale, sickly almost transperant look she had had before, not that cody saw this. To him, her glow was brighter then it had been, the dull flashes almost gone.

turning from Caits, deciding she'd be alright for now, he approached Gerswhin, tilting his head, the slight whirl of internet reaching his ears, and he wondered a momet how that could be. Laying a hand on Gershwins shoulder a moment, he said softly "She's not here. No one is. Trust me on that. We are okay, until Caits wakes" He kept his voice down, almost a whisper. No need for whoever was listening to know they'd be moving shortly.

"My name is Maria, subject twenty nine. I am well aware of your names, yet some protocols must be maintained" In her office, Maria gripped her desk in fury, managing to keep her voice even. "And it pains me to admit, but we need your help"

cody went to speak, but the slight shuffling behind him stayed his voice. He glanced back, seeing Caits rising.

"Thats a laugh, Maria. You never accept help from anyone. You must be really desperate" Caits said, her voice slightly as she joined Gerswhin and Cody.

A hiss escaped Maria, "Agent Caits. This is not your concern, but the subjects"

"Cody and Gerswhin are my responsibility, Maria, and I won't let you abuse them"

Cody lay a hand on Caits arm, "While I'm pleased to see you up, Caits, It seems wise to see what she wants"

Cais glanced to Cody, but nodded with a sigh.

Maria was sorely tempted to just close the computer down, throw it out the window, but she drew in a breath and let it out again.

"There are two individuals wrecking over, killing people and causing destruction. We cannot get close to them, everytime we try, disaster strikes. We need your help, before they destroy the world"
Cassandra

"This is all just a dream, isn't it? Gage isn't really attacking my father, is he?"

As Gage came rushing in like someone was doing murder, Cassie stood, pushing herself off the bed as he approached her father, rather threateningly. Her eyes wide, Cassie moved smoothly, leaping in between Gage and her father, holding Syleste. The somewhat tattered remains of her clothes, unnoticed until now, flapped around her in the sudden movement. "He didn't do anything to her, Gage! Leave my father alone and let him help Syleste!" She shouted, her words coming out louder then she thought they would have, fueled by both panic, and anger that Gage would think to threaten her father-her father who had let them stay as often as Cassie could kidnap them, her father that worked his butt off to save people, her father that probably wouldn't eat right if she didn't bring him homecooked meals, who would probably just live on Twix bars if she let him. Her father, who wouldn't think of harming someone. Her father, who she wanted to be just like, saving people, helping them.

She knew it could easily be what happened to them, confusing them all, and making them angry, afraid, but that was no excuse to attack her father, verbally or physically. Gage was taller then her, larger, stronger, but by god, Cassie wasn't going to let him hurt her father in misplaced anger. "Let him help her, he's the only one that can!". Seeing Syleste, pure, innocent, adorable Syleste, hurt stabbed at Cassie's heart. Cassie knew that Syleste could do a lot, that she was strong, and a constant presence, someone you were always aware off, but her blindness...her blindness would have been a hinderance, and she could imagien that Syleste was terrified, that she had probably been scared that Gage, that any of them really, weren't okay. Having Gage come in, wild like this, probably wasn't what she wanted.

"Accusing my father, Gage...he would never hurt her" This was so not what she wanted. She was tired, hurting-if not physically, then emotionally and all she wanted to do was curl up on the couch with her father, watching a movie until she fell asleep, nestled in his warmth, in the safety of knowing he wouldn't let anything else happen to her. But she knew the night would be busy for him, that he wouldn't go home until he knew Syleste was okay, for her sake if nothing else. She didn't want to go home alone, so she'd wait. She knew she could go to her Aunts, but that just seemed so father away, and she just wanted her father.

She stared at Gage, for one wild moment feeling like she was staring at a wild animal that was ready to attack. She raised her hands, not looking away, feeling like that would be a mistake, even as she wanted to look back to Syleste, to see for herself that she was okay. She trusted her father with Syleste, and knew he'd care for her well. "Please Gage..." She said softly, her voice losing the strength it had, softer now, full of emotion.

Quinton

"They're going to kill me...hormones everywhere...dear god, I'll have to go through this with Abigale!"

For one wild moment, Quinton thought that everything would be okay. He'd get the boy to the others, and then they could tell them what was going on. They could wipe away the confusion, and help guide these teens in what they were, how to control it, and still be relatively normal. Quinton had been younger then they were when he was bitten, just falling into puberty and adolescence, and he knew the struggle having the bite could be, it meant he could help these children immensely, and make it easier for them in the long run. The calm lasted perhaps even less then a moment, as the boy heard his name screamed. All hell broke loose again, and Quinton barely had time for a muttered curse, before the boy was running off.

Hormones. Bad at the best of times. Throw them to teenagers, and Quinton knew they would be the death of him. These kids would turn his hair prematurally grey, give him a heart attack every other moment, and quite possibly lead him to an early grave, he just knew it. Of course, on the plus side, it would be plenty of training for when Abigale let her hormones rule her. And then she'd have the whole pack to contend with. Yet no doubt she'd have them all wrapped around her little finger, able to get away with just about anything.

Sighing, Quinton followed after the young pup, to make sure he didn't hurt himself, or worse, hurt someone else. Entering the room slowly filling up with the bitten teens, Quinton lay a hand on the young man's shoulder, nodding to the doctor holding the pink-haired girl, who he took to be Syleste. "Easy now, son. No one is getting hurt-erh, well more so-in this hospital. Calm down now, and let the doctor put her down, and then you can be sure yourself that she's okay, aside from the injuries form the attack" Looking over the teens, taking in the young woman standing almost protectively in front of the doctor and the girl he was holding, Quinton saw enough likeness to know they were father and daughter, over the boy sitting on the bed, the two on the other, mentally taking a count. Three to go, and the two from the ambulance should be here soon, if they ever stopped losing themselves in each other. Zoe was probably getting the last one, and Quinton let himself relax, prepared to play babysitter, referee, and enforcer until she got here.

What a night. It just kept getting madder by the second. A druid, an Angel, a fallen Angel, a siren and a pack of wolves walking into a hospital...what's wrong with this picture? he thought, a little ruefully, as he kept his hand on the boys shoulder, ready to restrain him if need be. The teens were all healing, it looked to Quinton, except the boy on the bed, and the girl in the doctors arms. To say it was a mess was an understatement.

Callie

"Ah, to be young and innocent once more...

Having felt the slight drain of power from her light, Callie filled it back up once more, the connection to the ball was constant, needing the energy from the ley-line to hum through her, and by extension it to constantly fuel the little powersource. Saying nothing of it, Callie studied her a moment more. "Ah, I see I have put you ill at ease by mentioning the fact this place is safe. Klamath falls is a type of beacon, you see. In the last few years especially, Supernatural creatures have been lured here by some force or another. Having the inn be a safe place is essentially meaning its a sancturary, for those unable to protect themselves, whether they are weak or injuried." She explained, leaning forward, smiling as tigre seemed content in the girls lap. Familiars were wonderful creatures, often able to judge anothers character.

Pleased that the small kitten was happy with the girl, Callie leaned back. "Ah, every witch can use the leylines. Some are just more talented at it then others. Me? I prefer earth magic. There's something a little more pure at getting magic from earth, the power of the leyline filtered through plants instead of the pure energy it is, that can burn you in an instant if you aren't careful" Which probably sounded horrible, to the girl. "What I mean is, Magic can be dangerous, all magic. Which is why you need to learn it, and your own boundaries" She leaned back, settling herself once more, and sipping the hot chocolate as Alexis told her story.

Amber. Interesting. She frowned at the mention of the silver dot in the woods, and she rose, going over to the stairs and looking up. So it had been a werewolf. The next few months were going to be interesting, indeed. She looked back to Alexis, and with a soft sigh, went back over to he girl. So much she had to teach her..."Yes" She said simply. "Yes, Alexis, there are. All mannor of creatures" She knew from experience how terrifying knowing that was, so she reached out, and gently laid a hand over one of Alexis's. "You have stumbled into a world filled with wonders and horrors. You need the knowledge base to survive, and if you are willing, I will gladly teach you."

The prospect of taking a student was both daunting and exilerating to Callie, and she hoped she could do right by the younger woman.

Niesha

building one, the infirmary

Niesha waited, feeling like the infirmary was holding its breath, like it knew all hell was going to come to them. Niesha wondered, as they waited, who would make it through the night. As what seemed like an explosion burst through the complex, Niesha tensed, waiting for more, wondering if anyone had been hurt, mentally trying to figure out what injuries would manifest from that. Burns, certainly. People falling over fromt he blast, maybe? So injuries from that...she wondered if they had enough of everything, or if she was going to be running around boiling water, ripping up sheets, slaming together medicines as quickly as she could...One thing was for certain, whatever happened here tonight, she was going to be busy the next few days trying to replenuish their stock of medicines, at the very least.

as Kristina appeared, totting along one of the newer arrivals to newman, Niesha took the chance to leap into action, looking the woman over as she approached, seeking to help Kristina with her-knowing Kristina herself had an injured ankle. The woman just seemed bruised up, mostly, but if she'd fallen on something, as it seemed evident from the way she was limping and being supported, Niesha knew there could be internal injuries, and she wondered if they were set up for that. "What happened? Did you hit your head?" She looked to Kristina too, hoping there would be answers enough for what happened. Panic shifted threw her. If there was injuries inside, and injured coming...would they have enough beds, or would they have to result to using every bit of avaliable floor space? Her heart clenched-Sophia! Yet she reframed from panicking fully. Sophia just had to be alright.
