Melissa was getting more and more annoyed; each person stepping in, then the boy having to step in and agree to a fight? No no no! Melissa played a loud note on her guitar, the sound echoing off the walls. She'd had enough.

"You've done nothing but sulk, strop, and threaten things. Now you think you'll get to fight the boy just because you don't like him being here? That is NOT how magical girls works, nor how this school works! You" she pointed straight at Lucia "are an embarrasment to this school, and magical girls everywhere, and I'm not standing for you bullying your way into a fight against our newest student."

She stepped forwards, towards Lucia.

"You're not a hero; you're a coward, and if you try anything to him you'll have to deal with me."

Melissa smiled and waved to Yuki as she moved on. She wasn't pleased a boy was joining the school, but she was confident the school wasn't going to allow this boy to mess things up. Especially not for her.

Plus she had someone to talk to, as her shoulder was tapped and some new kid asked her about the school. "Well, you're asking quite literally the best person in the school. I'm Melissa Santana" she paused a moment to wait for recognition of the surname before continuing "the school is a shining example among magical girls, even more so with this current generation. Best teachers, best classes, and we now even allow boys it seems!" She grinned.

Then Lucia went off on another rant...and finally Melissa had enough. "Sorry cutie, but I gotta deal with this one. Chat again in a minute?" She gave the girls arm a squeeze, then turned and shouted at Lucia: "for once you stupid little girl, shut your fucking mouth before I shut it for you! He's here, he's staying, and we're going to be fucking friends with him. Get over it, or get the fuck out!" She had her guitar on, and stared daggers at lucia.
