For the majority of her childhood, Cassie never really lived in one place for long. Her mother, in typical Indiana Jones fashion, never really settled on one location and given there was no real extended family to speak of to drop her off while on a dig Cassie was expected to come along whether it was a year in London or one in Shanghai or Jerusalem. This would not change until Cassie was sought out by an enemy of Olympus who attacked Cassie due to her connection to Zeus; a situation that would lead to Cassie’s latent divinity awakening but also give Cassie enough time for Wonder Woman to arrive and pull her out of the fire. This would conclude with training under the Amazonian superheroine. In recent years things have taken a turn. Her time with Wonder Woman became an occasional partnership as Cassie has found herself a member of the Titans, a sort of junior division of the Justice League. She still works closely with Wonder Woman when the need arises, but really, Cassie has her hands full in Jump City most of the time. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) Trying something new. Like new new. I’ve never traditionally played Cassie and of the times I played Wonder Woman I didn’t really utilize her in any sort of capacity. This is a driving-roaming character type. I’ll be able to set up, albeit loosely, what the Titans are doing and be able to team up with West Coast heroes and occasionally collaborate with a Wonder Woman player. Ultimately it’s sort of new territory so a lot of experimentation will be clear as I play Cassie doing her best as a leader of the Titans in Jump City while her long distance relationship with her father complicates further when her divine bloodline brings more trouble to her and her friends. I don’t know. Could be fun. FRENEMIES An old enemy ends up asking the Titans for help. With some skepticism involved, Cassie and the team find themselves in a loaded situation. A NEW HIVE Queen Bee is up to her old tricks and with an new group of teenaged loyalists aligns against the Titans when they poke their nose into her business once again. |
