For what felt like several hours yet in reality was only ten minutes, Vinnie had screamed and pounded on the wall, pleading for someone to come rescue her. She bruised her wrists in the assault and had to cease, as tears sprung to her eyes each time she hit against the cold, uncaring walls. The next ten minutes she spent frantically tearing apart the room, opening every drawer that she could, picking up the bedding and shaking them out and tossing them aside. By the time she had finished, now sitting across the wall and crying without restraint, it looked like a hurricane had swept through the living space. It wasn't pretty - it was an ugly cry. She had lost all concept of time by the time she had quieted down, her voice hoarse from screaming and then crying.

As if the universe had just been waiting for her temper tantrum to conclude, a section of the wall slid and revealed a door. "I'm so confused," Vinnie sniffled, drying her eyes with the back of her hands. She picked herself up off the ground, her hands shaking as she went over to the door and yanked it open, facing an oppressive hallway. "Am I in jail? Did I kill someone?" Vinnie asked, her eyes darting around nervously. "Can you be in jail if you don't remember doing it? Like, who even am I? Do I have a lawyer?"

She jumped out of her skin as a voice came on over the intercom. "What the crap?" she couldn't help but exclaim. For a brief second, she thought the voice had been a ghost - but no, that had definitely been real. She'd heard that. Vinnie's eyes were red from crying. Her mind jumped, like a record skipping, as she then realized that there were other people there as well. Two of them gave names - Noah and Luke. The girl with the pink hair was objectively attractive and Vinnie gawked at her slightly, watching as she left. "Hot damn... I'd want fries with that shake..."

A guy with curly black hair and a tan laughed, shaking his head a bit. He definitely seemed like he was more at ease with this situation than she was. Maybe she was the only one that didn't remember anything. Was that awkward? Would they ask her questions about... about whatever it was they did here? Was this some sort of weird internship in a hotel jail? The guy with the dark curly hair was walking confidently down the hallway to the galley and Vinnie hurried along, slipping inside right after him.

"Raynor," he introduced himself, grabbing a pastry. "Thanks, hope you don't mind sharing with the class." He smirked at Gordon.

Vinnie took a seat as well, taking one of the bits of food since it looked to her like a communal thing - she hadn't seen the others go up to order and there was so much food in front of the guy, she figured it had to be for everyone. She didn't eat though, instead nervously picking at it with her fingers. "Well it's kinda hard to do an icebreaker, since I don't know who I am," Vinnie blurted. She mentally kicked herself right after. She hadn't wanted to admit that to everyone. This was going to totally suck if everyone else remembered. "I'm Vinnie, by the way. Well it's short for Lavinia - but I like Vinnie way better. I'm sorry, I didn't ask, but it's okay if I have this, right? I don't know if there are rules here or anything... Is this like an orientation training program? Jail? Hotel? Is it a hostel? Maybe a ward for amnesiacs with no doctors and weird doors that aren't doors until the voice lady wakes up?"

Cardiff, Wales: February 14th, 2021 - 5:00 P.M.

Raynor Blake

Location: Cardiff Castle
Skills: Light Manipulation, Jack of All Trades (Bladed Weapons)

Raynor's blood ran cold. He recognized the Black Order instantly. The line up was a little different than the one from his universe, yet they had razed and destroyed countless of planets in dozens of systems. Their reputation proceeded themselves and he did not doubt for one moment that they would be just as formidable in this universe. "Go to Helheim." His cousin was supposedly dead in this dimension, though he didn't buy it. Hel was like her father, Loki - a survivor.

Strange produced his sling ring, opening a portal in front of him to HM Prison in Cardiff. He stumbled, barely able to concentrate as Supergiant put him under a psychic assault. The Sorcerer Supreme groaned, hardly capable of resisting the commands to surrender. "Go," he grunted to the others painfully. "I don't know how much longer I can hold this." A strange sort of light was draining from Strange's mind and going into Supergiant, resembling how a dementor would feed in the Harry Potter films.

"Stop resisting," Supergiant prompted. Her eyes then flashed dangerously. "Activate the bombs."

Blood was trickling from Strange's nose and eyes. Bonnie jumped through the portal, knowing that she had been assigned to go after Thane and secure him. She knew how to fight, yet she didn't have any powers. There wasn't much she could do against the Black Order with just knives. She didn't need to know their powers and abilities in order to realize that, especially after one of them backhanded Oliver and flung him across the room like he was nothing.

Black Dwarf had taken the most hits so far of the Black Order, blood oozing from both of his eyes. He was completely blind now, yet that made him no less formidable an opponent. He heard Maria call out her taunts and he rushed in her direction, each of his steps leaving a small crater in the ground in the shape of his foot. He swung his double bladed battle axe - a weapon easily bigger than Maria herself - and missed, the blades going right over Maria's head. "Come out and fight, little girl!!!" Black Dwarf sneered.

Ebony Maw was writhing on the ground, yet managed to use his telekinesis to fling the batons off of him, allowing his impromptu shock therapy to cease. A master tactician, he had heard Tempest exclaim about Thane di Angelo and his location. Thane. His master's son. The one prophesied to kill Thanos. He was here on Terra - and it didn't take much for him to guess he would be on the other end of the portal the wizard produced. "Thanos thanks you for your service," he taunted Tempest, before diving through the portal. Raynor tried to blast him with light to stop him, but his strike missed.

Corvus Glaive smiled wickedly. The glaive he used, for which he was named, looked like it was crafted out of both gold and bone. Anyone who looked at it would come to the startling realization that it was most likely forged from the bones of someone he had defeated, someone he had murdered in brutal combat. The air around Corvus Glaive seemed to vibrate for a moment, before in a flash he dashed into the portal, following Ebony Maw and Bonnie. Like Luminous, he was graced with the gift of superspeed.

Proxima Midnight flicked her staff. It had been crafted by Thanos, created from a star that had been trapped in a quantum singularity. She stared at Raynor, judging the Asgardian to be the only worthy opponent for her there. Supergiant had the wizard battling his own mind and Black Dwarf, while blinded, was drawing most of the attention of the feeble Terrans.

"One on one?" Raynor scoffed, drawing Lyting. His grandmother, the Queen of Witches, had gifted him the dagger. It always returned to his hand.

"Such a puny weapon for a god," Proxima scoffed. She dashed forward faster than the eye could see, another speedster amongst the Black Order, and struck with her spear. Raynor blasted upwards with light, forming a makeshift shield that managed to stay her blade. He forced her spear back and Raynor stabbed at her with Lyting, yet Proxima was too quick for him. She dodged. He blasted with light again, only for Proxima Midnight to appear behind him with ease, her spear at his throat. "Do not feel sorrow, Asgardian. Your mistake was choosing such feeble allies."

Proxima Midnight thrusted her spear through Raynor's neck.

The Asgardian gasped for air, choking on his own blood. He stabbed Proxima Midnight in the gut with Lyting, before falling to the ground, struggling to hold onto life.

Bonnie Chase

Location: Outside HM Prison Cardiff
Skills: Throwing Knives, Hand-to-Hand Combat, Gymnastics

Bonnie emerged on the other side of Strange's portal. She was in the parking lot outside of an impressive prison complex. Tall fences surrounded all of the stone buildings. There were so many windows that for a brief moment, it reminded her of a residence hall at a university for undergraduates. That illusion was ruined though by the armed guards that patrolled the area and the watchtower, as well as the many signs in the parking lot reminding visitors of the rules for a Category B prison.

She spun around, hearing two others charge through the portal - Ebony Maw and Corvus Glaive. None of her teammates had come through yet. It was just her, standing between two homicidal aliens and a (innocent?) criminal named Thane, locked up somewhere in the prison behind them. She only had four knives on her, all of them designed for throwing. Her odds in this fight were not good.

But she hadn't joined S.H.I.E.L.D. expecting life to be easy.

"Stand down," Bonnie warned. She twirled two of her throwing knives, the other two still secured to the exterior of her suit.

Ebony Maw laughed. Corvus Glaive followed his lead. The two of them advanced, seeing no threat from a small, weak little Terran. "I beg your pardon, girl?" Ebony Maw asked.

"Stand down and I'll let you live," Bonnie told them. Her voice was steel. She should have been terrified out of her mind, yet she had never felt calmer. If this was how her life ended, so be it. She wasn't going to be scared. A flickering grey aura had gathered around her, unnoticed by the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent.

"If you wish to die in the name of Thanos so dearly, then who are we to refuse your wish?" Ebony Maw asked, before nodding at Corvus. "Attend to her. I shall find Thane."

She threw a blade at Ebony Maw, aiming for his head, yet he deflected it telekinetically and the knife clattered to the ground, useless. She dashed towards Maw, doing a cartwheel and was about to kick him in the head, when she was seized from behind. Corvus Glaive had grabbed her and lifted her up into the air, his hand curled around her neck. "Goodbye, girl," he sneered, before snapping her neck.

Or at least, he tried to.

The grey aura became stronger, somehow preventing Corvus Glaive from killing Bonnie. An image flashed in her mind briefly. An olive tree with an owl sitting on the top branch, followed by a haunting voice: "I have chosen."

"Why won't you die?!" Corvus screamed.

Filled with strength she didn't know she had, Bonnie thrusted her hips up, wrapping her legs around Corvus Glaive's head. She stabbed him in the eye with her blade and he screamed in pain.

Ebony Maw just turned his head, looking at the two. "Curious..."

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Motel 6 - Greensboro, North Carolina
Skills: N/A

Leda raised an eyebrow as Zeke said he'd stay in the truck, only stealing a shower in the morning. "Sounds like a bloody brilliant way to get yourself killed," she couldn't help but say. It wasn't nearly as nice as Kristin's thoughts on the situation, but Leda didn't care. Demigods were in grave danger every time they left Camp Half-blood, especially in groups. Three demigods in one spot was about the largest number they could really do safely in her opinion. If Zeke were to sleep outside by himself in the truck, what happened if a monster came? Who would save his skin?

She followed Kristin into the motel, each step feeling almost unnatural. Her body was incredibly tired and exhausted, as she was running on fumes. Leda barely even had detailed memories of driving them here for three hours, as most of the road had ended up blending together. She let out an exhausted yawn as she gave her portion of the money over to the motel clerk. As soon as Kristin unlocked their room and they headed inside, she dropped her bag down on one of the beds. She kicked off her shoes and crawled into the bed. "Night, losers," she mumbled, before falling asleep in seconds. She hadn't even crawled underneath the blankets. Her hat covered her head and her face was smooshed into the pillows.

Callum was obviously upset and grieving, his eyes a little red. "That only smarted a bit," he tried to joke, wincing with each movement he made, with every breath that he took. The Cruciatus Curse had been brief, yet that made it no less painful. Every limb felt like it was on fire. Every muscle ached. Every cell of his body screamed. He shuffled into the corridor, looking to make sure that all of the children were still inside. He thanked his lucky stars seeing that compartments 1 and 2 had evacuated.

The unicorn and bat patronuses were hanging back in the compartment. The bat had perched itself upside down from the ceiling, whereas the unicorn was pawing at the ground. None of the aurors paid them any mind. It was widely believed that Death Eaters were incapable of producing a patronus, so they figured they had been sent by well meaning students. They could deal with them later.

"Protego!" Frederick threw up a shield around his wife. Bonnie's head wound was bleeding more quickly now. She collected her wits and began a song-like incantation, "Vulnera Sanentur," as she dragged her wand through the air above her head. The blood slowed. "Vulnera Sanentur." The residue vanished. "Vulnera Sanentur." Her skin began to knit together, until all that remained was a scar.

Lyra continued her spell, the poor Death Eater pinned by a never ending stream of water. "Frederick, contact Madam Bones and Headmaster Dumbledore." She considered her options for a brief second, her eyes narrowing. "Petrificus Totalus!" Lyra cast. She needed to knock out the Death Eater and restrain him. The conductor tried to defend himself, yet Lyra's spell missed. "Incarcerous!" Thick ropes appeared, ensnaring the Death Eater and binding him completely.

The auror walked up to him, snatching his wand, yet she had missed something critical.

"Chimera will rise," the conductor promised, before biting down on a capsule hidden within his mouth. He began to foam at the mouth and convulse violently. Within seconds, he was dead. There would be no interrogation, no knowledge to gain.

Just a name - Chimera.

Compartment 13 -

Talbott stiffened, as if Madalyne had just hit him with the Full Body Bind Curse. He didn't know what to do. Only his eyes moved, looking helpless and confused as she hugged him. When she released him, Talbott awkwardly took a few steps back and nodded at her. He was entirely speechless - though that in itself wasn't unusual for Talbott. He did tend to fly solo.

"I think that's the first time Talbott's been hugged," Andre commented. "You alright, mate?" he asked. He and Talbott were both Ravenclaw students, after all. He couldn't help but be familiar with the aloof Prefect.

Penny was tugging on her hair nervously, nodding a bit as Zelda asked what was going on. "We, uh... We heard the aurors fighting the Death Eater... I think the conductor... And, erm, Talbott pulled us out just in time... An explosion destroyed the compartment right after we left."

"...I'm sure your mum's okay," Andre reassured Zelda.

Paige Atwell

Location: Compartment 15
Magic: Patronus

Had they not been in mortal peril, Paige likely would have argued with Elizabeth, pointing out that Death Eaters were different from dementors. Patronuses wouldn't be able to hurt them. Yet her nerves were frazzled and if Elizabeth thought it might help, well, it wasn't a totally rotten idea. Maybe it would confuse the Death Eaters. And besides, it wasn't like anyone else in the compartment was capable of producing one. "Expecto Patronum!" Paige cast. Only a few wisps left her wand. She hadn't concentrated enough on a happy memory.

She forced herself to bring one to mind - it was her and her dad, touring a dragon reserve in Romania. He was telling her all of the facts that he could as they watched the majestic creatures roast their food alive and swallow them whole. Pain then flickered through her though, remembering that just days later, the Ministry of Magic had raided their home, looking for her brother. "Expecto Patronum..." Her focus wasn't enough. "Expecto Patronum..." She saw Simon's face on the wanted posters - how thin and gaunt he looked.

"Paige, you've got this," Barnaby said, giving her words of encouragement. "Try thinking about crup puppies? Or baby kneazles?" he suggested.

She nodded, picking another happy memory. She thought about her home in Bristol, about dangling her legs into the water, looking at the aquatic magical creatures that swam up to greet her. She remembered the scent of her mother's perfume as she worked on an article behind them, the sound of her father's laugh as he jumped into the water. "Expecto Patronum!" she cast. Her mind was clear and focused. A brilliant long winged bat burst from her wand, flying through the cinder blocks that Elizabeth had created. It flew down the corridor towards the fight, knowing that Paige wanted it to help the aurors.

"Are you sure it's safe to go out there?" Beatrice asked Fae, looking worried. "And what's a pussy?" she asked.

"Please, stay here," Chiara added softly. It was the most she had spoken in a while, ever since her panic attack. She could hear the sounds of the fighting and she didn't want to think of a single person leaving the compartment, potentially never to be seen again alive.

"I hope Penny's okay..." Beatrice then whimpered, squirming slightly.

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: San Fransisco - Amtrak Station
Skills: Strategy

Maybe it would have been a good idea to get a child of Mercury to go with them on the quest - they were good at stealing. Of course, Nancy was rather skilled at sleight of hand. It was a skill she had unfortunately picked up on the Vegas Strip. "I can steal, don't worry," she informed her friends. Niah was probably too much of a rule following goody two shoes to steal anyways. Madalyne she doubted would have any issues with it, especially given her mother. From what she knew, Trivia tended to have a fast and loose moral code in comparison to the goddess of the Styx. It was only a day or two, according to Madalyne, so they wouldn't even need to steal that much.

Nancy could probably even earn them food by singing - prophecy wasn't the only thing she had inherited from Apollo.

"Oh, wotcher," she said, calling the others attention. She had been keeping an eye out at the station for any monsters, especially with how thick the Mist was in San Fransisco. A chill then ran down her spine. Look for trouble and ye shall find. A chimera, a monstrous creature with the head of a lion, the body of a goat, and the tail of a snake. Practically every part of it was deadly. The snake's venom could kill with ease. The head was able to breathe fire. "Odds that it hasn't noticed us are... well, awful." She pulled her twin imperial gold daggers. Hopefully this fight wouldn't make them miss the train. They didn't have money for more tickets.

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower - Top Floor
Skills: Electronics and Computers
"Keep the board away from him, I'm going to try to get us back up!" Guin told Bethany quickly. Allison was urging them to keep on moving, to not waste time at all. Her heart was pounding from the pure adrenaline of the situation, as Guin quickly went over to the nearest computer and started accessing the mainframe. Her hands were shaking so much that at first, she forgot to put in a needed semi-colon and it returned an error message to her. "Shit, keep it together, Stark," she admonished herself. The next time she typed in the command string, she had more luck - she hit all of the buttons correctly, used the right passwords, and granted herself access to the Iron Legion.

For a brief moment, her brain remembered a book she had read once where Manhattan ended up being protected by robots in order to save the Empire State Building.

"And entering in the parameters now..." Her fingers flew across the keyboard as she put in the specifics. She programmed the Iron Legion to defend Stark Tower and those on it from the Silver Surfer as their top priority. Her father had made them after the incident with Loki and she imagined he had just been too busy fighting the Surfer to activate them already. They probably wouldn't be able to do much, but the sheer number of them would hopefully overwhelm the Surfer. He could likely easily destroy one, but dozens of them, attacking him all at once? It might just buy them the time they needed.

"Okay, done. Iron Legion's on the job." Her eyes flickered over towards Pietro. She wondered if he was happier with her in here, programming robots. Fourteen robots then spurred to life, their eyes glowing as they flew out of the tower and joined the fray against the Surfer.

Neil Spellman

Location: Outside Stark Tower -> the Roof
Skills: Telekinesis
Neil had been in a perfect free fall, screaming in absolute terror when something yanked him. He jolted to a stop as his momentum decreased drastically. If it hadn't been for the suit, he likely would have gotten severe whiplash from the suddenness of it all. His hands still had a death grip on the Nullifier. He didn't know what he would have done with it if his fall hadn't been broken. It was more important than his own life, he knew that much. "...Mama?" Neil mumbled, confused by Iris' choice of words. His actual mother was likely at the New York Sanctum right now, probably even joining other sorcerers in defending the world from Galactus. His father had to be with her too. Maybe even his aunties and his cousin, Rebecca.

Banner shouted at them to keep on going and Neil tried to get the thrusters in his suit to work, but they were too damaged. They weren't giving him any lift. A bright light shined on them and Neil instinctively shut his eyes, turning his head away. When he dared to open them again, he noticed a shimmering force surrounding him and Iris. The Surfer continued to fight everyone else, but he didn't seem to see them. "Brace yourself," he told Iris, before Neil concentrated, imagining that he was grabbing both of them with a rope.

And then he telekinetically flung him and Iris up as hard as he could, sending them crashing into the roof of Stark Tower. He scrambled up to his feet, taking a quick moment to get his bearings. He hoped that Sara was okay. Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman were there, fighting three clones of the Silver Surfer. Their hands were full. Neil wanted to give the Nullifier to them. He didn't want to be the one to threaten Galactus.

But he couldn't have nice things.

He didn't even know if this would work. He tried to use his telekinesis to disrupt the invisibility Lance gave them. Nothing. He tried again. Still nothing. Again. Nothing. "Mister Fantastic!" Neil called out, before he ran straight towards him, knowing it could get him killed with all the Silver Surfers there. He took the Nullifier and put it into Mister Fantastic's hands. "Go finish this."

🗡️ Megan Pendragon 🗡️

Location: Merlin's Warehouse
Skills: N/A

Even though she had seen Merlin murder those people in the park with magic, Megan's eyes widened as Tinker Bell made Jack begin to float. A cynic would have suggested that there were hidden wires and Jack had orchestrated all of this as an elaborate prank. Maybe they both had been drugged with some sort of aerosol spray they hadn't noticed - it couldn't have been anything in the drinks, as Megan hadn't touched hers. She didn't know how to respond as Merlin apologized for Tinker Bell's behavior, so she just nodded. Megan was still silent as Merlin told them who their parents were. Her brother was the son of Rumpelstiltskin - she didn't remember a single thing about Rumpelstiltskin.

But King Arthur and Queen Guinevere? Megan knew about them. She had been teased in school because of her last name, Pendragon. Bullies used to take a ruler and jab it into Megan's lunch, asking her if she was worthy enough to pull the "sword" from the "stone." Megan swallowed thickly. Her father was the legendary king of England? "...Didn't Lady Guinevere end up cheating on Arthur with Lancelot?" Megan asked. There were certainly better questions to ask, but it was the first one that came to mind. She remembered things about that in the stories. "And... are you quite sure Jack isn't the son of King Arthur and I'm the child of this.... this Rumpel person? He's more the royal type than I am."

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: San Fransisco - Amtrak Station
Skills: N/A

Nancy nodded, listening to Niah's recommendations. From what she had heard about Portland, it was weird. Weird tended to mean a place with loads of monsters in her experience, so she mentally prepared herself for a few fights to the death in that city. She knew next to nothing, on the other hand, about the Dakotas. They had just about no reputation, at least not that she was aware of. Apparently they were home to dragon lairs. Hopefully just the one. "Please don't jinx us, Mads," Nancy groaned, as Madalyne suggested it would be quick and easy. "And I hope we don't run into your mother... Don't some people go mad or something if they meet Trivia at a crossroads?" Nancy asked. She couldn't remember exactly what happened, but she knew that it was bad.

She shifted slightly, squinting her eyes to try to get a better look at their surroundings in the harsh sunlight. She wondered briefly if her aunt had heard her prayers. Nancy doubted that they would be answered though. Her curse was hers to bear and likely couldn't be washed away. She wondered also if a god removing her gift of prophecy would offend her father, Apollo. Maybe he was sitting up there in the Sun Chariot, shaking his head at her. Did he know that she had prayed to Diana? Would he scold her?

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Cyclops Manor - Outside ->> the Road ->> Motel 6 - Greensboro, North Carolina
Skills: Driving (Car)

"Yeah well if you break my compass, I'll feed you to the cleaning harpies," Leda warned Kristin. She was a bit protective over her things, but she again wasn't stupid. She knew that staring at the compass constantly and looking at maps while trying to drive would just be a distraction, a risk. Besides, Kristin's mother was the goddess of battle strategy - maybe that applied to finding the best route to get to a motel as well. Once everyone was buckled up, Leda adjusted her seat, making sure that she was the appropriate distance from the steering wheel. She was extremely tired, but the nerves of driving gave her a jolt better than a Red Bull. She didn't consider either Kristin or Zeke to be her friends, yet she didn't want to make a fool of herself in front of them... and she didn't want to get them killed either.

Once they were on the road, Leda turned on the radio and started scanning through the stations, constantly hitting skip until she landed on a station playing Billie Eilish. She could live with that. "Couple of cyclopses with antiquated ideas of gender norms," she answered Zeke. "Once we get some distance between us and the house, I'll stop for gas. And then look for a motel."

She rolled down the driver's side window slightly, letting the night air drift in and tickle her face, helping her to stay alert. The drive was long and it was late into the night, about ten o'clock, when they pulled into a Motel 6 parking lot in North Carolina. They had gone about 200 miles from Virginia. About halfway through, Leda had stopped to get gas and buy some snacks from a 7-11. She parked the car and killed the ignition, slipping the keys into her pocket. "I got about $80 left - you two?" she asked. She had spent $20 at the 7-11. An empty can of Red Bull was on the ground by her feet. "And 50 quid, but I doubt they take that..."

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: Camp Jupiter - Deccumanian Gate -> San Fransisco - Amtrak Station
Skills: N/A

"I thought it was harpies that went after shiny things - or do fauns do that too?" Nancy asked. She really wished she had some sort of reference guide - like Minerva's Guide to Monsters. Something like that had to exist. There had been demigods for ages, someone would have taken the time to write everything down? Maybe that was how Dungeons and Dragons was created. Should the legion start looking up how to play that game? Was it useful? She had to shake her head slightly. Her ADHD brain had a habit of getting off task, going off on wild tangents at times. Supposedly, this would save her life in battle. "All I know is that it's super powerful and came from the Underworld... Maybe Pluto gave it to Proserpina as a wedding gift or something."

She let an uneasy silence fall for a moment. She could always consult the cards, see if she could trigger a prophetic vision about the gem. She didn't typically try to force prophecies to come on. Nancy knew that the cards were designed to help her control her gift, to manage it, yet she was afraid of them still. Sometimes, she would dream about throwing the cards into the flames, symbolically shedding her curse.

It wasn't too long of a bus ride for them to get to the station. "I've got $50 on me," Nancy said, pulling out her cash. "How far is that good for nowadays?"
