Caesar glanced at the two lieutenants before looking at Feya and back again.

This was... Interesting. He knew him and the fitness woman would be at odds here. She'd pick the yelling angry man, and he'd pick the cool, chill bro. Could this situation be manipulated?

Better question... Was it worth the effort?

Taking a long drag again, he released the smoke in a steady, slow stream before responding.

"Eh, I think this one has it right. Take it easy and train when needed. S'long as you stay in shape, what's it matter? It's what I do, and I'm stronger than anyone I've scuffled with," Caesar said slowly while pointing at the one on the ground. The 'lazy' lieutenant.

He flicked the cigar before taking another drag.

Man, what a bother.

"Ehhh....Why get worked up except when you gotta fight, ya?"
@Lugubrious
Have I ever mentioned how much I enjoy Margrave updates?
@floodtalon@yoshua171@solokolos@Lugubrious@BCtheEntity

Hai guys, this is a little sterner poke to remind y'all to update.

I know Flood is having a stint of writer's block at the moment, and BC only needs a HH update...

Let's try and get things moving again soon, please?

So much happened in a blur of sounds and sights, but one thing caught her eye.

She watched the man get his head chopped clean off, the gore and mess following the cranium as it fell to the ground, followed by the crumpling of his body.

She giggled as everything stopped for a moment, her laughter loud in the silence.

"Broken and busted, away away away, naughty little things, came out to play!" She stopped her current project, having lost all interest in the barriers she had been constructing. "Run, my crazy little blood rose! BE FREE!"

She looked back at the two people she'd been looking to assist. Her eye twitched at the man before she addressed the woman.

"Look, yes, get your thing and we leave, yes yes? Perhaps your servant can go get it while we make the exit? He is trained, yes?"
@Feisty-Pants
I mean, no reason you couldn't. But things haven't really been moving any lately. Most players haven't really responded to prompts it replied to things.

Am unsure what to do with Gamble at this junction.

Caesar stood up slowly as the ship neared dock, working through the motions of getting the ship docked solo while the others rested. All in all, Feya was probably the only other one who would've been increasingly helpful in these tasks, but the doctor needed her rest.

They docked and people began to disembark. Feya took off like a seagull out of a leviathan's jaw, which Caesar only shook his head slightly over.

Bonekid had left, and Dirk too. So had Liliana. Caesar worried about her, he was forming strong emotional attachment to the lady and her metal thing. Even if she was an alien, she was slowly becoming not unlike a mother to the Mink.

Those thoughts hurt, though. So he turned towards Boone. "Be careful, Captain," he muttered before jumping over the railing into the water with a mighty splash.

He lazily drifted, and occasionally swam, around the dock for a while before he let himself go with the flow around the island.

An undermined time later, amidst the sounds of waves and the tide, of wildlife and citizens in the town, Caesar found himself drifting nearer a secondary dock.

He was intrigued. Swimming over, he popped himself up and took a look around.

Was that a sign for a Marine HQ? He thought it was. And was that Feta, err, Feya?

Yes, the albino skin and unique garb stood out.

Pulling himself fully out of the water with a mild wince at the pain, Caesar called out to the fitness doctor, pulling out a pouch from a pocket.

Inside the water proof bag was a lighter and one of his 'special' cigars.

Lighting it up before the met up with the woman, Caesar took a long drag before speaking.

"If you're heading towards that HQ, it looks like we'll be going together," he said simply before blowing out a train of smoke rings. "Yeah, that's some good stuff."
PRT Team GO! The Mysterious Intel!

Protean followed the hand signals easily, taking up position and beginning to change his form. Moments later a conglomerate of animal parts remained. Something resembling a large spider with antlers and clawed paws stood near Hermes, large mandibles clicking softly.

While Hermes was thinking and communicating quietly with Decoy, Protean had already pushed forward, crawling along the walls and ceiling. Large holes puncture holes followed his progress, and then suddenly spider webbing shot forward onto several of the guards bullshiting around a coffee maker.

"I guess you could say they're too wrapped up in their conversation," he said with a laugh.

Very faint muffled screaming could be heard from the floor where the goons were buried under silk. Protean let out what could only be described as excited chittering from his mandibles.

"You can deposit any armed individuals in the holding cells here at the PRT Headquarters," Decoy replied to Hermes, sounding slightly exasperated. "I'll handle the restraints. You better get going, he's not likely to stop and wait for you."

On the other side of the offices, Inkscape was slowly and methodically working through the hallway of doors. Many of the criminals he came across were left in a void, their clothing turned into straight jackets and restraints as the rooms were turned from boring offices into methodical pieces of artwork, all connecting together by a thread.

Allison glanced away from Chroma momentarily at the series of entrances that followed, and the quick pick up of talk around the trio. A few neural pushes and she was able to listen in to them from her current location.

Raising her voice enough to be heard, "I can hear. Continue."

She briefly touched the Charm around her neck, under her clothes and out of sight, before returning her view to Chroma.

"I do hope wee have time to continue this conversation.... Elsewhere," she murmured.

Her gaze floated around the room again. The assembled group was... Large. Very different. Dangerous. This was a boiling pot.

A joker, a druggie, a mystic, a poison drinker... The list was varied, and honestly one of the weirder things she'd ever seen.

The mention of someone listening to the trio...

Dark Vision. A glance around the parameter showed nothing in range... Which left the more likely option of the roof. Sure enough, something was up there.

She suppressed a giggle.

Yes, things were getting weirder by the minute.
