@Divine Darkness Yeah it's on a Sunday in the team-up happening between Thing, Darkhawk, and the Inhuman... but I never really go into much more than that as far as the date. Somebody else's post could be taking place on a Tuesday. 

As far as catching up on the IC, when it's more of a sandbox style I generally wait until a character's got two or three posts and I read each character's story in larger chapters. I've still gotta catch up on @BlackSam3091's Kid Loki, the rest of Darkhawk and Anders meeting, and one more character...

Well Jacob's already out of school [pretty sure he's the oldest one of the group] so he'd be in college. And your guy's in Queens so I doubt he's gonna travel all the way to Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn to go to a community college. I DO like that little group though, and could see us meeting in a library or something. Perhaps Jacob goes to a library cause the computer in Ben's home is built for his giant hands and just ridiculous to try and use. 

IDK, I'm up for more ideas though.

In the event the other Four Kingdoms aren't created we'll use more of the past cannon Kingdoms. Don't think because my guy's from Sub Diego another hero couldn't be either, that's completely cool. 

And for the record, everything in the part of San Diego that sank into the ocean, including the animals at the zoo, are now water breathers. Meaning... WE HAVE AQUATIC DOGS! LOL

Brent possesses enhanced physical attributes, the ability to breath under water, as well as giant growth up to twenty feet tall. Strength limits at regular size is roughly six tons, and his strength increases with his size. 

Weaknesses: 

He's as fleshy as the next human with gills. Though time under the seas has given him a degree of durability that's resistant to small arms fire and basic bladed weapons. 

Equipment: light weight body armor/wet suit. 

Experience: Two years operating in the shadows in-costume, and he's lived in Sub Diego since it sank.

Reason For Joining: Aquaman rescued Brent right after Sub Diego sank several years earlier and made quite the impression. Over the last two years BA has tried to become 'the Batman of Sub Diego'.

He communicates with them, it isn't exactly talking, it just reads better that way LOL. And then he has the power to control/compel them to do his bidding. This ability has been hampered by folks like King Shark having more influence over sharks, as well as Charybdis over piranha.

Aquaman stepped down as King of Atlantis when the Seven Kingdoms joined under one rule. Arthur Curry was never one for politics, but knew his wife Mera was up for the role. While Mera ruled over the Seven Kingdoms as their Queen, Aquaman was tasked with defending the oceans and keeping the peace between the Seven Kingdoms and the surface world. The founding Justice Leaguer knew he couldn't do it alone, and began scouting the seas for 'others like him.' He was looking for more gifted undersea metahumans and eventually he found them. It would be just in time as Aquaman would discover an assassination plot to kill the Queen during her tour of the Seven Kingdoms, but what do Deadshot and Black Manta have to do with it all? And who's pulling their strings? It's up to Aquaman and the new JUSTICE LEAGUE ATLANTIS to figure it out before it's too late...

Justice League Atlantis is exactly what it sounds like. Players will create undersea metahumans, new underseas kingdoms, and species of creatures in an RP that will have them all joining Aquaman himself to save the cities of the seas. While they have created several in one universal reboot or the next, for this RP we'll only have three cannon kingdoms to give you guys a little more freedom to create the last four. Sub Diego will also be cannon in this and be a frequent hotspot for drifters from the kingdoms to lay low in. 

The three kingdoms that will be cannon include:

🌊	Poseidonis: The main city of Atlantis, it is a large domed city. Aquaman is seen here most often. It is the location of the Royal
	Throne.

🌊	Shayeris (formerly Crastnus): The Capital of the Hidden Valley. Home to extremely secluded mystics and pacifists. The birthplace of
 	Garth, the first Aqualad.

🌊	Xebel: A penal colony locked beneath the Bermuda Triangle, Mera is from here. Mera's father rules in Xebel. Mera's sister, Siren,
 	was sent from Xebel to kill Aquaman along with some Xebel soldiers. It's unclear how she and the soldiers managed to get out of
	their imprisonment.

... and like I said before, you guys can go nuts with the last four. There have been cities of mermen, another city of mystics, etc. However, here's a blurb for Sub Diego as well...

🌊	Sub Diego: Sub Diego was a portion of San Diego that sunk into the sea, and became part of 
	the kingdom of Atlantis for several years. Some of the people who sunk with the part of the city gained
	the ability to breath water. It should be noted Sub Diego is no longer recognized as an undersea kingdom like the
	others, as it is part of the United States. 

So there's four places already you could have a character from or you can choose to try and create a new kingdom for us to incorporate. Remember there's all kinds of mystic artifacts in the oceans one could use, similar to the artifacts used by Aquaman and the Others. You could also be an original deep sea explorer with a fancy tech suit or something like one of the Sea Devils. I'm mostly looking for folks already living underwater though, so only one or two tech heroes will be accepted. Any heroes who can adapt to underwater environments such as Beast Boy, Martian Manhunter, etc. could also be used!

To give you an idea of how we'll handicap Aquaman in the RP to make the rest of us more relevant, he CAN'T control sea life anymore. He can communicate with it, but its as if the oceans' inhabitants are no longer compelled to do as Aquaman asks. And that would be due to the woman who wants the Queen's crown, the self proclaimed Creature Queen. Along with Deadshot and Black Manta, CQ also has King Shark, the Eel, and an army of mystically altered sea creatures as well as the Trench at her disposal. But who is this woman, and why does she hate Aquaman so much?

Does anybody wanna defend the oceans alongside Aquaman? Looking for six to seven players to get this one off the ground. If there's enough interest I'll post a Character Sheet model!

Just posted. Feel free to elaborate on the time we spent during lunch with the Chinese food, or have Johnny talk smack to the Thing. I could totally see them betting on who's kid takes down the new Atlantian Prince.
