Vi is a average-looking girl, not stunningly beautiful but not truly that bad either. Her hair is cut in a somewhat messy fashion, and usually is something that she doesn't deal with until it starts to become an annoyance. In terms of her figure, she's rather slender and lithe in her build, with a somewhat larger than average bust and slight hourglass shape to her frame. She has some muscles and tone to her body, but not a lot due to it being hard for her to gain much with her body type, as well as a lack of real effort to build it up.

Clothing Style: Vi dresses to be as inconspicuous and unnoticeable as possible, tending to wear either black and/or dark purple clothes to assist in this. She wears a large black and purple zip-up hoodie, baggy jeans, and some sneakers before calling it a day, not really too particular about what she wears.He also wears contacts to help him with her vision, and while she isn't blind without them, they will definitely cause problems if she doesn't have them in.

Personality:

Vi's outward personality is one of apathy and vague caring about most things in the world around her. For most people, she barely pays attention to anything they say unless it's of some importance, and even then she's likely to miss a detail or two unless the person in question makes sure they have her complete and full attention. Vi also tends to be a bit over-reactive with people who annoy her, often resorting to dead-pan threats to get them to leave her alone, threats that she is more than willing to carry out if need be.

While many would think that Vi's just a stone-cold bitch that doesn't give a fuck about anyone but herself(an opinion that isn't completely untrue), the truth is that she tends to take this attitude in order to make up for her social ineptitudes, and can actually be a very clingy, dependent individual. This side of herself is usually only seen by her family, her brother Crimson in particular, but if she does encounter someone else that draws her interest, she will tend to show this more vulnerable side to them, as well as act much less cold and apathetic while in their presence, almost like a cat in the presence of her owner. This interest can be a tad unhealthy, however, as her social isolation has made it so that certain social norms are unknown to her. For example, it's an extremely bad idea to stalk people for days at a time when you have nothing better to do, or sneak into their homes when they're out to collect little knick-knacks and what not. She also becomes a bit protective of people who interest her, tending to threaten anyone who seems to be a danger. This, at times, can go a bit far at times and it often requires a firm and guiding hand to steer her away from doing things she might regret, such as putting on a mask, knocking the person out, then leaving them hanging in their underwear from the academy flag pole. . . not that she was responsible for that, of course.

History:

Vi comes from a long line of Hunters and Huntresses, all of them masters of the arts of stealth and deception. From birth she's been expected to join the ranks of the Hunters and keep the people of Remnant safe from the horrors of grim, taking to the Shadows in order to hunt down the savage beasts and drive humanity forward. And while Vi has worked towards that goal, she's rather . . . unmotivated by it. She's rather unmotivated by most things really, looking at the world through the eyes of someone struggling to care about it. She does what her parents ask her to, and works just hard enough to meet their expectations, but anyone who watches her can tell she never really gives her best at anything.

Vi grew rather lonely, as her family has long been seen as a sort of boogeyman amongst the people of the world, as they tend to keep to themselves and the methods of some of their predecessors were known to be rather . . . disturbing, if effective, in how they disposed of the Grimm, not to mention the odd behaviors and mannerisms of some of the more notable hunters to have spawned from their brood. Left to her own devices all his life, never really interacting with anyone but her family, she developed some . . . odd coping habits to deal with her loneliness, like watching others from afar, and stalking those she found to be particular interesting and that she thought she could learn from. She took to copying the manner of other kids in attempts to fit in, but they usually ended in failure as people just found it weird and creepy. As she reached her teenage years, entering into the combat school of Signal like her parents wanted, she began to stop really caring about what other people thought.

As the years went on, she simply let herself be absorbed by the job and lifestyle her parents wanted for her, lounging around the near other people, some part of her still hoping to glean some information out of those around her, yet most of her not really caring so much about it. As she attends Beacon, she feels neither relief that she was accepted, nor worry for the new year. Instead, she simply preps herself for another year by herself as people label her off as the creepy girl in class you shouldn't talk to.

Weapons:

Vi's main weapon starts off as a plain-looking, yet powerful railgun, made to pierce through the armor of even the strongest grimm with little difficulty, firing off a single reinforced bullet at insane speeds. However, in order to make the shot, the lightning dust has to charge up for a bit(about one post) before firing, which causes the gun to over-heat immediately and giving it a cool down time that's at least double that of the charge time(two posts). To add extra power, it can be over-charged, but the longer it's charged, the longer the cool down, as well as a chance for the weapon to possible over-heat while charging, resulting in the weapon exploding with the stored electrical energy. After every shot, the weapon needs to be reloaded with both another bullet and a lightning dust cartridge, as it uses up the whole thing in that single shot.

When Vi is unable to use her weapon as the Sniper rifle she'd like it to be, she can shift the weapon into an automatic-shotgun form, causing the barrel to expand and slide down towards her in order to shorten the length of the weapon and make it easier to handle. After a quick ammunition change, the weapon can now fire powerful slug rounds at the enemy, which can also be switched around for Dust rounds if needed, enabling her to deal quite a bit of damage to those who think they can take him up close. The effective distance of this weapon is a bit larger than most others of this type due to the slug ammunition, meaning that he can also take some foes by surprise if they thing they can play a game of keep away. The downside to this is that her weapon lacks the spread that shotguns normally have, and thus makes it hard to deal with speedy opponents, as she has to make every shot count instead of just going hog wild.

The name black needle comes from the appearance of the projectiles once they're fired from the railgun, as they strangely enough leave a thin trail of black energy behind the bullet for some reason. This has the unfortunate effect of giving away her position in a fight.

Semblance:

Now you see me . . .: Vi's semblance is the ability to turn herself and anything she's holding both invisible and intangible for a short amount of time. However, it takes about three seconds or so for this effect to complete, meaning he can't use it to avoid attacks if he;s in the heat of battle. The effect can last up to a full minute, though that can be fairly tiring, but it also ends the moment that she's about to launch an attack against a chosen target, resulting in a three second fade in that starts the moment he's cemented the idea in his head.(Ex. She sees a grimm, activates her ability, and then, after she decided to walk over behind the grim to initiate the counter attack, some part of her will instantly become visible, and over three seconds, the rest of her will follow up as he tries to walk over and commence the attack. The moment she attacks, she becomes fully tangible as well.) She tries not to use this ability consecutively, as it can really tire her out to keep going in and out of it like that.

During the fade-in and fade-out, there is usually some kind of effect that goes with it, either his body seeming to unravel, some parts fading out before others due, his eyes suddenly beginning to glow, or a unusually wide smile spreading across his face. He doesn't know the reasons for this, nor does he particularly care. From time to time, different effects will pop up other than those stated, but they are the most common.

Strengths:

Vi is an extremely patient and calculating individual, which serves her position as sniper very well. She likes to think things through and gather information, which her Semblance let's her do quite effectively, allowing her to infiltrate any house enemy fortification without much risk of discovery if she remembers to be careful. She also packs a lot of firepower with her choice of weapons, able to take down most average grimm in one to two shots while using shotgun form, and almost always just the one with the railgun form. She's a deadly shot as well, hardly ever missing a shot ever since she picked up her weapon of choice. Another strength of hers is speed and acrobatic ability, which her mother forced her to practice with threats better left unsaid, which help her immensely when it comes to moving from sniping position to sniping position while using her semblance.

Weaknesses:

While she has some options for it, CQC is where Vi is at her most vulnerable, relying on having to outmaneuver or outsmart her opponent(easy with grimm, less so with people), so that she can get to a more advantageous position or lead them to an ally. Her semblance makes for an easy getaway most of the time, but the problem comes with the fact that it drains her a lot to use it in quick succession, so if she's unable to lose them, or gets found by another danger, she'll be in an extremely disadvantageous position.

Vi is based around the Chesire cat in terms of her semblance and some of her demeanor, though instead of a smiling, happy go-lucky personality, I decided to focus more on the strong sense of apathy and uncaring that the character seems to have in all of his incarnations, a lack of caring for the world around him except when certain people or events catch his interest. In those instances, she'll show more of her true self, a somewhat intrusive and obsessive personality that seems a bit off-kilter to the average person

Has a pet cat named Alice that she takes with her nearly everywhere during her off days. She's a black cat with one blue eye and one green eye, and a strip of white fur that goes all the way down her back and up her tail.

As the students went about their day, a black limousine would pull up in front of the E.N.M.A building, the door opening to reveal a rather handsome-looking man exit it's depths. Dressed in a fine leisure suit, a light blue dress shirt prominently displayed due to the jacket part being left open. Running a hand through his golden blonde hair, he took a minute to examine the building, piercing blue eyes taking apart every inch of it in his mind from behind the darkened glass of his designer sunglasses. With a soft chuckle, he'd step forward, allowing for the woman following him to step forward, a somewhat bookish looking woman that didn't look much younger than the her boss. As she took her usual place at his side, to his right and three steps behind exactly, she couldn't help but look around in slight amazement at the facility.

"Wow, I knew this school was top of the line, but even from the exterior, you can tell it's a cut above the rest. But I guess that's to be expected when you have Adam Pride backing you."

"Yes, it is rather glamorous isn't it?" The man replied with a rather unimpressed tone, his eyes glowing slightly from behind his shades as he set about hacking into the systems of the school to give both himself and Claire visitor access to the school, unlocking his restraint a tiny bit in order to do so in an efficient manner rather than just wonder around for 2 minutes. Instead, he had finished in seconds of reaching the information desk, about 30 seconds since he exited the car to be precise, and after a brief discourse with the staff their, he and Claire would make their way into the halls unimpeded for the most part, aside for those who recognized him in the hallway, though some subtle bio-electrical manipulation kept them from approaching him with any asinine requests or impromptu autograph sessions. Luckily for him, most of the Esper's he was meeting where rather weak, and thus no Prana field could halt his attempts, but he knew it was only a matter of time until he ran into one.

Till then, he confided himself with simply looking around the facilities, looking everything over with a practiced eye. It wasn't until he felt her that a smile began to cross his face. He knew the moment he felt the electrical pathways of her brain that it was the woman he had come to see, and quickly made his way through the hallways to bring himself before her. He barely noticed that she was currently with a group of students, his attention focused solely on her as he approached, all smiles and warm greetings as he removed his sunglasses, tucking them into the collar of his shirt with a dramatic flair.

"Well well, I'd say I'm surprised to see someone as big as you here, but given from what I heard of you, teaching seems like the perfect job for one as humble as you are. But alas, where are my manners, I've forgotten to introduce myself." The golden haired man would nod his head to the woman, reaching his right hand out in greeting while he placed the other in his pocket. "Aiden Cross, at your service, Miss. Namashiya. Perhaps you'v heard of me from one of the movies I've played in, though given my more western focus, don't feel bad if you don't. And of course I know of you, Miss. Namashiya. I doubt their is a soul in Pyramid City that doesn't, what with you being one of Pride's strongest Espers. It's truly a pleasure to meet you."

"Oh, and before I forget, allow me to introduce my Assistant, Secretary, and Agent, Claire Redfield. She handles all the day-to-day issues, such as contracts, job offers, and other such things. I'd be at a loss without her, as I've never had much of a head for all this paperwork and whatnot."

Upon being introduced, Claire would take a deep bow, giving her own smaller greeting to both Kotori, then the other students that surrounded her.

"Uh, like Mr. Cross said, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm also dreadfully sorry if we interrupted you talking to your students. We're hear to take a look at the entrance exams, something Mr/ Cross has always been curious about. We'll be sure not to make too much of a fuss, so please don't mind us." She gave Aiden a look of admonishment, but would only get a smile and roll of the eyes in return.

Tokyo Ghoul ∑ [Reboot]

Yo, @AtomicNut@Grey@Pirouette@Savato, I've got an idea for Itsuki's Kajuka form when he becomes a full one. Basically, the dragon head will grow until it takes up the entirety of his shoulder area, making it much more monstrous. His arms will also grow, becoming more armored, but not that much stronger as the RC cell enter a state where they continuously break down and reform, creating a sort of mist/smoke around him where ever there is Kajuka armor. This smoke is highly caustic towards any Organic material, including Kagune and, to a lesser extent, Quinques, enabling him to aptly break through him when combined with his Rinkaku attack power. However, he's not unaffected by this smoke, which also builds up within the dragon head, which he can open to breath it out in a stream, revealing his form, which is stuck in a sort of decayed state due to the constant degradation and healing going on within, which is very painful, but do to his resistance to the caustic smoke he produces, isn't fatal.

The idea remains faithful to the original idea for Itsuki, with him being based around Nidhogg somewhat, while also symbolizing what the Kajuka form means to him. The dragon form over-taking his head shows how his ghoul-ish instincts take over and 'consumes' his humanity while in this form, while also representing how he tends to isolate himself from others, in order to, in his mind, protect them from his destructive tendencies, while also over-looking how these actions only seem to contribute to his own self-destruction, killing his humanity slowly but surely with every action he takes, hence why the acid eats away at his features which, along with his characteristic white Kakugan, gives him an appearance more in-line with the stereo-typical ghoul of legend. An undead monster that feasts upon the corpses of men and monster alike.
