Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

I'm thinking about making a Onmyouji for Suzue still since I wouldn't mind playing my own pair at all. Less messy that way in some ways.

Would probably end up being Yang Wood or Metal. Whichever would fit best. Leaning towards Yang Wood if acceptable, since I don't think we have a healer. If I did, probably wouldn't show up until a bit after we started.

Whew~

I'll get a post up tomorrow with Eir~
Actually yes, she looked like one of those self-righteous scholars that had a tendency to look down on everyone like they were less intelligent then they were back in Astril. She was getting flashbacks just from looking at the way she carried herself and spoke. It was well hidden, but she had spent most of her life growing up with similar people. She just hadn't said anything because shew wanted this encounter to be over with quickly, but it seemed like she might have to put up with her.

When she started speaking of 'Divine' though, that caused all her thought processes to come to a screeching halt. Divine? Was she some sort of religious nut-job? Oh good. Even worse. A self-righteous fool whose self righteousness was based in some fictional creature that likely didn't even exist.

What happened next though, completely shattered Charlotte's understanding of the world. Tengu tribe? Wings? What in the name of the great stars was she?! She in fact, was so far out of her element in dealing with something like a 'Tengu' whatever that was that she couldn't formulate a response other than jumping back a few feet, eyes wide with slight surprise.

"Wah, demon!"

Way to go Charlotte, really eloquent. Realizing that she was a squishy human and that this creature could probably snap her like a twig Charlotte quickly attempted to recover.

"I-I mean, uhm...haha, I've never seen...or heard of a Tengu before?" She said quickly. "I am Charlotte and would very much like to continue living." She chuckled nervously. Well, if she had to she had a few tricks up her sleeves in the form a few nasty surprises.
And a post~

Maria gets the spooky scary shenanigans and Nep has to deal with Christine.

I don't know which is going to be worse, honestly.

And all lovely ideas, heh, but I will neither confirm nor deny anything~
Opera Night

~@The Irish Tree (NEP)~

"Oooh." Her grin faded somewhat into a small seeming frown? Or was that just a trick of the bad lighting? "Aha, you're from the guild? You're going to be performing with me on the stage, then." She gave a very brief sideways glance towards a grave and muttered something quietly to herself. Nephele wouldn't be able to make out all of it, but there was a definite 'hope' and 'cute guy' in there. She didn't give the dragon quite long to ponder it though before her expression lit up, grinning brightly to herself as if she had just gotten the best idea on the planet.

"Ooh! Wait yes yes, nice to meet you, Nephele. I'm Christine!" She grabbed Nephele by her hands, completely unafraid of her claws - or either completely unaware of them. "If he sent you then that means it's rehearsal! Ahaha, yes yes, I have the best idea." Ahaha, she was such a genius wasn't she? Yes she was. "Come on then, chop chop, the arts wait for no man, woman, monster, or genderless space squids!" She began pulling Nephele from the graveyard back towards the house.

Or tried too.

See, Christine wasn't that strong so unless Nephele let her it'd probably end up with the noble kid tripping and falling face first into the ground in her usual over excited and slightly careless manner.

@Eviledd1984 - Maria

What was Maria expecting? Once she had opened the door, there was nothing there. The footsteps halted almost instantly, and the only thing beyond the door was a slightly rundown looking hallway, covered in a large amount of dust. It almost looked like it hadn't been touched in ages, but that couldn't be right, could it? The Mayor had said they had been doing renovations, which also meant that the place should have been in better condition. Judging from a small shattered window and a cold draft...well, it was odd to say the least when the rest of the manor was in almost immaculate condition.

Suddenly, the door slammed shut behind Maria, and if she were to try open the door, she'd find it quite locked. A gentle, but cold breeze was blowing through a shattered window on the opposite end of the hallway. Perhaps this was what shut the door? A particularly strong gust of wind? Either way, it seemed she was now locked in the hallway with the only option be going forward unless she found a way out, and the windows didn't seem like they'd be easy to break or get through, either.

~Arletta Dupain~

@PaulHaynek@The Irish Tree

"Ah? It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, sir." Arletta replied in a friendly manner as she returned the handshake. "Arletta Dupain at your service. As my friend Magnus said, we are heading to Mahigan to help someone who requested our services." The dullahan glanced over to the wreckage as Magnus examined it. It still looked usable. If she had time she could go back to the guild and retrieve her horse, and lead the man to his destination but that might take far too long and be a bit too much of a detour.

"And aha, no, we're not a couple. Just co-workers." She chuckled, offering a small smile to Magnus. "That aside, sir Emilio, would you need aid in getting to safety?"
Ah, she was tired.

Rachel led the group with her usual slow, lackadaisical pace, impmon trailing behind her. She held the cipher in front of her, studying it easily. It was a simple one, if it was just replacing the letters of the English alphabet with symbols. What was it called again? eh, didn't matter. Point is it'd be simple. At least this little puzzle could prove to be a little entertaining. As they reached the second fork in the road, a giant stone stood in the center of the path with the same symbols as was marked on the cipher sheet.

"Hmmm...tsk," She had been hoping for something a bit more difficult, but oh well. This was fine too. A nice little brain exercise. "Left." She said simply, and began walking stopping barely for even a second. She had half a mind to tell them right for giggles but while funny, that would be a little annoying to deal with later.

"E-eh? That quickly?" Swimmon seemed to have her doubts.

"Yep."

"Woooow, you're actually pretty smart aren't ya Rachel?" Kameo grinned, following after her. Rachel gave a small smug smirk at the compliment. Heh, wasn't every day someone recognized her genius.

"Well let's get goin' Impmon spoke up. "Lets get this over with so I can go back to doin' nothin."
@Cherrywitch

Waiting for more people might take a bit and it's not certain we'd get more people anyways.

I'd say it'd be better to get those who need it their shikigami and get started.
A...new pet name? Specifically for her? Sorcha frowned lightly, thinking. She wasn't entirely sure what would be appropriate here. She had a few more...affectionate nicknames from those she was close to over the year, though there was some she wouldn't linger on. Maoin didn't have any distinguishing features. She didn't have any sort of achievements to which she could be named for. Those were the sorts of things she gave one nicknames for.

Still...

"Hmm...we'll see, Little One. It is late and you should rest. I however, have things that need doing." She lifted the kitten off of her gently, finding a bedroll and laying her on it.

"Ehe, yes, they are so useful! The mug reminds me of a tiny little head ornament I saw once. I almost want to wear it on my head, and spoons are so cute I want to lay on a bed of them..." It seemed she wanted to use them for things other than their intended uses though. As soon as Sol ratted her out though, the land dragon's face turned pale, a somewhat shocked expression forming. "I-I didn't swipe it, Little human named Sol! I-I just...borrowed it! B-besides you said I could see it..." She chuckled nervously, scooting a bit closer to Luna, obviously aware she may have been a little overzealous.

"It is not good to lie, wyrm." Sorcha said coolly, walking over to Luna and Sol. "That one isn't causing trouble, my knight?"

"I-I would never cause trouble for master Luna or tiny human Sol! intentionally....."

Meanwhile Miren was blushing furiously from the accusations of the type of literature she was reading.

"E-eh!? I-I'm not holding onto any such book!" Miren refuted a bit too defensively, cheeks turning a dark shade of red. "A-and even if I did it would be purely for scholarly interest, yes!" 'Kira' simply laughed at the rabbits denial, as she looked over to Eith.

"...Kira...that will be this ones - or, rather, my name now?" She fell silent for a moment, glancing towards the ground, a small smile forming on her lips. "I...will happily accept the name, Alpha." It was easy to tell she was happy, though the snake currently swaying behind her seemed a little less than enthused by the name, but Kira didn't seem to say anything as she turned to Miren. "So the rabbit is ours as well? Miren was it?"

"Y-yes, I am Miren...and I live with Eith." She replied with a small whine. "I-it is nice to meet you, Kira."

"And you as well, Miren. It will be...interesting living with others than the serpent for a change."
"Wuh?!" Charlotte had been quite surprised to have someone nearly run into her. She stumbled backwards a bit, almost tripping over her own admittedly slightly uncoordinated feet. Her fault for walking so close to them, but she had been so lost in thought she hadn't even been paying attention. Well, that was fine she should just apologize and move on. Easiest that way - and now she was being dragged off by this girl. "Hey hey, wait a second! I'm rather busy-" her pleas fell on deaf ears however, and she soon found herself dragged off to the side before she could say anything. Not like she was strong enough to protest, either.

Once she had gotten back on her feet and out of the grasp of this incredibly rude woman she dusted off her cloak with her hands, fixing the woman with a glare and ignoring the paper showed to her for a moment.

"Complain? Rude to complain? Oh yes, that is the rudest thing you've done here. Dragging someone off against their will isn't rude at all, noooo." She grumbled, sighing with a shake of her head. She had half a mind to simply ignore this woman and move on, but then the paper caught her eyes.

That...no, no, it couldn't be.

All hostility in her face faded almost instantly as she snatched the paper from the other girl. She turned, studying the paper and sigil intently. This...could this be legitimate? Or was someone playing a trick on her again? Unlikely. She had never seen this girl before...so could it be genuine? The chances were good, then! Right. She should let herself get excited or carried away. She turned back to the girl, unable to hide visible excitement.

"Where did you get this?" She asked, seemingly forgetting the meaning of the phrase 'personal space'. If she found someone that shared her interest, then...then maybe this would be interesting? She couldn't keep her hopes up, but it was difficult not too. "I mean, yes yes, I know what this is." Finally recollecting some semblance of decorum, she took a few steps back, clearing her throat. "Well, somewhat. It's an emblem relating to a long-dead Empire known as Harena. And it just so happens I've recently been...researching it for my own reasons." She handed the emblem back to the woman. "...so what are you doing with it? Are you a scholar, perhaps?"
Character Ideas:

Kodama - Basically a dryad. Curses people who cut his tree(s).
Tofu-kozo - Brings you tofu, and doesn't do much else.
Tsukumogami(puppet) - "I'm a real boy!"

Heh

I was actually considering a Tsukumogami of some sort. A puppet would be interesting, but we'll see~
