As a holy paladin, I can't say for certain PrinceAlexus is going to be smighted, but don't be surprised if you find him with a mace in his face.

@manapool1 Yay! That's all I needed to hear! ^o^ I'll post her in the Char tab tomorrow. Oh and I guess...uh..a striker? All I can say is she hits pretty hard.
@Wraithblade6 Coolios! ^___^ And I has work too from 1-10, so I'll be gone till then.
@manapool1 Thanks. I edited the skill part mostly, a little more explanation. As for close combat, it's mostly a broad term. She's good with swords and axes and stuff, and even knows how to fight unarmed, but all in all she prefers her bow.
@Otaku95

She...she what? Asuka blinked a few times, staring at the girl in disbelief. In all honesty...she didn't know what to say or to do. Never had anyone offered such to her, even when she was kind and considerate. They merely saw it as a guise for her supposed sinister intentions, the mask of joy that sheathed the sharp, jagged teeth of the ravenous monster dwelling within. Her eyes sparkling, her heart beating wildly in her chest she clasped her hand over in a gasp, she could barely manage to string a sentence together, let alone utter just a single word. ~"Ry....Ryuko-chan...."~ She had managed to pry that much from her lips clenched tight, her eyes affixed on that ever brightening smile she beamed towards Asuka. She sighed, ~"If...if you wish to be, then I suppose...I wouldn't mind it."~ A small smile of her own crept across her lips. A friend....was she deserving of such? Let alone a cute girl like Ryuko-chan as her friend?

@sassy1085

The two had returned to their desk they shared after issuing their death threats to Tohru, the honorable Prince now fuming on the inside with such anger. How dare they....how dare they try to drag more innocent lives into their macabre plot of assassination. She wouldn't let it happen again. She wouldn't relive that pain, that agony that once ate her heart with rotten, festering teeth gnawing into her flesh. She turned to Rin after Kaname and Yuki had gone, realizing she was being looked at kinda funny, as if the girl didn't want Tohru to protect her, but dammit... she couldn't. "I know what you're going to say, Rin-san." Sternly she muttered crossing her arms and peering down at her desk. "And no, I won't allow you to fight Yuki-san again, or Kaname-san. Those two...they don't care who they hurt or kill, just as long as their ill tasks are completed. I won't stand for it, dammit!" Hard her fist came down upon her desk, producing such a thunderous noise. "I won't let them hurt any more people....because of me..."

Chizuru-chan....wherever you may be....forgive me. It was my fault you died. I so foolishly led you into this web of death, and for such...I deserve punishment. I will avenge you, my love, but the pain of my burden will not cease...until I too leave this mortal coil and ascend to paradise.
@Wraithblade6 Ooooor the other way around. I uh...just posted.

@Wraithblade6

...They were stopped at the door by a rather....unsettling altercation.

~"Camille stop! It's close...."~ Rebecca said to the her servant at the door, her eyebrows furrowing, nostrils flaring at that all too familiar scent, that arid mist of iron....blood. Twas a scent that indeed tempted her, but she was swift to repress her animalistic urge, just as she was to catch on to the presence nearby before it fleeted from her aura. She knew what it was alright, and she would not let it escape her grasp. ~"We need to hurry! It's moving south, towards the wetlands!"! But...why would it go there she wondered. No time. She had to find that bastard creature before it killed again.

"Wha-? Mistress, what is it?" Cammie shuffled behind her quickly, trying to keep up with Rebecca briskly pacing down the hall. "Mistress?" She called, but to no avail did Rebecca reply. It had to be serious then. If Cammie knew one thing, it was how determined to kill her mistress became when a vampire was near. She was breathing hard, every exhale the woman felt as hot as the scathing flames of the dark abyss, and her eyes...the whites darkening with shadows of malice.

Out into the parking lot they made it, climbing into Rebecca's car and speeding off with a screech of the tires onto the main highway. The scent, it was beginning to fade, yet enough of it remained for a viable trail, a trail that would lead the duo of huntresses away from civilization and into the unforgiving black of the badlands at night, a place...where savagery and depravity could walk hand in hand without a care. Twas the very place Rebecca expected such grisly crimes to be carried out by the damned creatures of hell...or anyone else for that particular matter. Even a human could be just as vicious as a vampire. Why not ask the annals of criminal history?

The long and seemingly endless drive down the stretch of paved highway snaking around and cutting through the dark countryside ended as she pulled her vehicle into a grassy meadow, killing the ignition and quickly unbuckling herself, Camille doing the same. ~"Here."~ She said to the blue haired girl, pulling from her jacket a small but deadly Beretta 92fs Inox and handing it to her. ~"You still know how to shoot, right sweetie?"~

Camille gave a slight nod, hastily but hesitantly accepting the loaded firearm handed to her, Rebecca explaining, ~"A bullet works just as well as a stake to the heart, especially ones made from the melted down silver cross of St. Thomas."~ A rather confident smirk she gave but returned to her serious demeanor. ~"Camille, no matter what happens, I want you to stay behind me. Understand?"~

Again, but with a soft frown, Camille nodded agreeing. Rebecca gave the girl a small kiss on the lips and reached into the glovebox of the car, snatching up her own Beretta and a small flashlight. ~"Be on your guard."~ She uttered and out into the night they ventured...in search of whatever lurked beyond the thick veil of black.
Huh?! Wha-?! O___O.... -___- Oh, nothing new yet. Okie then. *goes back to sleep*

Btw feel free anyone to interact with Rebecca and Cammie in the morgue...ya know...if you feel like it eheh... DX

NIRAYANE SHEAR-BREEZE

Alias:

Nira for short

Species:

Elf

Height:

5'4''

Weight:

Roughly 135 lbs. Has a fairly muscular build

Personality:

Cold, taciturn, and a woman of barely any words. Nira isn't much when it comes to speaking, or smiling for that matter, because she is mute. Rather she mostly communicates through stern glares and harsh body motions. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty (or bloody) and has an absolute hatred for humankind in general. For her, there is only one thrill, and that is the thrill of the hunt, but when it comes to matters other than hunting, Nira enjoys to be out and about in nature, as it is where she feels most tranquil, whether it is traversing the high, jagged rocks of the mountains or taking a peaceful dip in the sparkling crystal waters of a lake. Nira is also more fond of women rather than men when it comes to romance, but either man or woman, she finds it hard to trust others and mostly prefers to work alone.

Bio:

Life was not always so grand growing up in the eastern Elven Empire of Telnivir. Rather, it was monotonous to the young elven girl. Born to a family of nobles, Nirayane had everything handed to her upon platters of the finest gold, lavish, elegant clothing, precious, priceless gems and jewelry that sparkled so radiantly, wealth, all that a noble elf's daughter could ask for...except for her of course. She was smothered no less, protected as though she were nothing more than a priceless trinket. Her parents had even betrothed her to a wealthy and handsome steward of the Imperial Court, yet Nirayane felt no love for him, nor any sort of affection. Nay, what she longed for was freedom, liberation from her gilded cage, her tightly clenching shackles of obligations to the haughty and stuffy nobility.

Such came for her one fateful evening, when she had finally made her decision to cut all ties with her family and free herself from the bondage of her elegant lifestyle. She had only made it so far through the thick of the forest, until suddenly she was set upon by a rowdy clan of brigands named the Black-Horned Elks, led by a brutish orc woman named Aeryn Eaglethorn.

Aeryn took the girl captive and chained her up in her personal quarters at the abandoned fortress of Raven's Perch, believing certain she would fetch a pretty coin from her family, but as the years waned on, her cruel treatment of Nirayane lessened and she slowly became smitten with the elven maiden. Nirayane the same had grown attached to the orc, developing romantic feelings for her, and soon the two were lovers. Through her time together with the bandits she became molded by the brutality surrounding her day in and day out and developed her own kindred bloodlust.

Aeryn took note of this and allowed her to participate in raids, pillages, and heists to satiate her fearsome appetite. She became skilled with an assortment of weapons, yet favored the bow above all, her prowess in archery nearly unmatched as she could kill a target from almost leagues away, earning her the title Shear-Breeze. Other attributes she learned from her savage companions were how to live off the land, to hunt for meat and for hides and to gather special herbs and reagents for brewing potions and poisons, and to tame wild animals, except for her beloved orc of course.

Yea life was wonderful for the newly crowned Queen of the Elks, yet...how cruel fate be that this life as well be shattered.

Twas upon one grim day when a couple of bandits returned to the fortress from a recent raid, spattered in blood and with eyes widened in fear. The chieftain Aeryn asked them of what they had done, and the men simply answered....unknowingly they had killed the wife and daughter of the Imperial Guard Captain. In her blind, berserk rage the orc beheaded them both and ordered to Nirayane and their men...prepare for battle. It wasn't long after, the Captain and his men came thundering towards the fortress with only one goal in mind, burn it to the ground. The battle was quick, bloody, and with numerous, grisly casualties upon both sides, one of which was the bandit queen's lover. Nirayane could only witness in horror as her beloved Aeryn was skewered by many a sword blade before she fell to her death from the stone tower of Raven's Perch.

She fled the fortress with her remaining men, and through several dark and harrowing times, they traveled towards the west to the kingdom of Kalardia. It was during that period, the queen's crown began to falter, as did her leadership over the unruly brutes. They made several forceful, unwanted advances upon her, and soon the elven maiden was once again a slave. In her desperate bid to be free of her tormentors, she had no choice but to slay them in cold blood. As if Fate herself had frowned upon her, the brigand's luck only grew worse, as she was seized at the border of Kalardia and imprisoned awaiting execution, seething with anger behind grit teeth and glaring eyes.

The day had come for her date with the headsman's axe, and it would be a long, long journey to the execution grounds. However, thanks to an attack by a fearsome and mysterious black dragon, Nirayane broke free of her bonds and escaped into the woods, where she has made her safe haven. Now, she hunts and kills anyone, often ambushing weary travelers and pilfering their valuable goods.

~"And so our hunt begins anew..."~

Eyes are actually as blue as ice. The whites of her eyes turn black when she's angry.

~REBECCA SELIE VALENTINE~

AGE:
Unknown (Appears around her late twenties to early thirties)

GENDER:
Female

SPECIES:
Vampire (Changed sometime during the Renaissance in Venice)

AFFILIATION:
The UHC (Unwillingly)

PERSONALITY:
Charming and elegant, a very noble attitude, she could woo you with just a few simple words or with just a look of her eyes. She cares for others and does what's necessary to help those in need, but she fears getting too close to anyone...thinking it may invoke her vampiric side and drive her into bloodlust and mayhem. The only exception to this is her servant/lover Camille. When angered, her personality shifts and she becomes cold, relentless, and violent. Unlike some, Rebecca only pines for the simpler things of life. From day to day, she preoccupies herself with hobbies such as reading classic literature, listening to music at home, playing piano, painting, and has even taken up a bit of swordplay, which she's become a rather avid swordswoman. It's become apparent to some that she enjoys the company of women more than men, possibly even a physical attraction to them. She is also sociable with men, but she has a particular disdain for some, especially if they take advantage of a woman in any way or are cruel to them.

However, despite her sociable nature, she isn't quite fond of working alongside humans, especially those who held her against her will and utilize her vampiric abilities as their greatest weapon in the war against the supernatural.

BIO:

House Valentine was once the most prominent of families in the Venetian Aristocracy. Baron Renault, Rebecca's father, was a wealthy landowner and a considerably generous philanthropist. He later fell in love with Marianne, a beautiful and famous actress and opera singer, and married, where upon later they had a daughter, Rebecca.

Twas thanks to her mother that Rebecca was raised in an environment steeped in music and the arts. She loved to hear her mother sing and enjoyed watching her plays and her concerts with her father. She even dreamed once of becoming an actress just like her mother, to be adored and talented as she was...but sadly her dreams were cut short. One considerably dark and cloudy night, a stranger clad in black and wearing a mask visited her family's home, and with him....he brought unspeakable horrors. He was tame at first, rather charming to Rebecca, but his advances upon her and her mother became unsettling. Renault soon took notice and kindly, yet firmly he asked the man to leave. He did not.... Instead, the man revealed himself to be a creature of the damned. He murdered Rebecca's family right before her waking eyes, tearing them to pieces with his bare hands and lapping their blood off the floor.

Then, he turned towards Rebecca, a savage gleam in his wicked red eyes. She tried to run away, far into the darkness of the forest surrounding her family's lavish abode, but he was too quick for her. Soon he caught her and pinned her to the ground ripping away her dress and defiling her once pure essence with his malice. Once the vile act was committed, the creature took her limp and lifeless body, tied stones to her ankles, and tossed her into a lake, never to be seen again... Tales of his massacre would spread like wildfire, but the killer's identity would never be known....except by one.

Years past since that horrific night, a lowly fisherman out on his evening stroll discovered the woman's body after his hook snagged onto her. He pulled the seemingly dead woman out of the lake, but right as the full, crimson moon shined upon her corpse, Rebecca sprung to life instantly and attacked the man, draining him until he was nothing but a dried husk. She fled back to her home, only to find it in ruins, every last ounce of her family legacy gone in ashes. An anger surged within her as she looked to the charred remains of her family's mansion, her eyes becoming dark as the ash that surrounded her. Rebecca could see him again, his vile smirk, his despicable eyes leering with bloodlust.

But worse....she had become just like him...a creature of the undead...a Vampire. From that day forward, she swore vengeance upon them, all of them, for killing her family, destroying her home...and turning her into a monster. For several years she's traveled about the world, learning of different supernatural horrors such as the dreaded vampires and how to slay them efficiently. She steeped herself not only in the knowledge of her cause, but also that of literature, music, art, and whatever else caught her fancy, even...a few beautiful maidens here and there. Nevertheless, she kept her true identity as a Nosferatu hidden from the outside world, only indulging her savage bloodlust out of need for survival. The few who knew what she was were only those closest to her, be it a friend or a lover, and some willingly allowed Rebecca to feed from them. Now in the modern era, Rebecca finds herself in New York, captured by the mysterious United Huntsmen Corporation along with her servant Camille.

At first, they had planned on killing them both, but given Rebecca's history as a hunter herself, and her extensive knowledge of how to fight and kill the undead, she was spared instead, on the grounds that she and Camille now work for the UHC. Something she is not entirely happy with.

"Ah! Mistress! Wait for Me!"

Eyes are actually emerald Green. Often they'll become feral and cat-like if she's either angry or excited.

-CAMILLE "CAMMIE" BELLE WINTERS-

AGE:
19 (16 when she was turned by Rebecca)

GENDER:
Female

SPECIES:
Vampire

AFFILIATION:
The UHC (Same as Rebecca)

PERSONALITY:
A bit shy around other people besides her mistress, she's a rather plucky and cheerful kind of girl with a bubbly attitude and an optimistic outlook on life. She adores things such as cute clothes, animals, and things that make her happy, and she loves to cook and make others smile. However, in an instant her personality can shift and she can become aggressive and violent. Cammie may seem like a push-over, but what she lacks in strength she makes up for in fierce devotion. To Rebecca alone Cammie is devoted to serving her and protecting her as well. She also has an intimate and emotional connection with the woman and becomes jealous when she sees others flirting with Rebecca, often to the point of lashing out at them. Because of her abilities as well, she has the utmost respect for the dead.

Camille however doesn't share much of the same zeal as her Mistress when it comes to slaying vampires and other creatures of horror. Nevertheless, she keeps her qualms unnoticed, staying devoted to the woman she will love and protect till the end. Like her mistress too, she doesn't feel comfortable having to work with the Huntsmen, mostly because she is afraid of them.

BIO:

Cammie was always a strange girl. She never made friends in school, often because she was ridiculed, and most of the time she stayed locked in her bedroom lost in her own little world, due to her abusive alcoholic father and her neglectful mother. Sometimes, she would even sneak out after dark and stay in the cemetery, speaking with the ghosts that resided there and learning of their stories. Cammie's powers are believed to have emerged after she was born dead then came back to life, supposedly gaining a link between the world of the living and the dead. Slowly her abilities manifested and by the time she was twelve, she began to develop her mind reading powers and her precognitive vision. Though as amazing as these were, it didn't do much but alienate her from the rest of the world. She was constantly bullied in school and her parents only ignored her further.

Then one night while she snuck out to the cemetery, Cammie saw a bunch of high school boys kicking over gravestones and spraying graffiti on the mausoleums. Angry, she tried to confront them, but they overpowered her and one by one they took turns beating her and savaging her until she was nearly dead. Bleeding, bruised, and nearly every inch of her body in pain, she could barely move. Then one of the boys pulled out a switchblade and started cutting into her shirt. Cammie closed her eyes, knowing what these sick bastards had in mind, knowing that she couldn't escape from it. She bit her lip and feared the worst...until...she felt something warm splash against her. She opened her eyes and discovered a woman, seething with anger, her eyes black as the pit of Hell. In her blood drenched hand she held the heart of the boy, freshly ripped from his chest and bit into it ravenously. The others soon ran away in fear, screaming into the night, yet Cammie, try as she may she couldn't squirm away from this ghastly horror.

As it turned out though....maybe she didn't want to...as the woman's face returned to normal, displaying such beauty Cammie's eyes ever beheld. The mysterious woman knelt beside her, cradling the beaten girl in her arms and looking upon her with eyes that showed worry and compassion. "They're gone now..." She whispered to Cammie. "They won't hurt you again...." She could sense that Cammie was slowly dying and in a last act to save her, she asked the girl, "Girl...are you willing to accept eternal life, despite what it should entail?" Weakly Cammie nodded, her eyes widening as she saw....fangs...in the woman's mouth.

She knew who...or rather what she was in the presence of, but nevertheless...she accepted knowing she would be turned into one. The woman's fangs plunged into her neck and she drank of her crimson nectar. Softly Cammie whimpered and her body went limp in the woman's grasp...everything around her growing...dark.. From that day forward, Cammie had abandoned everything. She no longer cared for friends or for her ungrateful parents. Forever faithful she remained to the very woman who saved her life and gave it back to her anew. The vampire Rebecca.
