@Sanity43217: First, the minor: the appearance you've grabbed feels a bit more 'modern' than what I'd expect from the game given the general aesthetic of the characters thus far—mainly the head, which feels like something out of Warframe. If you can give me a bit of justification on that front, I'll let that slide, but for now? Eeeeh... It's minor.
It's actually very easy to justify. With most of the items in the game being pushed to be crafted by players, equipment aesthetics go out the window pretty fast, as everyone tries and make unique equipment to make a name for themselves. Alternatively, paid cosmetic changes.
@Sanity43217: Second: Personality. This is more of a worry with regards to the cast we have at hand, and I'm not sure if your character would even be inclined to stay with the group in the first place. Given we have:
A roleplaying nun
A fox who is the farthest thing from a 'serious player'
A blacksmith whose M.O. is making semi-troll equipment
Personalities aren't static. People and their viewpoints evolve over time. So, over time, he may learn to look past his prejudices and stay with the team. Until then, we gotta find something of value they can offer him, but that's just how life is anyway.
Personality: Chains likes to keep people guessing. He holds his cards close to his chest, and rarely talks about himself. Coming off as cold and distant, similar to how he looks. He refuses to form any sort of lasting relationship with people, because of an event in his past. Making him cynical, and often downright antagonistic to certain people. Specifically, people who take the came too seriously with acting in character a lot. He finds it obnoxious. He's here to blow off steam, and escape his own world troubles of dealing with annoying people, and hates to deal with them here.
Skills:
Floor Shifting - By utilising his Spatiokinetic magic, Chains can change which direction gravity affects him. Effectively allowing him to use walls and ceilings as a new floor.
Displacement Blink - By utilising his Spatiokinetic magic, Chains can teleport short distances, to either evade attacks or quickly close the distance between opponents.
Location Displacement - Chains can create dynamic illusionary clones to distract and disorient enemies.
Backstab - By using his other skills, he deals a powerful blow into the back of an enemy dealing large amounts of bonus damage.
Multi-directional Attack - By utilising his Spatiokinetic magic and his dual-wielding style, he can attack several times at once. Stacking up to five attacks at once, all coming from different angles.
Modular Physiology Enhancement Skills - Due to being a Warforged, Chains has had the option to consult with traders and crafters to acquire new skills.
Hand Cannon - A replacement for the starting arm, Chains has swapped out his right arm for one with the capability to shift into a double-barrelled cannon. It does this through a mix of transmutation enchantments and engineering skills. With the cannon active, Chains cannot use his right hand as a hand, but can use bursts of mana to fire magical blasts.
Lens of Agaboth - The Lens of Agaboth allows Chains to use an active skill known as 'Scanner Pulse.' This ability allows Chains to find more information about enemies and other players, such as certain stats and weak points.
Mythril Plating - Mythril plating allows the benefits of armour, without actually having to wear armour. Thus making him lighter, and not incurring the penalties to speed and stealth for wearing medium armour, while retaining the defence benefit.
Gravitational Anchor - The Gravitational Anchor is a small device embedded into his left hand. It allows Chains to project a small magical projectile that can anchor/tether to any surface, allowing Chains to pull himself towards it. It also provides the passive effect of allowing his Floor Shifting ability to use significantly less mana to sustain.
Equipment:
Sunrise and Nightfall, Twin Blades of Fallen Souls - Chains's current go-to Weapon. A pair of short swords that deal additional elemental damage. While the weapons look similar, they are actually quite difference in terms of power. Of the paired blades, the one with diamond patterning along the handle deals additional radiant damage and the one with a smooth handle deals extra necromantic damage. When the blades are crossed in front of the body, the blades can create a blast that deals piercing damage of a physical damage type.
Shawl of Deceit - A basic leather armour that slightly boosts defence while increasing DEX based skills. The real advantage of this item is that it can hide the user's stats and location unless the enemy has a direct line of sight. When used with Location Displacement, the stats and locations remain hidden until all clones are dispelled.
Inferno, Bringer of Immortality - a container fastened to Chains's right thigh, houses three magical throwing knives. The container itself is enchanted to return the Knives once they are thrown. The knives, themselves, possess a minor life steal property coupled with a more significant mana steal.
Other: Anything not addressed elsewhere in the form.
@Sanity43217: Okay, there's a few major problems that present themselves to me immediately here. First: the racial passives. Frankly speaking, I really dislike the idea of an entire aspect of a game being locked behind a single race, and this is no exception. Creativity is inherent to a person, not a race, and implying otherwise... It doesn't sit well with me. On top of that, we have other races of magically-inclined people, so tacking that on top of this already-problematic proposal... Nope.
Second: the mech. I'm going to be honest: I, at some point or another, expected a mech of some variety, especially given modern design sensibilities. My problem here, though, is that it seems to be a bit too technologically far forward for a month's worth of development relative to that. It's vague and seems somewhat out of place given that fact, so... Yeah.
That's it, really. I'm rejecting the form primarily off of those two issues.
Thank you for the criticism, I'll start working on a new sheet. Although next time, I would appreciate what you actually didn't like about it other than just saying "It's vague and seems somewhat out of place given that fact, so... Yeah." Given everyone else's forms are rather vague. Plus it seems a little odd that you would allow an Immortal and Demon lord, but deny a Gnome character. Just doesn't sit well with "so long as it's not too outlandish/absurd/crazy."
Tinkering - Gnomes are typically an inventive race. Gnome players gain access to advanced crafting systems and menus. Allowing gnome to create more interesting items, or improve on old ones.
Magically Gifted - Gnomes are typically better at magic, with small boosts to spellcasting.
Appearance: 3'2"
Personality: Alben is known for his eccentric sense of humour, inquisitiveness and engineering prowess. Though probably most curiously, despite being small in stature, he isn't afraid to fight people are often more than twice his height. Though when he does get angry, he stays angry and fights dirty. Using every advantage he can get, often using magic items he crafted himself.
History: In the real world, Alben had a pretty normal life. Got through high school with pretty good grades, and got into university. Studied Mechanical Engineering for a few years before moving over to structural engineering because that's where the money was. Now working for his own building company, he has a bit more free time to play the game. Which he always been interested in, since he grew up on tabletop role-playing games.
Skills:
Magitech - By combining Spellcasting skill with his crafting, he has been able to create fantasy technology that is either equal to, or surpasses modern technology.
Gadgetry - Alben is quite adept at using magical/mechanical inventions he creates. Often finding new and unexpected ways to use them in battle.
Alchemy
Crafting
Equipment: Alben's prize possession is a project he has dubbed the Dawn Breaker. It is an eight and a half foot tall mechanical suit of armour, that Alben can climb in and pilot. Aside from the Dawn Breaker, he possesses two daggers, his tinkers tools and the keys to his workshop. In his workshop, there are various magical creations. In his pack, he often carries a grappling hook, a hand crossbow and various tips with trick heads.
The Dawn Breaker is Alben's pride and joy. Eight and a half feet of pure techno-magical genius. It's taken about a month of collaboration with other crafting mains to create it. Powered by a Dwarven Mana Core, this Mythril plated monstrosity allows Alben to go toe to toe with large physical combat mains. It uses various integrated weaponry to become a dangerous opponent in battle.
Other: Since finishing the Dawn Breaker, Alben has started taking bounty missions, under an alias. Hiding the fact that he is a gnome by remaining in the Dawn Breaker.
It’s not a big deal, just trying to get in the spirit. I completely understand using the term Mercenary for the interest check, and probably even for the OOC. It’s a nice catch-all term, whereas my ideas were probably more specific job titles or classes with different focuses. With Executive Downsizer being more sabotage based and Severance Administrators are more assassin/combat focused. Again, just voicing thoughts. I have no problem letting you play it how you want.
Sounds interesting, though I prefer the titles Executive Downsizer, Liquidation Manager and Severance Administrator to Mercenary. Just personal preference, sounds more Corporate.

Casually, his style is reminiscent of growing up on a boat. Around the tower, he is often seen just wearing shorts and an unbuttoned shirt. His clothes tend to ere more on the worn and old kind, with even his new clothes seeming distressed. Preferring nautical styles, he often roles up long pants when he wears boat shoes, to expose his ankles. When fighting crime, he tends to keep his style reminiscent of his mother.
GIFT : Son of Themysceria
Being of Amazonian descent, Lance is strong enough to lift small cars and bend metal, fast enough to move at/beyond the high-way speed limit, durable enough to withstand being thrown off tall buildings. Making him more powerful than an ordinary human, but still much weaker than a full-blooded, mature Amazonian. While he does possess the capability to grow stronger, but he won't reach his peak for another six years, at least. Being the Son of Wonder Woman, and considered the heir to the Sons of Themyscira, he was been given several Godly Gifts, forged by Hephaestus.
Bracers Designed by Jason and forged by Hephaestus, the Bracers of Zeus are Lance's primary Godly gift. They allow him to generate lightning in his hands and hurl the bolts like his grandfather and namesake of the bracers.
The Aegis of Athena is Lance's shield. Since he is not yet fully adept at 'bullets and bracers' he relies more on using the shield to protect himself. The shield is very light, yet nearly indestructible. It can also be used as a throwing weapon, nearly always bouncing back to Lance.
Very similar to Wonder Woman's Golden Lasso of Truth, however, less powerful. It cannot force someone, to tell the truth, but they are more likely to. Giving someone bound by it, a predisposition to being truthful. It is silver in colour, compared to Wonder Woman's Gold.
Gift Limitations :Piercing Damage While he is more durable than a normal human, this is mostly applied to blunt and slashing damage. Most piercing damage will bypass his durability more effectively. Small arms, like pistols, leave a pretty substantial bruise, while larger guns can punch a hole through him. Hence why he tends to use his bracers and shield to defend himself. Relience on Godly Gifts As helpful as the gifts are, they do present their own weakness. They are linking spiritually to Lance, and as such, can be used against him using the right magic. Additionally, should one get broken, he will permanently lose some power. If all are broken, he will be rendered mortal, and have lost all of his powers forever. Skills :
Shield Fighting
Hand to Hand Combat
Fishing
Boating
Equestrian, and by extension motorcycles
Throwing

Brief History Lance Prince is the son of Diana Prince, Wonder W@oman, and Bruce Wayne, Batman, but Brice doesn't know. It was the result of their long on-again, off-again relationship. Bruce got Diana pregnant, but she didn't want him finding out. So, she pulled some strings and hid out on Themysceria to carry the child to term. With the child born, she sent the baby boy to live with her twin brother Jason. The reason for the deception was because Diana didn't want that extra stress on the relationships within the League. So, she started concocting a story. When the Justice League found out about her son, staying with Jason, she told them that he was her son with Thomas Tresser. That they had rekindled a relationship after working together with the DMA. Lance was raised by his uncle on a fishing boat. Taught how to survive at sea, and keep his powers under control. Until he turned twelve when Jason believed it was time for the boy to learn what it meant to be an Amazonian, and Son of Themysceria. First, he took the boy to Hephaestus's forge. The god and Jason helping Lance create his Godly Gifts. Now with his bracers, shield and lasso, Jason dropped him off at Themyseceria. Once there, the twins had a heated discussion about whether or not Lance should be trained as an Amazonian. She wanted her son to live a quiet normal life but conceded that he was Amazonian by birth, and to deny that heritage would be to deny himself. So, he was trained among the other Amazonian children on the island. When he turned eighteen, Diana gave him a choice. He could join the Teen Titans and start following in her footsteps to hopefully become a member of the Justice League, stay on Themysceria and be raised as a Son of Themysceria to protect the island and its people, or leave the island and live a normal life. Of course, no matter what he chose, the decision wasn't going to be final. Just a way to get him thinking about what he wanted to do. So, he chose to join the Teen Titans.

@mattmanganon For what it’s worth (which probably isn’t a lot), but I got to side with @RumikoOhara on this one. Lantern Rings are one of the most powerful weapons in the Universe, and each Lantern Corp keeps pretty close tabs on them. Making it almost impossible for a full set to be on earth, and not be known to the other Green Lanterns (Hal, Guy and John).
Excellent question! I really only mentioned Hogwarts as the sister school of Salem but to really answer your question, the magic will not be wand based at all.
I guess this leads to my next questions. What exactly does magic 'cost' and how easy is it to cast? Is the school pretty lax on casting, as long as students don't die?
