[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

V-19 Torrent Spade Squadron

Bio: Originally commissioned under the designation "V-19 Squadron 5584-098", Spade Squadron was a unit of the GAR which flew the recently commissioned V-19 Torrent Starfighter. This unit received their name after a battle over Nar Shaddaa in which they lost none of their wing-mates nor had any damaged fighters.

Assigned to the 286th Assault Legion, Spade Squadron became a favorite squad of Jedi General Kelen Rolin, who would normally fly with them in space combat. Even after the introduction of the Z-95 Headhunter Starfighter Squadron of Hunter Squadron, Rolin would fly with both units in space combat equally, and sometimes at the same time.

Spade Squadron suffered a terrible thrashing at the Battle of Rothana, when CIS forces threatened to take the heavy vehicle manufacturing planet loyal to the Republic. Rolin and the 286th fought on the ground and in the air, but the casualties were high for both sides. That day, Spade Squadron was nearly destroyed, leaving only four members left after the conflict had subsided.

They rebuilt their forces after this, but that wouldn't last long. A few months later the 286th was sent to Coruscant under orders from General Rolin. Not even an hour after they had arrived, a CIS Fleet emerged from hyperspace, catching them completely off guard. After the battle, they counted that five of the eight rookie pilots had been killed in action.

After rebuilding their Squadron with fresh pilots, they were once again on the front lines as the Campaign in the Solus System fell into full swing. As planet after planet were reclaimed from the CIS, it seemed the tide had turned in favor for the Republic. However, that would change after Rolin and the 286th became stranded on Solus 4 after an orbital blockade drove off Naval Forces.

After returning in full force, Spade Squadron would lead the primary starfighter assault, and later return to aid the Republic Battleship Excalibur that had become swarmed in Vulture Droids. After finally routing the seps, Spade Squadron and the 286th were ordered back to Coruscant under orders from Grand Master Yoda and Master Windu.

Members:

CP-7368 "Ace": Ace is designated "Spade 1", serving as the units Squad Leader. One of the four survivors of Rothana, he has been Squad Leader since the unit was formed. One of the best pilots in the garrison, he his Rolin's go to clone for precise aerial assaults on fortified positions, if second only to Hunter Squadron with the advanced Z-95 Headhunter.

He is a loyal and dedicated trooper, and will see an operation through to the end, no matter the costs. He will follow any order, unless it verges on treason.

CP-7412 "Flush": The second of four survivors of Rothana, Flush is designated "Spade 2" in Spade Squadron. Serving as Ace's Wing-Mate, he's always right by his side on the battlefield, making sure nothing happens to any more of his brothers.

That being said, he is a caring clone who won't let anything happen to his brothers.

CP-7341 "Riot":: Yet another of the four survivors of Rothana, Riot, Squad Designation "Spade 3", got his nickname when he buzzed over a riot in progress during the Battle of Coruscant to scare the civilians out of harms way. One of the hardened veterans of Spade Squadron, he's no clone to mess with on a bad day.

Somewhat true to his nickname, he is prone to anger issues and tends to overreact to some things. He has managed to work on controlling this to a degree, but he's got a long way to go. Nevertheless, he his a loyal and worthwhile trooper to have, and Spade Squadron wouldn't be the same without him.

CP-7447 "Shatter": The final of the four surviving members of the Battle of Rothana, Shatter, designated "Spade 4", earned his nickname when a precise shot from his starboard laser canon pierced two bridge viewports of CIS Frigates during the battle of Nar Shaddaa. As like his brothers in arms, he is not one to take lightly.

He can take advantage of just about any situation, like if there's a vulture in front of him and one behind him, he can maneuver so precisely that he can turn away and make said vultures crash into each other. He's a calculating clone, and can think on the fly, something he's learned to pick up on over the years. Off the battlefield, he's just a swell guy who's fun to hang with.

Other Members: Spade Squadron has 8 other unnamed members, whom the Rothana Foursome have never really bothered getting to know very well. It's for the best as well, many never survive their first months on the battlefield.

Gear: Spade Squadron comes with standard Pilot Gear, with the gold Deco of the 286th as well as a Spade somewhere on their armor designating them as part of Spade Squadron. In the cockpit they carry a small DC-17 Pistol, but they are trained with weapons like the DC-15a Rifle or the DC-15s Carbine.

CT-4532 Trooper Livewire

Bio: A Kaminoan clone of the late Jango Fett, CT-4532, known as Livewire among his comrades, was a trooper serving in the Grand Army of the Republic. Commissioned immediately after the Battle of Geonosis, he was placed under the command of CC-7011 Captain Rigger in the 286th Assault Legion. He was a decent trooper, but nothing much showed about him for some time.

He served under Rigger for the length of the Clone Wars, eventually bringing them to the battle in the Solus System. When a unit led by General Kelen Rolin was ambushed on Solus Niner, Rigger sent him in a detachment to the moon to reinforce the garrison there. After helping repel the enemy attack, Livewire became good friends with Smiles, a trooper in an elite unit of the 286th, Hailfire Squad.

Several months later Livewire and many troopers from the 286th and legions beyond were returned to Kamino to undergo a routine health inspection which, unknown to them all, was really to reprogram the inhibitor chips within their brains since birth. After this, all the troops returned to the battlefield.

Approximately two months after this, the 286th arrived on Coruscant under orders from General Rolin. Rigger sent him under the command of CL-1692 Lieutenant Rewind, as well as a few squads, to maintain perimeter around the Landing Bay. Bronze had assigned Smiles to this unit, and there was little happening until a troopers body flew over a parked ARC-170 Starfighter. On the other side was Chancellor Palpatine, wielding a red Lightsaber, rushing for his personal transport while being chased down by dozens of clones and jedi. Livewire tried to throw a tracking device onto the ship, but missed by mere inches as the ship took flight.

Afterward, he helped the surviving members of his unit to the med facility, and helped repel an ensuing droid invasion of Coruscant. In the aftermath, he learned that Palpatine was the true mastermind of this whole war, and was secretly a Sith Lord, the ancient enemy of the Jedi Order. After this, the 286th were sent back into the battlefield for years to come.

About a month before the 286th returned to the Solus System, Livewire was made a candidate for the elite Hailfire Squad. It was here that he showed his knack for technology, being able to hack an encrypted terminal in less than thirty seconds. Although he had no other traits that stood out, his loyalty and courage on the battlefield, coupled with this tech skill, earned him a spot alongside Smiles and the rest of Hailfire Squad.

After beginning a new campaign in the Solus System, he, along with the rest of the 286th, were stranded on Solus 4 after a Droid Fleet forced Republic Naval Forces from the system. After being pushed back, reinforcements arrived and helped them win the day. After this, however, the 286th were returned to Coruscant to head up a task force to hunt down the key separatist leaders to finally end the war.

[-TIMELINE INCOMPLETE-]

Personality: Livewire had no special quirks about him, except his expertise in technology. Given that, he never much stood out among his brothers, but was still selected for Hailfire Squad. He's quick to try and act, and is generally an amazing trooper once his true talent was revealed.

Gear: After joining Hailfire, he upgraded his armor a bit from his common gold colored 286th Armor. He added a range finder to his helmet, and usually has a Datapad on hand for quick hacking of systems. For weapons he carries a DC-15s Blaster Carbine, and like his friend, has a holster for a DC-17 Pistol on his right leg. He also carries several EMP Grenades, often referred to as "Droid Poppers" by the Clones.
"Don't think anything of it, Takeo. I've still got no clue what that kid had against me, but guessing by what his mother said, probably something really stupid that he over-exaggerated. I still can't believe a nice little kid like that would do that..." Kel's stomach broke him from his thoughts once more, now having the aroma of the soup in front of him. As usual he took a nice big gulp down. Nice and spicy, just the way he liked it. When he'd first actually tried this soup, so long ago, he had ended up using his bubblebeam on himself to try to ease the spicyness. Over time he realized that the Oran Berry Juice, and sometimes a little bit of Rawst Berry, would really help cool it down.

After a few minutes both the bowl of soup and the glass of juice were empty. Kel, now with a full stomach, got up and headed around to the main counter. He got the fee from his treasure bag and sat it on the counter, enough for a decent tip as well. "Another good one, see you next time Takeo." Kel waved and headed out back into the bustling mid-afternoon of Medburn. "Guess it's time to check out what the Guild has up on the jobs, wonder if they've got any leads on that Gabite or Scyther..." he thought as he trotted over to the guild.

As he passed through the entrance, he waved hello to Espurr, the calm and usually pretty happy desk attendant for the Guild. To get to the job boards here, Kel had to pass through the dorm rooms. He looked back and forth through each room, checking out the new teams or old teams that stayed here. He passed by one of the rooms and noticed the Axew from earlier. He was with a Togepi and a Noibat. Now that he thought about it, he remembered seeing the two of them back in the crowd at the alley way. "Well good for him, looks like he's found some friends to form a team with... seems like a really good kid." were the thoughts that passed through his mind as he made his way into the inner workings of the Guild.

He made his way over to the job boards on the far side of the main room. Not much today, but recently activity in Mystery Dungeons had begun to pick up again for some reason, so he expected that this short break of peace was not to endure. Then he spotted it, a wanted flyer for a Scyther, spotted nearby at the Winding Plains. "That might be the same Scyther from earlier today... I can't pass this up!" He grabbed the flyer and put it in his treasure bag, then taking a few minutes in the main room to check what he would need for this job.

Coruscant, Jedi Temple, Communications Room

After a quick sparring session with Teela, Rolin had gotten a taste of her style. She had the face of nervousness and shyness normally, but in battle her strong side spoke clearer than that, revealing a certain grace and style about her. Now it was time to see if he could contact any of the four generals he had wanted to.

"Hmm, it seems Skywalker has responded, let's see if I can get him on the holocom."

He typed in the codes for Skywalker's command ship, a Venator class Republic Cruiser dubbed the Resolute. A Naval officer answered.

Officer: "This is Republic Attack Cruiser "Resolute", Identify yourself and what you request."

"This is Jedi General Kelen Rolin calling from Coruscant, I wish to speak to General Skywalker if possible."

Officer: "He is available, I'll patch you through immediately. Standby."

Rolin tapped his foot while the tone of the standby signal from the console rung and echoed in the room. Finally, the image of Anakin Skywalker, Jedi General of the 501st Legion, came on the screen.

Anakin Skywalker: "Kelen, it's good to see you again. What do you need this time?"

"Yoda and Windu gave me control of a big gig, I'm getting a small Army together for this one. We're going after the big three after all this time, you want in?"

Anakin Skywalker: "You know I do, and you're lucky. I'm all freed up now that I chased the seps from Salucemi here. We'll be on Coruscant within the hour. I look forward to seeing you again."

Rolin nodded, and the transmission ended. Just as Rolin was about to start on the terminal again, another message came through, this one from Rhen Var. That meant only one thing... He accepted the transmission, and on the screen stood a fairly tall Human male with grey hair and emerald green eyes. This was Amon Rictor, Rolin's former master.

"Hello Master, long time no see, I see you've gotten yourself a new unit."

Amon Rictor: "Good to see you as well, my old Padawan, and yes, I have taken command of the 514th Defense Legion. And by you contacting me I'm guessing you need something."

"Yes, master, I've been assigned to head a task force to hunt down the big three, and I'm assembling the task force myself. Would you like to be a part of it?"

Amon Rictor: "And be a part of the force that will end this terrible war once and for all and restore peace to the galaxy. There is no doubt in my mind, I'll join you. As soon as I'm finished here on Rhen Var we will be heading for Coruscant."

"I'll be waiting master, see you then."

The Transmission ended, and Rolin checked his messages to Sarrish and Hypori. Neither had responded yet, but he'd wait and see if they'd respond within the hour.

Agumon and Gabumon looked at Derrick questioningly, obviously he had been very wrong on his assumptions about the Digital World.

"I don't know about your world and what happens there, but you're starting to talk nonsense about our world here."

"Nothing here is programmed, everything is alive, even if it is data. That means you can be hungry, sad, happy, hurt, even... killed. And as for them taking your forms, i've never heard of any Digimon doing something like that..."

"I've heard stories about a few with the power, but those stories were from centuries before our time..."

They did have a point. Brent looked around the room, not seeing much that was that different from the real world, except instead of humans there were Digimon. He began to wonder more about it as he fiddled more with his Digivice, eventually hitting something that brought up a weird menu. It had slots, two different blocks with slots actually, that showed what looked like faces.

"What could this be... wait, I remember those two, you two turned into them back there against Kabuterimon!"

It was true, filling two of the slots were the faces of Greymon and Garurumon. There were five more empty slots as well, maybe they had to be filled in or something... He remembered this combination and had concluded that the devices had few secrets left. It was by that time that Angemon had returned to the chamber.

"Sorry for the wait, we have set up a chamber here for you, with food awaiting you. If you would follow me, I'll show you there."

Immediately Brent was following Angemon with Agumon and Gabumon as he began a march down the hallway.

Diaboromon would remember those words as they headed back to the Fortress of the Council. Her own ambitions, what could those be... Perhaps she would join them then betray them when she became strong enough. Or maybe she truly would join them and rule the Digital World as one of them. Then they would have to change their name to the Council of Six... whatever her plans were, she was his pawn now, as well as the actual pawn with them.

"I must say, other than being a Digidestined, it is a rare honor to meet a human in the Digital World. Perhaps later you may tell me what the Human World is like, how different it is than the Digital World."

He was trying to start up some intelligent conversations, hoping to encourage some trust between them. Partially he was trying to form a good bond of trust with the human, mostly he was just trying to make sure she didn't change her mind and run off.

"I do have one worry, however. If you are any first impression, I fear that the threat of the other Digidestined is graver than I first believed..."

That was the complete truth there, he was worried about the rest of the Digidestined who seem to have rallied together with Angemon and his resistance. If she WAS any impression, this would be a tough slog.

@Forsythe

"HEY! You get back here you little runt, accept your fate like a mon!"

Ogremon and his henchmen were still chasing down the small blue Digimon as he fled through the forest. The Gazimon made sure that he never got out of sight, while the Ogremon and Goblimon kept up the heat in pursuit.

"I can't... keep this up... much longer... huh? Who's that?"

The small blue Digimon had come full circle back to the village, where he saw a weird creature... wait, another Human? Maybe he could help, he even had a Digimon with him! He ran over to him and grabbed at his leg, trying to get his attention.

"Please... you have to help me, they're after me, they'll kill me!"

@NekoJordan
@Lugia I feel so sorry for Ember right now, give me the cops and going to jail any day over an angry mother
Brent stopped when Anya mentioned food. She did have a point, Brent knew that he hadn't had food for... well, he'd been in the Digital World for several hours now, and hadn't had anything to eat since lunch time in the human world, so about half a day without any kind of food. Brent wondered if the Digital World even had any kind of food.

"I think you're right about that, Anya. By the way, my name is Brent, Brent Toruya. These are my partners, Agumon and Gabumon. I'm wondering, though, if there is any food in the Digital World..."

"Of course there's food in Digiworld! I don't know what kind of world you come from, but we've got all kinds of delicious things here!"

Angemon had finally returned from whatever he and the others had gone off to do. If anyone would know where to get food in this place, Angemon probably would be the guy to ask.

"Angemon, do you have any food here? I'm pretty sure a lot of us haven't had anything to eat for some time."

"Of course, I'll grab some for you all. We make sure to have plenty of supplies handy in case we have to stay hidden underground for some time."

Angemon headed off deeper into the base, presumably to the food storage, leaving us all alone again. Brent looked over to Gabumon seeing he was still thinking about something, probably Tsunomon again.

"You're still worried about him?"

"Yeah... he's a good Digimon at heart, but the way he tends to show it isn't exactly friendly. I know for a fact he wouldn't let anything happen to Kazero, and he does kind of like him, but you wouldn't catch him showing it."

Brent understood what Gabumon meant by that, but decided to turn his attention to his Digivice thing. It had to have a lot more features than just Digivolving. He started trying out what each button could do, and at first it did nothing. Then, after hitting a combination of buttons, a large map of what looked like earth appeared out of it.

"So it even has a map feature... I'm guessing this is the Digital World, looks so much like earth..."

He memorized the button combination and turned the map off, then continued to try out different combinations to see what else it could do.

@Shikaru @vancexentan @Duthguy @Pyromania99 @Decker126

"Angemon's Sanctuary!? You were there?! Hmm... this could be quite the day, so far I've destroyed Leomon, crushed yet another Rebel sect, and now the chance to destroy the resistance once and for all... It's so tempting, I want to find that place so badly... Other matters, however, keep me from that."

Diaboromon was very intrigued by this Human Girl. She was supposed to have been called forth to aid the Digimon against him, instead she wishes to join them, and brought along some tasty information. He decided to radio this in to the others, pulling out what appeared to be some type of monitor using some dark force.

"Diaboromon to Council Room, I have something quite interesting to share with you."

He decided to step just out of earshot from the Human, but still keeping his eye on her. He didn't want her to hear his suspicions and thoughts.

@Forsythe

The council was descending the stairs into the prison when the electronic table in the Council chambers registered an incoming message. Tactimon halted, and returned up the stairs to the communicator. It was Diaboromon.

"What have you to report, Diaboromon?"

"Several things, Tactimon. Firstly, Leomon is no more. Secondly, another Rebel Harboring Village has been destroyed. Third, and this is the most important: one of the Digidestined freely came up to us and wants to join our cause!"

Tactimon was taken aback by these claims. The destruction of Leomon was a surprise, the Village an everyday occurence. But this Digidestined human wanting to freely join them?!

"Interesting, what does this Human bring to the table for us?"

"She has a partner in a Black PawnChessmon, i'm guessing one of the few survivors of the Kingdom I destroyed. The human herself, from what i've been told, is a skilled swordsman, being able to defeat Digimon with great ease. Also, she has information that Angemon's Sanctuary is within the area."

"Hmm... leave some Troopmon behind to scout the area, but bring her back to the fortress, personally."

The connection ended, Tactimon greatly interested in this turn of events. He had other matters to attend to, however, and returned to the stairwell which led to the prison.

@Xan the G
I'll have a post up by tonight, I'm working on the available Digital Memories in the Digital World, as well as other RPs and IRL stuff.
Alright, so here's what has happened as of late and is about to happen in the RP:

@Apollosarcher IC: You have been given command of the Campaign in the Solus System. OOC: Since Mattmanganon has stated he's dropping, his character Kiana will be transferred completely to your control unless he decides to stay/come back.

@Zarkun @urukhai IC: You're about to be picked for a mission that could possibly change the fate of the war once and for all.

@caliban22 @Lord Coake IC: You all have returned to Coruscant with the rest of the 286th Assault Legion until further notice.

@Silentsniper211 IC: Your orders haven't changed as of yet.

@nano627 @Louis Dabout Your characters are going to be looked over until further notice due to your inactivity, Lord Coake is close to being on the same chopping block. You aren't kicked by any means, just your characters and their forces are going to be skimmed over for a while.
Kel was slightly dazed by Ember's confuse ray attack, it was fairly weak even for a Confuse Ray. For a second he lost himself but shook his head and regained his senses. "Okay, I have no clue what your beef with me is still, but I'm still not going to attack you. I'll be back." Kel walked out the restaurant doors and began scanning the houses nearby for Ember's parents. A few doors down there was a small house with the mailbox bearing the name "Zeigfried", with a Ninetales out in front.

"Excuse me, you wouldn't happen to be the parent of a small Vulpix named Ember would you?" Kel asked the Ninetales. The Ninetales sighed and slowly nodded, obviously knowing that her son had gotten into trouble yet again. "He nearly started a fire in Takeo's Restaurant, they're watching him till I get back. You might wanna come pick him up before he tries something that gets himself hurt." The Ninetales remained silent, but nodded and started off after Kel as he headed back down to the restaurant.

When he walked in with Ninetales, Ember was still pinned (By himself still) in the corner out of surprise and shock. Kel stepped to one side and Ninetales stood on the other, giving Ember that deathstare that only a mother could preform. She grabbed him by the neck and started carrying him right out the door. Kel now turned to the new visitor, the Staravia who from the looks Takeo was giving him told him he had said a few words too many.

"Hey, we don't want any more trouble here my fine feathered friend, so it would be best if you either ordered your food or left. I've already taken down a Staraptor this week, a Staravia would be no problem whatsoever." Kel finally trotted over to his seat, hopefully things would start to settle down again. It's this early in the day and already there was trouble in this town... quite strange. Now all Kel had to do, hopefully, would be to wait for his food to be ready.
