Seal 🦭 of approval. Accepted. I look forward to that drawing but for now your description works fine.

Not as good as the others, but heres mine.

I’m liking the diversity of characters we have.
I have a question- are we allowed to make up some spells that aren't in the game? Like I have a character idea that uses a magical rope/string, but that isn't in the game.

So I’m assuming your going to use the rope/string for things like swinging, throwing, etcetera. I’ll put it this way; as long as the spell fits into the TES schools of magic I’ll allow it. After all there are spells mentioned in the in-game books and dialogue that aren’t available for player acquisition.

This RP while based on the game isn’t a direct game structure where everything from spells to weaponry “has” to mirror the game files, as that would muffle creativity for players.

To me your spell idea sounds like alteration magic maybe paired with illusion (or just alteration alone). So… I’ll say yes regarding your rope/string spell.

This goes for anyone else regarding magic and spells. As long as there’s no godmodding going on feel free to get flexible with magic. So long as it fits in to schools of magic. If it doesn’t, I’ll let you know.

Seal 🦭 of approval for you. Accepted.
I finished editing up a sheet for my Dunmer former Buoyant Armiger, Velyn Virith, expanded on it a bit and formatted it in my own way. I'm quite pleased with the outcome actually, this is the most ambitious BBcoded sheet I've ever attempted I think. Let me know if you want any edits!

Very good work! Seal 🦭 of approval.

@Double, yours looks solid on my review. So both of you are accepted.

You can be the next Emperor? Or try to eventually become one? Cool.

No. >_>

Double misspoke.

Also @Double, looks good 👍 I’ll review shortly but everything seems to be in order!
@Shu Ah so there's a power vacuum going on in Cyrodil right now? INNNNNTERESTING! *totally not plotting to become the next Emperor*

AHEM! A story for another day. ;)
So in this timeline, did the dragonborn prophecy occur? and is the rest of tamriel in the same state that it was in during the event?

The Dragonborn prophecy did indeed occur. Alduin is defeated and the surviving dragons scattered in the breeze. The Dragonborn themself “went the way of the Warden (Dragon Age)”, they were last seen heading for Solstheim and hasn’t been seen ever since.

As for the rest of Tamriel, between the death of Titus Mede and the loss of Skyrim the Empire is effectively crapping itself and scrambling to fill the throne while bracing for what may come next, regarding the Thalmor specifically.

Hammerfell is pretty much as was before. High Rock is just sitting there and being High Rock as usual. Morrowind is currently negotiating with Skyrim over Solstheim and covertly investigating claims of brutality against the Dunmer of Skyrim. Black Marsh is as was prior.

The Dominion I’m still thinking on as far as a grand scale, that said they still hold an interest in Skyrim. What with the displacement of their embassy and the newly concrete distrust of mer and Khajit their efforts in Skyrim are severely set back. I’m thinking they’re actually interested in toppling Ulfric as this would cause more strife in Skyrim and not to mention playing on Elenwen’s assertion of a total Stormcloak victory not being a good thing.

I’m case anyone is curious about the guilds of Skyrim, I’m taking the same approach as the handling of the Dragonborn.
The new Archmage of the College of Winterhold (unnamed) is gone on an expedition, the guild master of the Thieves Guild (unnamed) hasn’t been seen in months, the Dark Brotherhood as a whole is keeping its head down after incurring the wrath of the Stormcloak spymaster, and the Companions are staying out of things and sticking to being mercs and wandering heroes.
