@silver fox Um so actually I don't think the city should have a legendary. Here's Balthazar's guide for locations, and I'm assuming that you're making a "Big City?" So you get 12 Pokemart items and four Pokemon types. No legendaries. I think it makes more sense to have legendaries avoid cities as they're kinda... yeah. But, we can suggest some edits to this system if need be?
Metropolis: Two Pokemon Types; 0 Mythical/Legendary Pokemon; 15 Regular Poke Mart Items; 3 Special Items Big City: Four Pokemon Types; 0 Mythical/Legendary Pokemon; 12 Regular Poke Mart Items; 2 Special Items Small City: Six Pokemon Types; 1 Mythical/Legendary Pokemon; 9 Regular Poke Mart Items; 1 Special Items Township: Eight Pokemon Types; 2 Mythical/Legendary Pokemon; 6 Regular Poke Mart Items; 0 Special Items Village: Ten Pokemon Types; 3 Mythical/Legendary Pokemon; 3 Regular Poke Mart Items; 0 Special Items
Perhaps switch to a "small city" to keep most of your ideas? Just reqork the description and cut down on items; I rather like the location as a whole, but everyone's to follow this system that Balth put forth for now unless changed sooo
//edit: this is an excerpt from an early conversation between Balthazar and @luckyblackcat, which he sent to me over PM when I was getting my own location approved. I believe if you scroll back far enough, you will be able to find it in the OOC chat as well :)
It's alright I'll just cut out the legendary bit and some types :) and make it a Metropolis. The idea is that the city is supposed to be absolutely huge. So yeah. And I didn't know the rules till now soooo *snip snip*
Looks good, but uh, You can't have Latios and Latias in the same city. When Bal told me how to make a new location, he said that groups of Legendaries, like Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza can't be grouped into the same city.
Awe whoops, I'll change it to a different one then xD
Tora blinked a little as the strange woman seemed to practically ignore them other than remembering Archie and Sirius' names that were mentioned. Was a bit more interested in just talking to the Pokemon. Glancing towards Juana as she spoke her opinion, the taller woman nodded in agreement. "Indeed you are correct. We better hurry then. The poor dear could had gotten quite hurt by a pack of Persions." she spoke with concern.
Archie on the other hand tilted her head curiously at the stranger before glancing back at Bounsweet, shrugging slightly back at the grass Pokemon before looking back at the woman speaking to her. Sirius however still looked quite a bit more timid compared to the more confident fire Pokemon. Peaking out from its hiding place behind Tora's legs. Slowly though, the starfish took the treat and gingerly pressed it against its gem, absorbing it slowly into itself.
The Growlithe's nose was twitching as the Pokedex was pulled out to show the cute blue water mouse Pokemon. At the sincere request, Archie tilted her head before looking to her trainer, as if asking for permission to assist this woman's plight. When Tora smiled in returned and gave a approving nod, Archie stood up and sniffed the air, Des, then the grass. Walking along and sniffing about near the river. Soon enough giving a happy bark before dashing along the stream.
Tora took a deep breath as she equipped her backpack before following after her fire Pokemon. "Growlithe's sense of smell sure is s marvel. Archie seems to already be on to something." she mused as she walked, Sirius close to her heels.
Indeed, Archie bounded along, fluffy tail wagging, soon coming to a halt as there are a low growl and hiss. The fire puppy returned the growl with her own, and a bark, fur fluffing up as she saw a Persian prowling the bank, seeming very keen of a pair of large rocks in the middle of the river. Another Persian doing the same on the other side of the bank. As soon as the dog Pokemon came foreword to bark at the large feline, the Persion gave a screeching hiss, very unpleased to see the dog.

Lore: Adriana City rests to the Far East of Central City, residing next to the coast. It is a popular city to both who reside and tourist as it has many shopping centers and is higher tech then most places. Self moving walkways, robotic assistants and trash cans that will assist in picking up any litter, elevators and escalators to travel different levels and so on. It's far large and can be easy to get lost in, luckily there are plenty of maps everywhere.
The city has three layers, the bottom being the more transit area for trains and cars as well as homes for the less fortunate, the middle having resorts, amusement parks, the warm sunny beach and the like as well as homes for common people, and the top having the shopping centers, wealthy business's and wealthy homes. A popular place to shop is at Azure Corp, where beautiful gems and jewelry are sold.
Downside is, quite a lot of things are a bit on the pricy side.
Pokemon often do not show themselves often around here, but they still live amongst the bustling city folk occasionally. Water Pokemon often play in the coast of the sea, some beach goers often able to spot them playing in the water. The electric Pokemon can often be found around the powerplants, or the amusement park.

The Zephyr Strip lies to the west of Central City; the site is a large town built around a shopping center based in a long-abandoned electric train. The train has been renovated with new lighting, new reinforcements, and newly-refurbished interiors, with the outer paint job left untouched for that rustic feel. As it houses a shopping center, it is a popular tourist destination, not only for the shopping but for some of the folk tales of the potential haunting of the train itself. The train is situated inside of a train station laden with vines, though since the area is inhabited, there is often hedgework done to trim those vines down (courtesy of local services provided by the Zephyr Maintenance Company’s Bisharps and Pawniards). The shopping center houses a shop per car, and they are lined up and well-lit in an easily-organized fashion. From boutiques to restaurants to souvenir shops to bookstores, you’ll probably find it all in the Zephyr Strip.
Around the station is a bit of a ghost town; nothing but expansive plains as far as the eye can see (though if you follow the tracks, you’ll meet a place where they converge with a rail line heading to Central City), with high buttes and mesas extending into the sky. In the northeastern distance, the Atana Mountain Range is barely visible through the haze. There are several windmills set up around the station, most likely to provide an additional source of clean energy. The dry plains house a plethora of Ground, Normal, and Grass type Pokémon, with the occasional Poison type slithering through the grass. The more inhabited areas, especially those under the roof of the station and the train, will see Steel, Electric, Dark, Fighting, and Normal Pokémon, though in the furthest recesses of the train and the station, there have been reports of ghost Pokémon skulking about.
Sometimes the power would flicker, and people who live around the Zephyr Strip attribute it to the mischief of Pokémon like Rotom and Electabuzz, whose interactions with power sources and electrical devices would lead many to conclude that this is so. Notably, this is treated as a sort of routine event for the locals. However, people have been reporting hearing strange noises from the train’s decrepit locomotive. Like… scraping? Some have even seen a dark, rubbery tentacle pass by the window once or twice. There are rumors that it’s a Pokémon not of this world, and that there are actually multiple in there. They insist that Deoxys couldn’t possibly be stuck in a train for that long, but others say that it certainly is not Deoxys.

Hey, I was wondering since @Dark Light is adding points for the sunset. Is this the correct? I thought it was 1 bonus for the first post of the entire day. I could be wrong, was just curious
Tora nodded in agreement, glancing toward the sun as it started to dip behind the horizon, indicating sunset was now beginning. Feyhollow wasn't too far of a trek, but it was still a bit of a walk for Tora. If she wanted to get there before dark, she better not take any rest breaks. Hopefully the Pokecenter wouldn't mind them staying or something.
"Yeah... Hope they'll be okay." she murmured with concern over the two water types. Sirius just kinda shuffled a little, the limbs using as arms lightly poking together shyly. The gem in the center glowing a glow, slightly blinking.
Archie eyed the stranger who neared, once again standing and puffing out her fur. Growling at the newcomer before hear ears perked at the treat. Relaxing, the puppy Pokemon sniffed at the treat curiously. Fluffy tail giving a few ways every couple of seconds. Soon enough the Growlithe gave a happy yip before happily munching on the treat.
Tora smiled before looking at the woman. She looked around the same age as Tora but she wasn't sure. The black haired woman couldn't help but wonder what brought another young adult here. "Salutaions Mademoiselle, my name is Tora. It is a pleasure to make your aquiantance. This is Archie and Sirius... Archie seems to like you already it seems." she chuckled as the Growlithe's tail was now a constant fluffy happy wag.
