A reminder you dont need to know every detail of every bad thing. Being informed is good but being consumed achieves nothing good. You're still a good person if you have boundries with bad news

Just thank you to all you people, I don't know where I'd be if I didn"t have you lot. To be honest there was one point I was convinced I wasn't going to make it through this last few months but you amazing people pulled me back up, you often make me smile and laugh yet offer a shoulder to cry on and advice in hand.
There's a lot I could list but honourable mentions
