He controls the Amaranthine. Its an energy form that LegendBegins and I brewed up for my current arc. The short version explanation is that the energy cannot be created, destroyed, or replaced. Its far more complicated than that, but My brain is fried atm from work. Legend Begins might be able to explain it a bit more in detail. I believe he may still have graphs for it.

For sure. Besides, destroying everything isn't often a good motivation for a villain. There are reasons most all-powerful villains in this RP don't actually decide to just kill everybody with the snap of a finger.
