If I made a teacher, what are some options, as far as classes to teach? Do we still have mundane subjects like Literature, Math, etc.? I assume we have magical classes as well, would that be one class or is it divided into multiple disciplines? Can I teach a mundane topic and a magical topic, or should I limit it to one class?

Is there a need for teacher characters? If so, can I submit a teacher char and a student char?

I come with an invitation from @KRAZY J. I will be coming up with a character soon. I'm assuming our families live in the modern world, hiding their abilities pretending to be normal people, or are their communities of elementals who can practice their powers openly and freely other than the school? Are elementals sometimes born to non-elementals? What about the other way around?
Posted. Forgot to @Mention @Tergonaut and @Xiro Zean

Eileen // Ailanthus Altissima
LOCALE // Lefig Lawn, The City of Thorinn
TIME // Afternoon

Tessa watched as a large group left the lawn, without stopping to buy any enchantments either! From her paranoid observational skills, the group looked like a nightmare to deal with, strong personalities, and from the look of it, the only thing holding it all together was their common acquaintance, the elf-looking healer. Tessa wondered how one was able to enter Pariah as an elf, and wished she had had the opportunity for character customization. Maybe it was a cheat or an exploit. The group also had that ass, Landon Longcross, a fellow Queon affiliate with a penchant for women. Perhaps Tessa should be grateful that the group didn't approach to buy enchantments. If she had to hear Landon say how 'enchanting' she was, she would probably drown and skin some NPC's virtual puppy.

Seeing that the lawn had mostly cleared out, Tessa packed up her stall. It was a simple, collapsible setup consisting of a few boards and poles, the fabric awning that provided her shade used to wrap everything together. She headed for the inn near the city's gate. It want the best place she could stay; it's primary business model was catching travelers who didn't have the time, energy, or knowledge to find a better in that was closer to the city center, but it's distance from the hustle and bustle of the center was precisely why Tessa chose it. As she neared the gate, she saw a horse-drawn cart not too far off, and wondered why the driver had not driven the cart the remainder of the distance into the city. Maybe the driver was in some sort of distress, and Tessa would have just minded her own business, but the cart looked familiar: not many carts doubled as a storefront. Since she planned to commission something from the owner of the cart, she figured she'd help him out if he was in distress.

Coming closer, Tessa noticed the horse laying on its belly, drinking lazily from the river, Ochre laying nearby. Sleeping in Pariah was as weird to Tessa as someone logging in to an MMO just to go AFK. On the other hand, perhaps the VR environment was better than any place Ochre could sleep in his real life vicinity. But sleeping in her damp, crowded, crummy little apartment built character, that or pulling an all-nighter playing and hating herself in the morning when she had to get up for work. For Tessa, building character meant hating herself. Self-hate made people stronger, after all.

"You know, there's an inn you could stay at a couple of yards further," She said, not caring if she woke him up from his siesta.
Meanwhile Hajar had managed to drop some bombs around the anti air gunsite, and with a satisfying boom, 2 of the large flak guns exploded near an abandoned townhouse, bringing the building down with it. But a few more flak guns seem to reveal themselves from the surrounding area, shooting back at Hajar's Bomber, for about 12& damage. JD4 powered through some of the returning fire from the bomber had now locked on a long range homing missile and fired it at Hajar as she was peppered by flak.

Holy crap, Hajar you got a jersey devil lock, break! Try and shake it with the towers!

Hajar threw her hands up in celebration, saying, "Yes!" to herself as she took down two of the gun emplacement with her bombing, only to see more anti air guns reveal themselves and shoot a few holes in her plane. Fortunately, Israfil's vitals were well protected, though she didn't like the sound of wind whistling through the holes. Then she heard Larcen's warning. "Fuck fuck fuck!" Hajar ran in circles for a bit. She had lined up her flight path nicely to maximize how many guns she would pass over and she didn't think Israfil was maneuverable enough to weave between buildings to evade the missile. Choosing to ignore the more senior pilot's suggestion, a decision she hoped she wouldn't regret later, Hajar ran to the back of her plane and took manual control of the tail gun, attempting to shoot down the oncoming missile, letting Israfil continue flying straight, essentially pilotless.

Hey you lot. It is, of course, pending @Gowi's approval, but I'm prepared to write another post just to keep the momentumm going, even if it's nothing more than idle chatter. Of course my /preference/ is that some or all of you post something so I don't absolutely have to. <3 That will be about a week from Gowi's post, and I'd say expecting at least some sign of writing once a week isn't unreasonable. Even if "signs of writing" are more like "well I have half a post, just waiting on X" or something. Just so we know you're gonna be more prompt than our fearless DM. *shot*

or me last time around

@Xiro Zean@Stern Algorithm you two seem to be more or less on your own schedule, but I still encourage posting soon. <3

I'll try to get a post up soon then. Maybe have Tessa pack up her stall and run into Ochre's (@Xiro Zean) cart or something.
@Xiro Zean

Tessa's still in town, at her booth. If and when Ochre mentions that he's meeting up with a party, she'll ask to tag along to replenish her stock of materials.
Nalia crouched in disbelief at what Kleinfeld said. "Take the shot, Damien!" She hissed under her breath. Here they had an opportunity to nip the violence in the bud, to protect Lieze and Theon from getting in harm's way. If they let Merrick go, then fighting was guaranteed. Seeing Damien stop, Nalia raised her rifle, pointing it at the king. As she took aim, her arms shook as the thump of rushing blood filled her ears.

"Are you going to kill him?" Theon asked innocently, grabbing Nalia by the sleeve, shattering her resolve. Too many thoughts rushed through her head: could she kill in front of Theon? What example was she setting for him? Would he be traumatized for life? The moment slipped past, King Merrick moved out of sight. Nalia lowered her rifle, cursing herself. We follow the plan. We get the gundams. We leave.
I'll get a post up tonight, hopefully.
