The maximum range of the arrows is 150m as mentioned, which by all means is typical for longbowmen. In other words, if she fires at that range, she'll have 15 multiplications at that speed, which means 32k arrows at the very maximum which is a good estimate of the horde's full force. The arrow velocity is actually calculated to be slower than modern compound bows (they are a little faster), so all in all it's just a regular bow that fires at regular lengths at ordinary speeds but with a multiplication addon, really. If you really want me to nerf it, I guess I could make it every 0,15 second instead, which will turn into seven multiplications at max range, which hits ~above 250 arrows. I dunno, it's really hard to adjust slightly to make it either near useless (the benefit of 250 inaccurate arrows at long range doesn't make up for it being a completely ordinary bow in short ranges, really) or completely broken (just making the arrows fly slower/cutting the multiplication to 0,9 alone). I dunno.

Like I said, this all comes down to Servants being way stronger than humans are. A human archer would only be able to fire arrows at a range of 150m and a speed of 100 m/s, but a Servant is capable of so, so much more than that. Given that even the weakest Servants are superior to normal humans by a factor of x10 in every conceivable category, it'd be incredibly unfair to Genghis to base the power of her NP off of what a
human archer can do.
Therefore, I propose either altering the multiplication rate so that the same number of arrows would be produced if the arrows traveled at far greater speeds than they do now,
or make it so that the number of arrows she fires are equal to the number of horses she has summoned (if you want to limit the maximum number of arrows to the size of her army).
