You would have to:
1) Get someone who Ull'Yang approves of to open a portal to his personal plane using the Uthkrein.
2) Have them guide you through Cygnea while protecting you from the extreme conditions
3) Find a dragon egg/hatched dragon
4) Bring it to the outside world.
Or, you could have Ull'Yang brand you with the Uthkrein, which allows you to do all that yourself.

EDIT: Guys, just to make something clear: there are 20 dragon eggs. Anyone of you guys is able to start playing a dragon if you want. Just make sure to tell me in advance.
Just know that first generation dragons are hardwired to breed with the first dragon of opposite sex they meet, so as to continue the species. This only applies to first gen dragons.

@Crumbs Do not fret with the details. We all have our irl problems, so it's understandable. This RP hit its rough patch, and I hope we can make it better next time round!
