@GamerXZI'll likely get Mako's introductory post up soon. Realized it would take me longer than I initially thought to type it, so later today at the earliest, sometime tomorrow morning at the latest, depending on how distracted I get while typing it up.
James had very little time to verify what was happening before all hell broke loose, with Joshua and Amaya disappearing before he could turn to help them and then suddenly they were under attack from the third woman who'd appeared from water. "Alright, fight it is. Prepare to face my Wrath! Cody, do your best." His sword glowed with a golden light once more and he slammed it into the ground, a wave of holy energy slamming into the water and stopping it before turning it into nothing more than normal water. Standing, he dashes forwards, throwing his shield for a Shield of Judgement directly at her. Of course, what she didn't know is it would richochet until it returned to him due to the spell's nature, and it would hit her once first. Following that up after catching the return, he slashed diagonally. "I can feel the stain in your magic, how it was born of sin and evil. It's element may be holy, but it's nature is perverse in His eyes."

Jacey stepped back as the trouble began, grinning ear to ear and ignoring Nidhogg's attempts at affecting her humanity with his nature. "Oh, my dear Nidhogg, you know nothing about the art of toying with prey like I do. Let them take the names and information that they can scrap together from our exchange to the Council and Rune Knights. The appropriate steps have been taken to ensure they don't interfere before we're ready. Now then, enjoy your little soiree, I've other things to do." She turns to start walking away, then pauses and looks back, zapping Manami in the butt.
The result made it more difficult to affect the smoothness in which her water moved for just an instant. "And remember, Manami. We're all constantly getting stronger, including me. You can try and kill me, but I won't be so lenient as that Dragon Slayer you fought yesterday was." And then she was gone, disappearing in a black bolt of lightning as mysteriously as she'd appeared.
Jack sighed and then smiled softly. "That might be true, but Jackie and I would be happy to help you make memories in this world. Aria, this is where you were born, a world full of sights, sounds, colors, and people. Even if you haven't truly lived in it, it's never too late to learn how."
So, if Alan heads for Crocus, should he show up in time for that possible brawl with Nidhogg?
Even if he did, he wouldn't necessarily see it. It's not exactly happening near the entrance. But, I will be having Mako arrive in Crocus in my next post. Perhaps they cross paths briefly until someone distracts him with a short joke.
Dragon Chi Enhancement is a familial Caster type magic unique to the Kurohiko family. The magic allows the user to enhance their body beyond the level of normal enhancement, but focuses entirely on enhancing speed, agility, and reflex by tattooing an eastern dragon the length of the user's body. It also temporarily boosts boosts the user's mental acuity, allowing them to calculate certain things faster than a normal person.
Another form of the magic gives Dragon Style martial arts boosted strength on impact, making recieving a blow from any member of the Kurohiko family incredibly painful and lethal if it impacts correctly.
Equipment: Mako is armed with a pair of throwing glaives, which he combines with a longer than normal metnal boost with the Dragon Chi Enhancement that allows him to make throws, time bounces and catch returns, among other feats, that he shouldn't be able to, even with the normal level of mental acuity boost. They also double as melee weapons when he needs one.

History: The Kurohiko family hails from the land of Isvan, a country to the east of the Kingdom of Fiore. They are well known as wielders of the Dragon Chi Enhancement magic and practitioners of the Dragon Style of martial arts, and are often employed as body guards and assassins due to their skill sets. Members of the family are trained from a young age in Dragon Style and a variety of weapons until the age of 8, when they are given an apptitude test for general categories of weapons. A specialty weapon is found later in their training and is mastered by the time they finish anywhere from the age of 16 to 21.
Mako participated in this way of life, grew up fully aware of what was expected of him and excelled in every aspect of his training. He showed unusually high compatibility with the Dragon Chi Enhancement at a young age, a magic aura enveloping him when he was particularly upset about something at the age of one and a half. When he turned five, like all the children in his family, he started training to become a proper member of the clan. Nothing out of the ordinary, aside from having stronger enhancements than his siblings and cousins, happened until he first got his hand on a throwing glaive at the age of 10. As instructed, he activated his Enhancement before throwing it, however, he was already in place to catch it before it began it's return, using his training in Dragon Style martial arts to deal with opponents along the way.
His catch upon it's return was flawless and while he was still spinning in the air, he'd already sent it to it's next target, bouncing it off the walls through the dummy's chest, once more catching it perfectly. He was tested on several other weapons but his specialty was found in glaives. He continued his training in glaives and Dragon style until he finished his training at the age of 16. His first mission was to escort a dignitary from Isvan to Crocus City, but he failed, their small caravan falling under attack from a rather organized group of bandits.
The encounter left Mako shamed and unable to return home until he tracked down the man who killed his charge, a rather large bandit with a sword for a hand and an eye patch over his right eye. The trip from Isvan to the point of the ambush had Mako turn 17 and he has been searching for the man for the last four years. His arrival in Crocus has to do with many of the masters of the more well known Light Guilds being in one place, saving him time finding out what they might know about the man.
He intends to start with Phoenix Wing's master and go from there.
Personality: Mako is calm and collected, and wise behond his years...until you bring up his height. Make any remarks about his height and he will unleash hell on you. You're lucky if he only yells at you.

Appearance: Stands at 5'4" tall, with teal eyes and a lithe build, with well toned muscles from his martial arts training. His hair is jet black and cut close to his scalp, so incredibly short. He has an almost almond shaped face, but his incredibly handsome all the same, with a few scars across his body from his training.
Additional Details: Will not be joining a guild, but if he finds someone interesting enough, he might just tag along with them for awhile.
