@EnterTheHero awesome, dude

i can't wait to see where this goes.

@Akayaofthemoon lol hello!

I decided I couldn't let this RP slip through my fingers. I love Spider-Man too much. But it seems great power and great responsibility is probably going to be well covered- so I decided to put a bit of a villianous twist on my character. Let me know what you think and if there's anything to change.

Dareen Kahina

within the eyrie

Dareen had situated herself in the hallway, her eyes looking past the walls and into her own thoughts. Back against the wall, her right index finger began tracing up and down the right side of her tunic, following the pattern on her skin through the fabric. Mikhail was far more verbally hostile towards Xandar than she was from what she gathered before she went inside. The ex-mercenary had to remember her place. As much as it pained her, Xandar could probably kill her and no one would be too sad. Mikhail could afford to be more hostile- afterall he was almost as powerful as Xandar going by jewels alone. Jewels. If only the universe granted power to those who deserved it, rather than those who got lucky. In either case, Dareen would still probably have a yellow, she thought truthfully to herself.

There was a moment of silence. Her eyes eventually fell on the third door. Dusty. Abandoned. Surely not Faeril's bedroom? She imagined one of the two rooms across from her were where Faeril slept/ was sleeping, but the third door looked like it came out of a separate house. Curious indeed. What could it be? A storage room? If it was a guest room, surely Dareen would have been asked to sleep in there, yes? The bedroom she slept in last night was probably Bellinar's. Since she had nothing better to do, she continued to pontificate on the nature of the dusty door across from her. Perhaps it was infested with something. Maybe it was the room of a dead or excommunicated relative. A fourth brother? A sister? An ex-lover of one of those who lived here, perhaps? The history of this Eyrie could be very complicated for all she knew. As her eyes traced the outside, she noticed the wear and tear on the rug. A regular detective, wasn't she? How long was she going to study this damn door for?

As long as she pleased, that was the answer. At least until Mikhail and Xandar became locked in their inevitable battle to the death, or Faeril wakes from her slumber and kills Dareen with a scornful glare. The slight wear could signify the door opened up into the hallway and the rug was damaged because of that. However, all the other doors in the hallway opened inwards. Mystery! She chuckled shortly. It was just a door. If they wanted her out, they would have said so, or locked the door. There was no one around to ask, she was the only one down this corridor at the moment. Looking for something to do, she wrapped her hand around the dull door knob and twisted, pushing her hand inward to investigate what was on the other side of the door.
Akira Hanako

outside the pillar estate. student of Fushigi Yuu

The Love Pillar was one of the first one's out of the meeting, and Akira tried to listen in on their conversation. Unfortunately Sister Mariah was content with discussing it far away from prying ears, and they even switched to English from the sound of it. Great. Gerard seemed happy enough to enjoy his 'good weather' anyway.

Once Fushigi had exited the building, her student was quick to harass her. She wanted to know why they had all been dragged out here, afterall. "So, what was that all about?" Akira asked impatiently. "Is something wrong? It sounded like something was wrong." She continued, placing one hand on her hip. Like she was some kind of master detective. News was kind of scarce these days, and Akira was clearly raring for some action. It helped that she had heard the hint of a raised voice. Maybe something exciting was finally going to happen- more than just waiting to spar with some other random guy in the humid rain.
@Cleverbird It's like the modern day mercenary character who uses wild west revolvers. outdated, but badass. who knows, maybe they even have some kind of advantage over newer space guns, like how the M1 Garand is like, totally indestructible. nokia vs smartphone
@redbaron1234 Huh, I guess I didn't make that connection. I guess you could just change the name of the planet from Ord Thorden to something else, good catch.

edit: we do have a discord, let me look for the link
@redbaron1234 looks great to me. she and @Torack's character can be ex-empire buddies, though Arosha is far more removed from the Empire than Zed.

but this is my a-ok. Gotta wait for the big GM though. If you want, you can mark which one of her characteristics are her primary and secondary.
June and Mallory

June tried to make out what she could. Everyone was deciding whether or not to go into Moresby. "We did not go to Moresby. Too many people." She said, trying to weigh in but flubbing the grammar a little. She placed her hand on Mallory's shoulder, and the taller brunette placed her hand on June and offered a weak smiled before looking up at the rest of the group.

"I'm not sure where to go, so I'll leave that up to you all. I hope you'd take my friend and I with you. I'll try not to be as much as a burden." She said apologetically, biting her lower lip. "That was...a poor performance. I'm Mallory, and this my friend June, by the way. We're from France." She gestured to her friend and herself, and June waved again.

Mallory sighed, knitting her fingers together anxiously. "Are we sure help isn't coming, though? How long can we stay in here before we have to leave?" She asked. They were safe in here, and Mallory was not at all eager to leave the safety of the security room. Though she was a little bit more composed and she was very well spoken, the knawing ball of dread in her gut hadn't left her. She seached for Elijah with her eyes. While everyone was wrapped up in conversation, she would take the chance to thank him for saving her life.
