It's strange watching the RWBY: Grimm Eclipse Let's Play. Is that Lindsay talking or is Ruby? Is that Ryan talking or is it Professor Port? If not for subtitles it'd be so hard to tell.


It wasn't too bad for me, since to me the voices each actor uses are different compared to their everyday voices. I found it particularly funny when Lindsay actually did the voice she uses as Ruby once.

It looks about as fun as other beat-em-ups, but fifteen dollars? I bought Ark for twice that (and I don't usually buy early access games), and Ark has entertained me for ninety-six hours total and receives multiple updates monthly.

That said, I'm not always an intelligent consumer. I might get it after all.

Eh, not a fan of hack-n-slashes, regardless of fandom hype. I'd like to see a card game with the theme tho, it practically begs for it.

Just bought RWBY: Grimm Eclipse and played it for about a hour. It's fun with a fair amount of difficulty, though it could have been because I was playing solo, I'm not sure how much the difficulty scales with more players. Mind you I've never been much of a fan of hack-n-slash games and have only played two games in the genre, Deadpool and God of War, so my opinion might not be the most accurate. Personally, my only problem with it were small glitches like the character continuing to run in place after I stopped moving and the audio sometimes doing this thing where it sounds like a recording of a recording, so nothing at all game breaking. I'd give it a 7/10. Good game. Can't wait for some of my friends to get it so I can play with people.
