I like the idea of an exchange between Daethaneus and Raydark, maybe the necromancer was borrowing from his power to form Raydark, which gave them a sort of spiritual link? That means that Daethaneus can then employ him as his agent?

@Shadow Daedalusthat's perfect. Honestly there's a nameless evil that motivates Raydark, so perhaps it was Daethaneus that breathed that into him? Raydark may even not know the nature of his creation (nor does he care, really, he just wants to gain power) but he would be compelled to assit Daethaneus due to him being, in part, his creator. He might well be the only god Raydark actually knows (because who cares about those squishy pathetic nice ones?) Maybe when Daethaneus went through to the mortal realm Raydark followed.
