History: Like most children born into well off clans Iouchiryo, Koutaku did not have an easy childhood, as his life was filled with training more than games of hide and seek or tag. While there were lulls in his training with the clan, much of his time was consumed by his tutors, who taught him the principles of the clan, the philosophy of combat, the art of war, and the beginnings of various theories as he got older. Still, some of his earliest memories are of being with either his parents, extended family, or tutors being quizzed, tested, or taught mental tricks. For unlike many clans, the Iouchiryo sought first to harness the powers of the mind, making certain that the children of their clan—even if they did not become shinobi—would be formidable each in their own way.
Beyond these memories that are other things of note, such as the mysterious nature of the world outside the compound as unlike many of his classmates, Koutaku was neither born nor raised in Konohagakure. Instead, he was raised on the secret clan compound of the mysterious Iouchiryo, a clan whose name was known in darker circles. They were like the ANBU of the shinobi world, except they were often for hire, and they were proclaimed to be even better. When most heard the name 'Iouchiryo,' it would mean nothing, but when shinobi heard it...heads turned, guards were raised, and attention was paid.
It was with these strange and reclusive people he was raised, and while he was trained rigorously he was allowed to play with those of his age, and so his childhood was not terrible. Unlike many children, he came to enjoy the training as it was often made fun, engaging, or at least challenging if nothing else. As he grew older competition for attention became fierce as those who had been his friends vied for the best teachers.
Koutaku however, was given—at the age of eight—a task, and that task was to move with his parents to take up residence in Konohagakure for reconnaissance and to aid in the effort to establish better relationships with the various governments of the villages allowing for better business in the future. Him and his parents accepted this mission and, disguised—thoroughly—as civilians, they made a home in the city, enrolling their supposedly eagerson into the local school while they decided to run a shop and gather information via the civilians first. In further effort to hide themselves, they changed their last names—as it was the only one the village's authorities might recognize.
Koutaku took to the academy quickly, but he held back in school, mostly to feign a lack of former education, thus making him stand out less. While he was recognized as talented, no one ever really gave him a second glance after a few years had passed, as he had come to fit in just fine. He succeeded, managing to impress some of his tutors, while others didn't like him much. While he'd had a good amount of the technical knowledge taught to him by the clan in years prior, the academy did help him develop his own style, and so he did grow alongside his classmates, creating at least a measure of kinship between them. So it was that he did his parents parents proud, which helped him build his self-confidence as he graduated and became a genin.
Over time, with his genin team changing members—in large part due to an unfortunate accident on one of their missions—Koutaku learned a lot, coming into contact with a wide variety of people during his team as a genin. With his team he grew considerably, becoming even more studious in his efforts to increase his own knowledge and hone his own skills. When the time came him and his team participated in the chuunin exams, and he and one other passed, with the third sadly not following in their stead due to his own lack of self-confidence.
Still, intent to rise up even further in the village, Koutaku took on the mantle of chuunin and went on what missions he could, eventually even partaking in a secret mission from his parents where he secreted away a set of information they'd retrieved illegally. As a result, both he and his parents passed when investigated by the authorities, with apologies and commendations being handed out in his case for his loyalty to the village. Life moved on...and then something happened, he came across a genjutsu user and nearly died—or thought he was going to—on a mission outside of the village. This reinforced his feat of genjutsu, but also made him face it. While truly coming into his own during this time, he also realized that it was of the utmost importance that he hide his biggest weakness from competitors...after all, the Jounin Exams are coming up, and he can't afford to fail.

The creature's feathers and scales are incredibly durable, allowing it to take even chakra infused strikes without being cut, though blunt force can do worse. Beyond this and its flight there are really only two notable things about Bōage. The first of these is that it becomes attuned to its user, allowing the two to act together...though at a certain cost. Second of these is the fact that Bōage's feathers can exude wind affinity chakra, which can amplify techniques of the same affinity provided they originate from its user.
This effect is called Ten no umō(天の羽毛 'Heavenly Plumage') and can be activated and deactivated by either Bōage or their companion. Ten no umō has the ability to amplify all of the attributes of any given wind release technique the user might use, though it does not have to amplify all of them.
*Koutaku, due to the cost, only summons Bōage when absolutely necessary.
Weaknesses: As one might expect, Bōage is weak to fire due to its feathers and elemental affinity. Perhaps the biggest downside to summoning this creature is the steep cost. Divine Inspiration – Deconstruction: Like all members of his clan, Koutaku once had the potential to have one “Divine Inspiration,” which would allow him to intuit either one specific thing or one somewhat broad type of thing, after which point he would be capable of making something extraordinary in that area. In Koutaku's case this “Divine Inspiration,” falls into the category of “Deconstruction,” allowing him to figure out how things work, taking them apart in his head, and then making something new out of the parts as it were. This makes him great at improving preexisting techniques and creating some novel ninjutsu, but limits his ability to learn things outside of his realm of study, that being ninjutsu. This trait is further limited by the fact that he only has access to the Wind affinity. It should be noted that this does not necessarily prevent him from learning techniques in other areas, it just prevents him from mastering those areas or truly innovating in them.

Additionally, due to the chakra control required for this technique the user can often more swiftly transform things from form to form. Description: A two stage technique that first creates a cylindrical vacuum--its max size being 10 meters long with a radius of 1.5 meters. Within the 'tunnel' there is no air or air friction, but gravity persists. Stage two is activated by a flux of chakra and causes the redirected air to be sent down the tunnel in a concussive blast capable of sending anything 300 lbs and below flying 10 meters plus the length of the 'tunnel' not already traveled by the blast. The size of the 'tunnel' can be modified, with its chakra consumption--usually--and movable weight--always--scaling with its size. At the aforementioned maximum output the technique takes 1/5th of Koutaku's chakra pool, meaning he can only use it in this manner 5 times with a full chakra pool before losing consciousness.
*I.E, technique creates a vacuum and then uses it like a cannon to fire wind. Can be used three times per day at max output

Description: Palming a kunai, the user slips it onto a finger and begins spinning it while inputting chakra using Wind affinity Chakra Flow. The longer the kunai is spun the more chakra is channeled into it and the further, and faster, it will go when released. Due to the sheer speed of the technique, anything below 10 meters away can be considered to be at point blank range.
Weakness: The technique requires the user have one hand free and limits the speed of their handseals as a result. If the user cannot spin a kunai on their finger they cannot use the technique and they also cannot use it without a kunai.

Description: Preforming one handseal to initiate the technique, the user will use Chakra Flow on an item, pressing wind affinity chakra into it. Once activated any air that comes into contact with the implement will be pulled into a thin layer of chakra coating the weapon and pressurized. The more air pulled in, the greater the pressure. The user may use a second handseal to release the wind, otherwise it will be released/detonated upon contact with a foreign surface, creature, or individual.
Weakness: Requires some kind of object, typically throwable, be on the user's person, possesses the typical affinity weaknesses of wind release techniques, and is not terribly powerful unless given time to build up.

This technique can be utilized on objects held or thrown.

Type of Jutsu: Nintaijutsu; Sensory; Supplementary.

Description: Requiring for the Koutaku to remain stationary for 3-10 seconds to initiate the technique, he will regulate the flow of his chakra into his physical body via his breathing. Once his breath and his chakra are in sync he begins releasing a small amount of wind chakra from his hands, feet, chest, and back. The wind affinity chakra is subtle and nigh undetectable unless there is sufficient dirt, dust, or debris to tip someone off. This chakra flows up the arms from the hands, up the legs from the feet, and across the chest, back, and head from the two release points on the chest and back. Ironically, the weak point of the technique is the head.
The purpose of Kensei-are is as such, it allows the user to, at will, harden or relax the body with greater ease, amplifying the strength and responsiveness in general, while the surrounding wind chakra can reduce the momentum behind strikes or be 'streamed' outwards to augment and redirect the user's own trajectory.
Weakness: The wind chakra can only be streamed from the aforementioned points on the body (chest, back, hands, and feet). While the technique is not chakra intensive to activate it does quickly consume chakra, leaving him at roughly 1/5th of his total pool by the time three minutes have passed.

Description: Building on Asshuku Saya, this technique creates a tiny vaccuum or funnel into which wind is pulled. This process occurs at a decent pace, but is considerably faster if it is applied to a moving object. Performing the final handseal, the user wills the gathered wind into a shape with their chakra, binding it as such. The resulting wind revolves at high speed whilst retaining its form, creating a devastating slicing or piercing attack. May amplify other techniques.
Weakness: Affinity weaknesses. Additionally, Senshi jōgo cannot be utilized alongside Jiku Tenkō. The technique must be applied to an object—no more than two at once—and drains 1/4th of his total chakra pool per use. The technique may be more or less effective depending on the shape it is willed to take. Stage two is activated by a flux of chakra and causes the redirected air to be sent down the tunnel in a concussive blast capable of sending anything 300 lbs and below flying 10 meters plus the length of the 'tunnel' not already traveled by the blast. The size of the 'tunnel' can be modified, with its chakra consumption--usually--and movable weight--always--scaling with its size. At the aforementioned maximum output the technique takes 1/5th of Koutaku's chakra pool, meaning he can only use it in this manner 5 times with a full chakra pool before losing consciousness.

Weakness: The technique requires the user have one hand free and limits the speed of their handseals as a result. If the user cannot spin a kunai on their finger they cannot use the technique and they also cannot use it without a kunai.

The user may use a second handseal to release the wind, otherwise it will be released/detonated upon contact with a foreign surface, creature, or individual.
Weakness: Requires some kind of object, typically throwable, be on the user's person, possesses the typical affinity weaknesses of wind release techniques, and is not terribly powerful unless given time to build up.

Description: Requiring for the Koutaku to remain stationary for 3-10 seconds to initiate the technique, he will regulate the flow of his chakra into his physical body via his breathing. Once his breath and his chakra are in sync he begins releasing a small amount of wind chakra from his hands, feet, chest, and back. The wind affinity chakra is subtle and nigh undetectable unless there is sufficient dirt, dust, or debris to tip someone off. This chakra flows up the arms from the hands, up the legs from the feet, and across the chest, back, and head from the two release points on the chest and back. Ironically, the weak point of the technique is the head.
The purpose of Kensei-are is as such, it allows the user to, at will, harden or relax the body with greater ease, amplifying the strength and responsiveness in general, while the surrounding wind chakra can reduce the momentum behind strikes or be 'streamed' outwards to augment and redirect the user's own trajectory.
Weakness: The wind chakra can only be streamed from the aforementioned points on the body (chest, back, hands, and feet). While the technique is not chakra intensive to activate it does quickly consume chakra, leaving him at roughly 1/5th of his total pool by the time three minutes have passed.

The resulting wind revolves at high speed whilst retaining its form, creating a devastating slicing or piercing attack. May amplify other techniques.
Weakness: Affinity weaknesses. Additionally, Senshi jōgo cannot be utilized alongside Jiku Tenkō. The technique must be applied to an object—no more than two at once—and drains 1/4th of his total chakra pool per use. The technique may be more or less effective depending on the shape it is willed to take. While the technique can be maintained for a two minutes, if left alone, it becomes weaker over that period of time, reducing its effectiveness.

@Odin I like your Amegakure leader so far. If there is one thing I'm curious about, it's the statue. You seem to imply that it inspires and weakens the moral of others. Like the weakening of moral is an absolute, and an ability rather than just because it's there.
Because the current mod discussion is if you mean it's physical presence is just scary and can make people lose moral, or if it actually forces a drop in moral.
I imagine it's like a killing intent. Some people can naturally resist it or realize what it is but everyone can feel it? Sorta like that.
I'm trying to understand the principles and usability of Yin-Yang Release.

@Project nobody really knows and it's never explained. Every jutsu essentially contains yin-yang chakra, but very few use purely yin-yang chakra. Genjutsu for example uses yin chakra (because yin is 'the spirit' and thus not tangible) and mokuton (wood release) uses a lot of yang elements because yang represents creation.
Essentially, if you are using chakra to create something that is not tangible, it's yin, if you're using it to create tangible items, it's yang, and if you're creating life or items that possess qualities of life and sentience (like kage bunshin I think) it's yin-yang.
Like all jutsu, it's only as powerful as the user. As I said before, Madara using a C rank fire jutsu is more powerful than a chunin using an S rank fire jutsu for the first time in their life.
Healing jutsu uses a lot of yin-yang elements I believe.
Everyone can use it, very few use PURE yin yang chakra.

If Ego were a currencty, Kaito would be the richest man on the planet. Everything he does is in some way to satisfy his. He loves to crush other people just to show that there is no one more impressive than he. Should someone be stronger, Saito will only peg it down to experience, and dedicate himself to eventually upstaging them. He literally has a list of people he doesn't like, mostly compressed of those who have in some way not bowed before his glamorous power.
Despite his love of himself, in combat, Kaito only has one thing in mind, winning, and winning quickly. He will use every dirty trick in the book to end a fight with as little effort as possible. While not as flashy, it does add to his win ration, and in the end, isn't that all that matters?
Kaito is easily flattered, and will serve whoever has the most silver tongue. He's hesitant about serving a major village, however. He can't shine when a place is literally filled with KG users.

Born to the humble parents, Kaito was the first person in his family to become a ninja. It was a difficult road for him. In the classroom, he was always forgotten for some star student whose family had been ninjas for generations. The Uchiha, the Senju, the Nara, the Yamanaka.... the list went on and on. His parents barely could afford to keep Kaito enrolled. Kaito decided then he would not ever waste any weaponry. He began to get a name for only ever using one kunai, and for taking extrodinary good care of it.
Kaito had to work extra hard to catch up to other ninja, but doing so allowed him a view from behind none of them had enjoyed, and more importantly, a view of their weaknesses. He noted how few ninjas were adept at genjutsu, and how often they freaked out when confronted with it, and so Kaito knew he had found his forte.
Kaito's anonymity finally worked for his favor in the chunnin exams, where he was able to carry his team largely because no one expected some no name to be a threat. He made it all the way through that year on his first try.
Kaito, however, was unhappy. Despite his success, no one knew who he was. They might mention him as being talented, but the immediately compared it to clan heirs of the same age group. Heirs that he had defeated, head on, (mostly)fair and square! It was infuriating. On one mission, his world changed. Working along side a few Rain nin, the jonin their praised his skills, and his skills alone. That was enough for Kaito. He immediately went rogue and joined the Hidden Rain.
Its been about a year for Kaito, and his ego has enjoyed the small village immensely, becoming a name mentioned much more often than in the Leaf. Being selected to try and become a jonin, Kaito immediately laughed at the exams taking place in the Leaf, and left without a single concern about his status there.

Effect: A rather noncombat jutsu, or more specifically, to avoid combat. With a handsign, the user is able to cast a genjutsu with their voice to make themselves appear more agreeable. It puts the victim at ease, and causes them to agree with the user. It is powerful enough that kai will not disrupt it, only pain. Its easy to figure out one is in the genjutsu, however, as one's mind and words will not match up.

Yin-Yang release is the ability to create anything out of nothing. Izanagi is Yin-Yang release, and allows you to create an entire scenario, a fantasy, out of absolutely nothing. You died, but you rewrite fate to make it so that you never died. Usually Yin-Yang Release has very limited parameters and relates mostly to the Rikkudo Sennin. However a lot of people like to have their own snowflake version.
Yin is the mind creating a shape, but never birthing it into a tangible form. That's why Genjutsu are Yin-Release, they're constructs that never actually interact with the physical world.
Yang enhances physical, but can never be more than something applied to something else. Like increasing the size of an object or limb. With Yin, it can give form to something that doesn't exist in this realm.

I have a little character concept that I've been working those past few days. It... involves a dõjutsu and I've been dabbling with yin and yang release as well. I do understand that it's pretty "fishy" to make custom/original dojutsu. I mean, I'm not particularly the most creative writer out there and neither the most knowledgeable on the Naruto field :P
At any rate, that's been pretty helpful. I might as well scratch yin-yang and keep yin and yang. Mixing the two is too godly, whereas the two separate are literally everything.

She isn't just aware of her own state but is also remarkably perceptive of those around her, being particularly adept at and willing to exploit or attack emotional weaknesses.
Many consider her to be dense, assuming her to be unintelligent due to her barbaric behavior. But that is far from the case. While vocal about many things she is often quiet about her scheming nature. Tsukiko always has a plan and always has a back-up plan. She is shrewd and pragmatic but will attempt to hide it if she is in company that trusts her. To that same effect she doesn't trust anybody. She maintains her volatility at all times, leaving an impression that she could explode into a primal rage at any given moment. An investigation concluded that she presented no threat as an enemy of the village or spy but nobody was sure what to do with her. She couldn't speak and was very aggressive, limiting the options.
The final decision was to leave her at an orphanage that was tasked to integrate her into society and find her a family. The first order of business was to teach Tsukiko how to speak, which she adapted to fairly quickly. Despite the improvement in communication she remained relatively hostile and aggressive towards the other children and the adults helping her. Some joked that teaching her how to talk was only a mistake as she now was able to verbalize her disdain. The orphanage basically gave up on trying to teach her after almost two years, though fortunately for the wild girl a family had taken a liking to her. The Umene family, an unassuming couple who could not bear children of their own, came to the orphanage and seen the state Tsukiko was in and felt that they could take care of her and provide her a better life. Their first year with the girl was a struggle to say the least but eventually Tsukiko grew attached to her new parents and simmered down enough to keep from making their lives miserable.
But now the young girl had a lot of free time on her hands. She didn't do very well in regular school between the terrible grades and constant trouble. She remained very active with a seemingly endless energy, so her parents decided to enroll her in the Ninja Academy to see how well she may fare there. As it turns out Tsukiko was much better at this. Though her grades in general remained poor and she was always among the bottom of the class in academics, her actual performance with training was excellent. Her physical capabilities were put to good use and she learned the tricks of being a shinobi with relative ease. Her behavior remained a big setback with her education but nonetheless she was able to graduate and become a genin. Her original team didn't take much of a liking to her, and neither did she take a liking to them, but her efficiency in completing tasks was worthy of respect. When she was occupied with a mission her mind was like a steel trap and she proved many times that she was not one to be trifled with questioning orders as long as the end result was made clear.
By this point her ability to speak was perfect and she had largely calmed down from her feral childhood days, but Tsukiko still remained one of the least popular kunoichi to be around. She was fairly popular for completing missions though with her ruthless efficiency. Once her squad finally began taking missions that saw combat it opened a whole new page in her history. As it turned out she was quite good at killing. And once she was allowed to it opened the floodgates of her primal nature. She quickly became notorious for this, getting the attention of Konoha's leadership. Her penchant for killing targets, even enemies that would generally be figured to outclass her, made her a prime candidate for specializing as a hunter-nin. Tsukiko's ability to seek and destroy was uncanny and one of the big deals noted during her chuunin exams when she killed one of her opponents during a match. Since her promotion to chuunin she has spent a majority of her missions hunting down and capturing or killing targets, usually missing-nin. Her sixth sense of murder has always come in handy. Tsukiko looks at it a lot like hunting and gets a thrill of the hunt and the inevitable success. She never looked at it like she was going to fight an opponent, only that she was going to kill them. And everything leading up to that is simply part of the process.
Her recent candidacy for jonin came as no surprise. Her parents are proud that she's come so far even at such a young age, but Tsukiko herself could hardly care less what title she holds. So long as she gets to keep her hands occupied it makes no difference, though preferably higher ranks would give her access to more dangerous and challenging missions. Tracking down petty criminals is beneath her at this point. Even targeting other shinobi seems too easy. What Tsukiko wants is a chance to hunt enemies stronger than her. In Tsukiko's case at full chakra and with deliberate actions she can make it last up to twenty minutes, but in strenuous combat situations it could be as little as five minutes. Should the user not end the technique before they run out of physical energy they will die from having no chakra thus care must be taken in how much energy they have left at all times. As you all may have noticed by now, we're all to establish teams before the beginning of the exam's first phase. The village alignments do not matter. While bonds can be formed ICly, to speed up the process most people have already teamed up either through IC context or what they believe to be the best pairings. Additional Appearance Details: Mare stands at 5'8 and is lean in build at best. His entire body has been augmented with chakra crystal, with the material creating intricate lines up his arms, along his back and chest, and down his legs. Indeed, even his eyes show signs of modification for they glow in the dark, more readily catching light, as well as refracting it in strange fashions.
History: Born into the Anzen-sei family after two older sisters, Marekizō was considered a miracle child, for it was not often that three children in a row were born with the clan's kekkei genkai, not to mention a boy! So, as one might expect, he was given special treatment, and while his two sisters were old enough not to care too much, there were others in the family who did not like how his parents—and grandparents—chose to treat him.
As he grew up, babied and given whatever he desired, the boy slowly spoiled. The Hinoko Clan is not a native of Konohagakure but they are native to the Land of Fire. Originally they hailed from a small village that, at the time of its inception, was roughly 150km west of Konoha. It wasn’t a large settlement. This village rested by a beautiful lake that had a temple in the center of it. The only way of reaching it was the single rowing boat at a dock made out of wooden plates, held up by wooden poles and rope. It blossomed into most of the spring and some of the summer season. Most of its crop was comprised of rice and whole grains. Those two crops alone built more than half of the small economy it had. All of the residents, be them male, female, or child, were all part of the Hinoko Clan. This village was dubbed Kyūsoku no mura or “The Village of Resting Fire”. It got its name from the temple in the middle of the lake that had a single flame always lit.
The Hinoko Clan were(maybe are) a highly-religious clan. As residents of Kyūsoku no mura, they all believed that their good fortune was from the generosity of an ancient spirit known as Onibi. They all believe that, due to the lack of fires in their village, which would be harmful to their crops, they worshiped the Onibi, fearing that he would bring fire upon them in retaliation for breaking faith. Whether it was the truth or just something they needed to believe in, at each start of each season, they presented an offering to the spirit: a pound of their crops. Mysteriously enough, when they would go to recollect the barrels that had said crops in it, they found it empty. This cemented their belief that they were granted good fortune at the charity of the Onibi.
As the seasons changed and the years went by, Kyūsoku no mura expanded. Once they were a village of barely five individual huts, now they had twenty. They had a small fighting force that was outsourced to smaller villages as protection(for a price, of course). They no longer needed to rely solely on merchants and other venues of trading to bring in money. They had their own fighting force, which brought in more money than any pound of rice or grain ever did. In the process, they skipped out on several offerings to their once-worshipped spirit.
Sometime later, they expanded more, but this was where things went wrong. They had expanded into territories that belonged to other villages on the rise. These little skirmishes had nothing over the battles of the Great Shinobi Wars, but they had their own consequences. Dozens died over the course of twenty years, which some of the Hinoko elders believe was a direct consequence of the younger members neglecting the traditions of old. Whether it was because of Onibi or just bad luck finding its way to Kyūsoku no mura, there was only one thing everyone knew: The Hinoko Clan was fucked.

They all have shades of blond/e hair and their eyes are either of blue or green colors. They all have very little mass in their overall body shape. Being a clan that was out almost every day, they built up incredible stamina and a general lean body type. They also built up incredible endurance. At some point, that became the norm for them. They are hairy individuals. Their hair grows twice as long than the average human. Their hair is also naturally silky and wavy.
Hinokos are known to be passionate people. Whatever trade/career they end up specializing in will be approached with a burning enthusiasm. Sometimes it’s in excess, but it’s the thought that counts. They’re also quite stubborn. You won’t meet a single Hinoko who is always set in their ways. Jaakuna practically exemplifies your typical Hinoko male. His head is a shoulder-length, gold mane and his eyes shine a bright emerald. He stands at an even 6’0 with a lean body that allows him to be agile when he needs to be but also pack a punch. He has a slightly oval-shaped face and clean pores. His reach is long and his legs, though long as well, are nimble. When he’s on a mission, he does sport the traditional Chunin garb. If it’s not a stealth mission, he will sport his trademark red sweater jacket that has a hood and zip-up function. When not on a mission, he’s typically in that jacket with the added bonus of olive green pants and boots. He also has an assortment of body tattoos that are the common engravings that the Hinoko Clan has. Every single one of them has at least one of the tattoos that Jaak has.

It’s hard to gauge whether Jaakuna is mostly a fun-loving idiot or raging lunatic with a tendency to act out of emotion rather logic and reason. It’s like both sides of him are split down the middle and no one really knows which side they’ll see. In the case of the former, he’s a joy to be around. He’ll frequently crack jokes--albeit a tad zany at times. Truly, what he loves most is to get others to laugh along with them, or at him. Honestly, he’s not one to be picky about either or. Truth be told, as long as people are finding amusement because of something he might’ve said or did, the ends will justify the means. Additionally, he’s the type to binge on some good ole’ sake or anything that might be seen at a social gathering of some sort.
Inversely, Jaakuna’s been known to act rather crazy. He might have a mental condition or he just might have too much fun. It’s honestly a mystery why he’s like this, but the general consensus is that it’s tied to his lack of patience. He’s good for a while, but try it past the breaking point and Jaakuna just might end up breaking someone’s face. He’s definitely prone to violence. Unlike his ancestors, Jaakuna practices a “fists first” philosophy, yet he’s highly spiritual. In fact, he often will cite that bashing in a poor sap’s face centers him. In that time, his clan grew to a modest twenty total in population, though that’s just small pocket change compared to the larger, more expensive clans in the village. Though they are proud and as a result, Jaakuna is proud.
Growing up, he had to stick up for his clan. No one else would, but sometimes that got him into skirmishes, especially growing up. Always one to get into fights, JAakuna either pissed off the wrong group of kids who were a few years his senior or his instructor who would give him hell for acting out. It was more or less a rinse and repeat until he graduated. Then when got put on his first team, it was the same thing--only now he was the hothead of an actual Shinobi team. His sensei at the time had to take the direct route to make sure he would finally listen. It was a long, perilous road for him, but after a few dozen tries and just a tenth of tries at the chunin exam, he finally graduated. Imagine that: Jaakuna Hinoko a chunin. Officially, at the age of seventeen, Jaakuna could potentially be put in charge of his own team. That’s a scary thought if ever there was one.
From then until now, Jaakuna just did his duty. Going on missions and doing them at a decent rate. None too difficult nor easy. He was put on teams, either with fellow chunin or other jonins. Nothing too complicated about that. Truthfully, Jaakuna’s career as a chunin has been rather average and uneventful. The only thing worth noting is his way of doing his missions has raised a lot of questions about how stable he is. Thankfully, most of his missions have been combat-based ones, so there wasn’t a lot harm done. But in the event that he would have a more stealth-based one, the thought has come up on whether he could actually do it; which is funny since shinobi are supposed to be naturally stealthy, but Jaakuna, in his own words “I don’t play like that.”

Tashiro was born in the Hidden leaf village. He is an outstanding member of his family. That isnt saying much as most of Tashiro's family are merchants his father and mother owning and running a barbecue and dumpling shop. Tashiro is one of the very few shinobi to come from his family.
9-11 years old Fast Academy years
Growing up Tashiro showed signs of having a quite a bit of chakra for a young age. He joined the academy to become a shinobi and he took it up pretty well. On books and learning he learned quickly, skill wise not so much. He was great at Taijutsu but wasnt really good at grasping Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.
At Eleven years old Tashiro became a genin pretty early than most. Almost labeled gifted.
11-13 First Genin years rough start
The first years as a Genin for Tashiro were rough. He was still only good at Taijutsu but he had also took up Kenjutsu. Almost a natural with a sword. His Ninjutsu skills improved but he still lacked in doing some of the very basic skills.
The first three years he failed nearly every single mission, his jounin instructor tried to help Tashiro but Tashiro was eventually almost sent back into the Acadmey again to learn to be a shinobi again.
13-16- Private Training years
When he turned thirteen years old Tashiro's Jounin instructor had recommended to the Hokage to send Tashiro back to the ninja Academy. The Hokage on the other hand sent Tashiro to a old hermit farmer who was a former shinobi to be take "special' training.
The old hermit's name was Koga. Falsely rumored to be samurai he was a former elder jounin to the village long ago who specialized in Kenjutsu skills and many other things. Upon first meeting Koga Tashiro almost died, as he was almost eaten by Koga's pet Tiger named Sabine. Koga was known as a grumpy old man who sicked Tiger summoning on people.
Tashiro spent three years not doing missions but training under Koga as his apprentice. Tashrio spent his days farming by hand, afternoons sparing with either Tigers, Koga or both. In multiple locations be it in trees or along a running river. Often enough Tashiro has fallen out of trees or down into a river and down waterfalls. He has broken bones throughout the three years of training.
Koga often enough using Earth style to weighted down Tashiro's gear, even one time made Tashiro's sword a few hundred pounds. Eventually Tashrio became better in every aspect except for Genjutsu. Koga didn't care to teach Tashiro Genjutsu because in Koga determined Tashiro isn't a Genjutsu user and didn't need to weigh his training down with it.
At sixteen years old Tashiro had his finaly sparing match with Koga, after two days and a night Tashiro manage to hit Koga for the first time in a sparing session. With that Koga was done training Tashiro as he had taught him everything he could. From summoning jutsus to various sword techniques. Three days after this fight Koga passed away in his sleep.
16-18 Becoming a Chunin and to the present.
After his private training Tashiro was looking to do right by his recently passed sensei and master Tashiro hit the ground running impressing his former and once again Jounin instructor. Tashiro became a Chunin the first year back from his training. Tashiro learned to control his natural-born nature before and after the Chunin exam. Adding water ninjutsu to his arsenal and so on.

Descrption- The same princple as the water saber jutsu execpt in a larger scale in a form of a drill like lance. Looking to extend its reach and power even ore then the Saber version. Currently Tashiro is unable to keep the chakra control and build up enough power to keep the water together to make the jutsu work.

【Personality】 Tashiro has a rather guarded personality. He is friendly and does try to get to know someone. If they don't look at him and judge him for his special traits then he will open up and be himself. He is a rather talkative person. Very kind and will lay down his life for his friend when they are in danger. '. Tashiro is also rather comepetive he and doesnt like to be last or lose in anything. Tahsiro likes to go big when he fights if he is around people who has befriended as to show off.
Tashiro likes to cook surprisingly. It is one of those things, if he wasn't a shinobi he would be a cook or chef. He likes to eat many kinds of different food then attempt to make it himself, or tries to just make something up. Things that he hates, Tashiro hates snakes and spiders.

【History】---
Tashiro was born in the Hidden leaf village. He is an outstanding member of his family. That isnt saying much as most of Tashiro's family are merchants his father and mother owning and running a barbecue and dumpling shop. Tashiro is one of the very few shinobi to come from his family.
9-11 years old Fast Academy years
Growing up Tashiro showed signs of having a quite a bit of chakra for a young age. He joined the academy to become a shinobi and he took it up pretty well. On books and learning he learned quickly, skill wise not so much. He was great at Taijutsu but wasnt really good at grasping Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.
At Eleven years old Tashiro became a genin pretty early than most. Almost labeled gifted.
11-13 First Genin years rough start
The first years as a Genin for Tashiro were rough. He was still only good at Taijutsu but he had also took up Kenjutsu. Almost a natural with a sword. His Ninjutsu skills improved but he still lacked in doing some of the very basic skills.
The first three years he failed nearly every single mission, his jounin instructor tried to help Tashiro but Tashiro was eventually almost sent back into the Acadmey again to learn to be a shinobi again.
