I have been thinking about season two lately. And I might decide to retire the Guardians for either Black Panther (do some sort of sick mashup of character & nation roleplay style), Ben Urich (make him into some famous international journalist), or Ms. America/Stargirl. Or maybe I keep the Guardians. Just been thinking about the future that's all.

I have been thinking about season two lately. Right now I'm currently sitting at three ideas for Season 3 which I have discussed at length:

- If I'm still motivated with Bekka by the end of the week, outline a rough plotline to write and carry on.

- Pen a Vicki Vale story as she tackles a strong effort to bring down Gotham City's organized crime network, while begrudgingly supporting Batman.

- Debut a version of Helena Bertinelli who has come back to Gotham with a hit list of the people who ruined her life. At the top of the list? Mario Falcone.

Ye. I misread it a little, but in retrospect I do go back and forth thinking if Huntress is a good idea for Season 2 or Season 3, and Vicki Vale can fit in reliably in Season 2 or Season 3; so both kinda apply too.

I feel like Batman should at least be in his second year before Helena shows up, but I'd be okay with charting it out in season two if needs arise (or if my outlined idea for Vicki is shite). Plus, Helena and Bruce's relationship will no doubt be different if she's not a decade his junior in this universe.

I admit with Season 2 looming, and while it looks like we may get a fledgling group forming with this MME2. I'm excited for the prospect of heroes sharing turf in season 2, Gotham is easily the most heavily shared out of all the cities but then it is a pile of shit, and all the interactions it breeds without people having to go very far.

I kinda wish I had a friend to play with in Central City. I mean I know someone who'd play Cold but then villains are still off the table :'(

I didn't say we're going to actually make something off it, but it's certainly getting there. It's nice doing it this way, it's far more organic than trying to force history on one another.

As for the second part, I won't comment on as I probably shouldn't have mentioned it in the first place :P Every concievably arguement has been made.

Put me down as being very anti-team at this point.

I think it has been a long time since the formation of a team in one of these games has been a net benefit. What tends to happen is that people rely too much on interaction within the team, get bogged down in it, and then suddenly, after one or two people drop out, find themselves stuck in a pretty awkward situation with no easy way out. I understand why people are tempted to form them, but given how early into the journey we are – coupled with the success we are having as is – I'd certainly advise not rushing into something like that.

As someone who tried to participate in several Fantastic Four and X-Men joint-apps, I pretty much agree with Morden on that point at the very least. "WHAT DO?!" is the biggest breakdown that I've seen and it's probably good to keep going as we are with occasional collaborations. With that said, some people are better at interaction than they are being alone, but there's a better approach to do it all the same.

If we're ever going to have a proper team in this universe, I figure it'll look more like several heroes with each other on speed dial rather than everyone hanging out in a mansion or a watchtower. A loose association like that keeps us from being tied down by players that drop, plus it'd let us more easily cross paths with other heroes. I don't see something like that coming together for awhile, however; I'm totally fine with the current way of things.
