Here's a query. For Age of Ultron... Why did the Avengers reform/how. At the end of the first Avengers they went their separate ways, then they had solo outings of not being together. Other than Banner and Stark. What brought them all together? We know Thor wanted Loki's sceptre but why did he team up with the others to get it? Cause let's be honest the Thor we know and love would have been all like 'I need not your help mortals, for I hathe the mighty Mjlolnir!'

I mean Tony and the Iron Legion kind of makes sense. I'm also surprised Banner was willing to Hulk out at all, then there's the Widow being there rather than using all her spy skills to take down hydra. Where did this come from? I watched a video and it ended with the quote from Hill about them all going separate ways and it got me thinking.

@Sep Duh, because there is no movie without it.

Also, i think that he called them in because Thor has grown as a character, knowing that everyone of them will jump at the opportunity to break some HYDRA heads.

Remember how last time they dealt with the scepter/tesseract all of them needed to work together, parts of NYC ended up destroyed and the entire city was almost nuked? Going out on a limb, so hear me out, but maybe that's why they decided to work together again?

Well to be fair they knew the Tesseract was an infinity stone but they didn't for the sceptre. I mean I suppose there's also Widows speech at the end of winter soldier about them being needed. Here's a follow up in Universe. Rhodey isn't activitely involved as he's USAF. Makes sense. Why not Falcon? Yes he's trying to track Bucky, which in the end he fails to do and joins up with the Avengers at the end of the film for the cocktease Avengers assemble, but why not at Sokovia? There's time for Fury to get Rhodey and a helicarrier there. Why is Sam just like 'Nah I'm good fam'

Rhodey is actively working with the US military. Sam's a vet with no current ties.

As for Thor, he was back on Earth/Midgard after the second Thor movie. I think he saw some value in them after the first Avengers movie, and let's be honest... even though he sees himself as more mighty than the others, let's not act like he isn't used to being more mighty than the Asgardians he fights alongside.

Yeah but Sam was hanging out with them, and let's not forget that the Fury probably simply called in a favour for Rhodey to help. Sam would have jumped at the opportunity

I've decided I'm doing Hercules. I think I'll be able to have more fun, and write a more interesting story with him than with Alan Scott. I'll get started on the proposal today.
