@Metatrooper you can be the chef lol. I had intrigue in that role but I’m good at figuring it out after I find my picture.

It’s easier to find a decent human picture than a monster picture! Even though having the monster picture is always nice.

You're telling me!

I enjoy playing monstrous and/or generally inhuman characters, so this problem has a habit of cropping up often. Usually I just resort to keeping everything in writing, but this time that doesn't seem to be an option. I'll probably dedicate some time to looking for images in the evening, writing on the other than appearance parts of the sheet earlier on.

Here's hoping nobody snipes human/spider hybrid from under my nose! cough

Because of the fluff, Im going to model a character from an anime. His look is perfect for a tentacle monster ala Lovecraft without being too spooky. Plus his personality is pretty entertaining.

I hope this is alright.

It depends on if my idea is allowed or not, otherwise it's yours.

Or there can be some head chef/sous chef thing or like chef/pastry chef shenanigans point is maybe things can work out well for all.

For those concerned about if their creatures are passable, I say write them out and send it her way. I’m 99 percent sure she is A-OK with all the suggestions so far. She’s always been pretty open minded and honestly she’s more surprised that this has gotten so much interest. The 1 percent is my error of being her friend if I am wrong lol. When we discussed the idea, she was hoping people would bring cute and scary. Weird and humanoid. From different folklores and from the imagination itself. Pretty sure the options are endless. So don’t hesitate to make your character. I can assure you she’ll probably love them and everyone seems bright enough to make awesome well balanced monsters.
