I've just realized that in all the 9 years I've been part of this site, I've never had to change my name, make an alt account or anything like that!

Dang, I understand, RL can be pretty cruel sometimes. I hope everything goes well for you.

Ominar, Victorious Secrets
Day 3: 9am
interacting with:
@Raijinslayer's Damian

"Ugh... I just want to go home, eat something and sleep..." Corinna though to herself, making an obvious grimace as she looked at the gift basket. Her encounter with Nabriales was... uneventful, saving for her urge to impale the man and rip that smile of his face... But the undeniable truth was that he... had some interesting things... Things that would be very fun to play with. But the thought of having to go through him again almost made Corinna thought if it really was worth the hassle...

She really needed to lay down... That wasn't good... The first time she got out in a long time and something like that already happened?
That said, it was true that she was currently incredibly famished, and it might be true that she literally was looking for trouble... Even though, it was incredibly unlucky of her to have someone intervene on her little games. As she started walking out, a rather familiar voice interrupted her own thoughts.

"U-u-u-uh. . . Ms. Corinna, I can understand if y-y-you want nothing more to do with me. I have n-n-no excuse for how I acted, especially when I at-t-tacked you like I did, p-p-potion or n-no potion. I just wanted to s-say that I'm t-truly sorry for my inappropriate behavior, and if there's anything I c-can do to make up for it." Damian said, apparently no longer under the effect of that weird potion. The second she listened the boy's voice again, a terrifying smile immediately appeared on her face.

Corinna remembered very well how the boy had treated her before. It may have been due to the effect of that potion, but still his actions would have consequences... It would be even more fun to see him in that state again, and show him how desperately powerless he was if he fell on her grasp... True, she wasn't exactly prepared for that... surprise, but Damian made one fatal mistake... When dealing with someone like Corinna, or you take her out with the element of surprise, without giving her time to adapt, or you lose. His mistake was leave her conscious...

With a blood chilling smile on her face, she took her right glove off.
"Look at me, Damian..." Corinna said, holding his chin and slowly making him face her.

"Don't think a prey would so easily become the hunter. If it wasn't for your boss, you would be in grave danger..." Corinna said, with a calm and serene expression, but a deep and penetrating stare, which destroyed any thought that she might be bluffing with those words.

"What makes a predator a deadly force to be reckoned with is the capability of adapt itself to the prey it's currently hunting..." She said, staring directly at the boy's eyes. Her voice was calm and soft, almost whispering, but her eyes had an almost palpable pressure, sending a clear message: control and domination.

"Do not be fooled, don't let your little act of rebellion go to your head... You have taken something from me... And I hate to have things stolen from me..." She said, without breaking eye contact.

"That said, I am tired right now, hungry and extremely annoyed. As much as I would love to stay and give you a lesson and play with you, I don't think it would be very good for my reputation..." Corinna said, rolling her eyes.

"You see... I like getting out and going to the city without being watched... So I would be very grateful if you kept my true form a secret." she said, whispering.

"About your apology... Don't worry... The more they fight, the more exciting it is..." She said, letting go of him.

"I live in a mansion, located in a hill right at the end of the town... I would love if you go there to see me one day..." Corinna said, putting her glove back on, and fetching something on the gift basket.

"After all... It would be a shame if you didn't see me wearing them... You were the one who chose them, right?" She said, holding the lingeries right in front of his face, putting them back into the basket with a seductive smile after he gave a good luck at them.

"But if you decide to go... You better be prepared..." Corinna said, putting her hand on his cheek and approaching her face from his.

"I am known to bite..." she continued, whispering on his ears and giving them a small bite shortly after. Not strong enough to wound him, but enough for him to feel her sharp fangs pressing against his earlobe.

The trap was set. That mix of emotions... What would speak louder? Curiosity? Lust? Fear? Watching others reacting to those mixed emotions, trying to conciliate the conflicting thoughts... It was simply delicious... She loved to tempt others like that and watch their reaction. Some found the danger even more alluring, while others, still very aware of the danger still succumbed for their lusts...

"Who knows... If you surprise me, you might even earn yourself a special little treat..." she said, after watching Damian's reaction for a brief moment, she turning her back and heading out of the store.

"I just need a good bath now and a nice meal..." She said to herself, as she walked home.
"I wonder... What will that boy do..."

PS: @Rune_Alchemist

The bullets Yasha used right now are just effective as an area denial attack. While the initial damage they cause is pretty insignificant, it is quite constant. While it may be strong enough to kill normal and medium level undead/demons/etc , and even take out a good chunk of higher level ones, against Senna, it will be simply annoying, unable to take out even 1/3 of her hp.

Maybe the only thing she will feel is pain, or some debuffs thanks to the shells creating a 'holy' field of some sorts.
Although they are simply targeted to explode above Senna, so she can simply walk away from the affected area (which is quite substantial btw. Not huge, but not tiny either.)
Yasha

What was happening down there was... terrible and gruesome... Senna, lost in her own bloodlust, was simply slaughtering civilians without any regard. From where Yasha was, and because she was using the target acquiring spell, she had a privileged view of the bloodbath. Every movement Senna made, Yasha could see clearly... Moving like a blood drenched beast, she cut through innocent bystanders without any difficulty or remorse, the noise of her halberd cutting and tearing flesh only accompanied by screams of agony, fear and her unsettling laughter. She couldn't help but feel deeply disturbed by that sight...

Even when Senna called her name, even the brief hint that showed that the true Senna was still there, somewhere inside that raging demon, her scream sounded much more like a feral growl than other thing... Yasha didn't know what she should do next. Was that really correct? Senna was obviously in a state where she clearly wasn't herself. She couldn't control her actions. Even though... She had spilled innocent blood... Too much innocent blood already. Should Yasha eliminate her? After all, it was her duty as a Blade of the Darkmoon... Senna had sinned, that much was an undeniable truth. She had to pay for her sins, and the punishment for those sins, was usually death...

Many questions popped up on her head. Yasha wished she could have a bit of time to think about that moral conflict on her mind, but sadly, time wasn't something she had on abundance... Every second, Senna slaughtered even more innocent civilians... Something should be done quickly... She should make a decision right now.

"IF YOU'RE GOING TO ATTACK, DON'T HALF ASS IT, HAHA! AND WHAT ABOUT YOU, SELENA?! PLAYING BIG SISTER AGAIN?! COME OUT AND FIGHT OR I'LL TURN THIS PLACE INTO A GHOST TOWN!" Yasha heard Senna's screams, interrupting her thoughts and bringing her attention back to the current situation.

"I hope this works..." Yasha thought to herself, preparing her rifle. This time, it wasn't a single beam, but a fragmentation shell. She would fire a volley of 5 fragmentation shells, setting them to explode in an area above the general location where Senna was.
Yasha never faced a situation where she couldn't kill her target, so it was very tricky for her, since all her spells are pretty much lethal. Instead of tweaking her shots to be destructive, she instead opted for them to be disruptive. The fragmentation shells were imbued with holy energy, and upon exploding, they would create a very dense shower of thin, needle like beams of pure holy energy. It was a particularly cruel spell against creatures that were weak to the holy element. Not strong enough to kill, but the beams would be painful enough to make them wish for death. Originally, Yasha used that type of settings on her shells when she needed an disruptive, area denial spell. Maybe she could drive Senna away from the most populated areas with those shots...

"I'm sorry, Senna." She whispered as she fired down towards the city. It was indeed a terrifying sight... If anyone looked up, they would see the shells cutting the sky, leaving behind streaks of pure mana... But despite its terrifying appearance, pure holy energy should be completely harmless to normal humans, so she wasn't afraid of hitting innocent bystanders. Those looking at that scene though would probably think what would happen if Yasha had used other thing than holy energy...

"Senna! Stop this nonsense. I don't want to use lethal force against you." Yasha yelled to Senna, letting herself be seen behind the big holes her shots made on the clouds.
"You have drenched your hands with innocent blood. Look at yourself, are you proud of what you have become? Can you call yourself even human anymore? That is... if there is still some part of the human you used to be inside you..." Yasha yelled again, with a very serious and intimidating voice.
One thing that Yasha hoped Senna wouldn't realize, was that she couldn't use stronger attacks if she didn't want to cause collateral damage. If Yasha used anything stronger than the fragmentation shells she just used, it would be very probable that she would kill many innocent people, due to the sheer power of her attacks.

Nyna

Ikebode's answer to her question fascinated her. So the Katze Plains were always a battleground... It was understandable that it turned out to be what it is today... After so many years of being drenched with blood, bones and flesh. Maybe the plains became something like a traditional place for battles? That would explain why it was used so many times... Anyways, Nyna couldn't even imagine how it was before being a dead land. Aside from the ruins, there isn't many clues about the past on the dead, misty terrain of the Katze Plains.

Nyna wasn't able to hide her surprise when she saw Spooky's reaction to what Ikebode said, visibly flinching when he slammed his blade near Ikebode. Nyna herself didn't know how it was being an undead, but Ikebode was literally treating Spooky like he was an specimen of some sorts... That surely would be irritating, so she could understand a bit his reaction. She only didn't thought he would be so... fierce like that...
So the moment Ikebode started talking about how magnificent Spooky was, treating him like an specimen once more, she visibly started making signals for him to stop, although he didn't seem to have noticed her, instead being focused on Spooky's massive blade, which he had slammed just nearby the poor man.

"In any event, I am sure you both wish for shelter so let me show you inside." Ikebode said, after a while.

As Nyna followed him inside the tower, it became quite clear that he was indeed researching about the undead, just by the amount of research notes, vials, even some undead insects and other weird things on the shelves. The place wasn't that clean or luxurious, but it was way better than just sleeping outside with the undead...

"Mr. Ikebode... Don't you get... lonely being out here by yourself? I mean, I can see that you really love what you do by the way you talk, but even though... the Katze Plains are distant from... everything, right?" Nyna asked, looking around as she walked around the place, curious. Did he even get out of the plains to get food or something? How was he able to sleep without being afraid of being attacked? Especially if he was alone? Those and many more questions popped on her head as she looked at him, waiting for an answer.

"Oh! I just remembered one thing! Spooky, do you still need to sleep? I mean, now that you are an undead, I don't think you really need to eat, sleep and do other things like that, right? If that is the case, then it would really been much more easier for you to pass through the plains by yourself." Nyna said, without even realizing that she spoke way too much.

Faust Arzt

Faust was simply fascinated with the things Genesis was showing him. He could learn so much from him... But Faust didn't expected for all that knowledge to come without a price, so when he said about keeping that knowledge a secret, Faust simply nodded, with a serious face.

"Don't worry. As a 'scholar' myself, I know that knowledge is incredibly valuable... Honestly? I didn't expect for this knowledge to come without a cost. Don't worry, I wont say anything about what I learn with you." He said, with a serious tone. The change on his voice and expression were quite radical. From his cheerful and happy self to that serious tone and expression.

"But first... I want to get to know you a little better... if I may" Faust heard Genesis saying, after Genesis offered him to translate the book.

"I understand. Lets leave this matter for another time then, hm?" Faust said, smiling again.
"Anyways, I am an open book. Ask any question, and I shall answer you honestly!" He said laughing.

Bast Ragoczy

"Oh, don't you worry, boy. I have a lot of secrets..." Bast said, getting his cane and sliding a small part of the blade out of the cane, showing him the sharp edge.

"Sometimes... Looks can be deceiving..." Bast said, making an arcane card appear on his hand out of thin air with a flourished hand movement. Slowly opening his hand, the card started to float in front of him, multiplying itself into 6 different cards, witch started to slowly spin around him. One by one, the cards suddenly started to lit up with a blue fire. Anyone who knew a bit about magic would know that it was pure, raw mana. With another flourished hand movement, Bast made them spin slightly faster, as the flame like aura around them started changing, only one of them maintaining the blue color. The others were imbued with magical energy, burning with a red hot fire, crackling and fizzling with electrical energy, surrounded by a strong wind current, or even with small grey vines slowly creeping out of one of them.

"The world is full of knowledge and secrets, young one... Knowledge surely is powerful, but secrets... Secrets are powerful enough to reduce even the mightiest and strongest kingdom to nothing..." Bast said, snapping his fingers, making all the cards disappear, leaving only the one infused with raw mana, floating in front of him. The second he grabbed it between his fingers, the card returned to normal.

"Seek knowledge and you will find power..." He said, turning the card towards the boy, revealing an ace of hearts.
"But if you seek secrets... you will find me." He continued, covering the card with his fingers for a brief second, transforming it in a joker, handing it to the boy.

"You haven't told me your name yet, have you?" He asked, after handing him the card.
"Lead the way." He said, with a smile, waiting for the boy to take him to where those warriors were.

Virias looked inside the ornate room and it was is that very moment he saw glittering wonder. The room was immaculate and wonderful, not to mention with a big, clean puddle in the middle of it! Run-hopping inside the room and sniffed all around it, looking and learning about each and every corner before his attention for the puddle was too strong and he ran over to it, sniffing at the water's surface before leaping in and disappearing beneath the water's surface. A few moments passed before he popped his head up from the water's surface looking a different direction and seemingly a bit panicked. Appears as if he didn't expect it to be that deep...

The room Lila was taken was more luxurious than she had expected. It surely had much more than she needed. A simple bed would be enough, but the room she was now had a big bed, with new clothes and even a bath, right in the center, and they even let Virias come with her, but something told her that they would soon have to part ways...

Lila reckoned that a bath would be very welcome. She was still dirty from the fight on Sunfire... She could still feel the faint, terrible smell from the cultists' black, oozy blood coming from her clothes. Small black stains dotted her black dress with a slightly darker color. Although the oozy blood had already dried, its smell was still present, faint, but present.

The Nayu servant was gone as fast as he appeared, Lila didn't even had the chance to thank him. Apparently, he was already used in serving nobles.

Even before Lila could even think about anything, Virias had already jumped inside the bath. A few seconds passed until he popped his head up again.

"Virias, this is a bath, not a pool." Lila said, calmly walking towards the center of the room, trying to prevent him to wetting the entire room.

"As I said before... We might have to part ways soon... Be safe, and obey Mirror." Lila said, kneeling near the bath and gently patting his head.

The change of clothes the Nayu servant spoke off was on the bed, carefully folded. Getting up, Lila calmly walked towards it.
Obviously, she wasn't the only one that noticed the state her dress was right now. Whatever it was her next mission, it was obviously expected her to take a bath and wear proper clothes.

"Virias, I need to take a bath before going to my next mission." Lila said, letting the dress on the bed and walking towards the bath.
As she walked towards the center of the room, she pointed towards her own clothes, and then her nose, to tell Virias what she was going to do right now.

Virias was still walking around the big puddle that was apparently called a 'bath' as he watched and listened to Lila's words. Accepting his head pats happily before he let out another, "Mrawa!" Swimming around the 'bath' as he watched her navigate the room. Of course it was a short trip for her to reach the bed and that in turn meant that she found those weird things the two-leggers wear all the time. Then it was something about taking the 'bath' which he wasn't sure how she'd do because it was kind of built into the ground, and then something about her nose... Oh!

Now Virias understood, she was saying something about a smell. Well Virias had already sniffed around the room and given that she had pointed at her clothes she thought that they smelled. But, like what? Virias was confused and so to elaborate further he wiggled his way out of the 'bath' and trotted over to her pressing his nose against her clothes and sniffing at them to smell all the scents of battle and death. Pulling away quickly he let out a, "Snruf yeck" sound as he apparently didn't like the way her garments smelled at all after investigating them with his sensitive nose. Shaking his head as well to really get that scent out of his nostrils.

After she told Virias about the bath, he got out of the bath. Apparently, he understood what Lila meant, as he got out of the bath to sniff her clothes, rapidly expressing his dissatisfaction after doing so, shaking his head with the smell.

"They are dirty, aren't they?" Lila asked, with a discreet giggle, kneeling near Virias and caressing him.

"That's why I need to take a bath." She said, pointing towards the bath again, and passing her hands on his back, to try and take out the excess water on his body.

"Just don't run around the room like that, ok? You're still really wet." She said, getting up, picking up the dress on the bed and putting it on the stool near the dressing table on the corner of the room.

A warm bath would be very good right now... It would help her to relax her muscles after the fight. It didn't looked like that, but Lila's body was always performing at max capacity when she was fighting, so that put a considerably big strain on her muscles. Due to her training, she was able to ignore her body's normal signals about that, so when she reached her limit, after hours and hours of fighting nonstop, she would simply fall down on the ground, unable to move.

Be that a blessing or a curse, her merciless training basically allowed her to keep fighting until she couldn't even move anymore.

Lila was rather quick to undress, folding her old clothes and putting on the ground near the dressing table. After that, she slowly entered the bath. The moment the warm water touched her body, she let out a discreet noise of satisfaction. One of the few pleasures in her life, aside from blood, was taking a bath after fighting. Her tensed up muscles and tendons slowly relaxing with the warm water... The feeling of being completely enveloped by that warm water, the light sensation as it embraced her body... It was almost like her body was light as a feather...

Virias stretched his tail and back out as she caressed his body, pushing the water along his scales and causing more to drip and puddle from between his wings. Almost purring in joy as she pet him, if a dragon could purr of course. Following that he sat down in the little puddle at his feet watching her undress from his corner of the room. To him this wasn't anything special. After all he walked around everywhere naked so why would it be an issue for her! He watched her from his little place as she climbed into the bath, hearing her enjoyment of it and that in turn made him want to take action.

He stood up from his place and started to trot over to the bath, putting his nose against the waters before slipping in like an eel or snake, submerging himself underneath the waters. He slid beneath the surface for a moment as his entire frame was put under and for a moment it was like he vanished, at least until Lila would feel a nose against her leg. A quick boop before he moved away, his body still sliding under the water before it popped up next to Lila and he let out another, "Mrrup! Mrwa!" Before he sat down next to her, nuzzling her upper chest and neck, getting quite feely as he continued to say, "Your scales are soft." Putting his head on her chest as he calmed down seemly ready for a nap with her. All as his front paws laid against Lila's lap.

Lila was so lost in her own thoughts, or lack of, to be more exact, as she enjoyed the warm water that she didn't hear or sensed Virias getting inside the bath as well. Suddenly, she felt something touching her leg, making her let out a surprised gasp, before Virias chirped happily next to her.

One thing about Lila's perception of the world is that she cannot 'see' anything that happens under the water if she is not completely submerged in it as well. That was the reason why she was so surprised when Virias touched her. Even if the water was crystalline, she was completely blind, so she had no way to see him.

"Virias! Don't startle me like that! I canno-" Lila started saying, before he nuzzled up against her chest, with his front paws on her lap, saying something about her being soft.

The sound that Lila made at that moment was something that no one who knew Lila would have believed she could make... With her face burning red, she let out a surprisingly cute and sweet squeak as Virias rubbed his nose against her chest. Virias rubbing against her chest and his words, made her aware of a fact that she was ignoring... Virias wasn't a pet. He was a dragon. Even though he was still small, he was still a dragon. He was sentient, he had thoughts, he... he...

"Those... are not sca-scales..." Lila said, with a shaky voice.
"Those are m-m-my br-" Lila tried to say, covering her burning red face with her hands. Lila herself didn't knew if Virias knew the reason behind those squeals, but she was trying her hardest to hide her reaction.

Virias let out a soft little squeek in response to her incredibly cute squeek. Lila was a good friend, she was nice, and soft, and cute. So as she covered her face that was turning quiet red he nuzzled against her chest and then up it, almost sitting on her lap to do so. Giving him plenty of room to nuzzle her face to try and get her to come out of hiding. However... there was a side effect to this as one of his front paws may have stepped somewhere a tad... private for Lila, getting quiet close and nudging up against a place she more than likely didn't expect attention at.

Yet to him it was nothing odd, but it did feel weird... later investigation. For now he had to get Lila out of hiding! She was being a scaredy-butt and that was not ok! So his nuzzles against her hands got more forceful as he tried to get her hands away from her face, lickign at them in an effect to show his non-hostility.

Lila was too embarrassed and flustered herself to do anything, and Virias didn't understand what was happening, by the looks of it. He continued nuzzling against her. He was almost sitting at her lap when he started trying to get her hands away, nuzzling against them and licking her.

He probably didn't meant to do bad, or anything at all, but Virias didn't seem to understand a woman's body very well, as it became evident after one of his front paws touched a very... particular location.

This time, Lila wasn't able to hide her reaction. Virias was being a bit more forceful on his attempt to take her hands off her face, and when his paws touched that place, he was able to hear her and even see her expression clearly.
There was no hiding or mistake, it was impossible to not understand the moan she just let out, especially with the expression she just made.
Her heart began to beat quicker, she began to breathe faster... Those changes were pretty obvious, especially to Virias, who was quite literally sitting on top of her.

Virias looked to his friend and she let out that strange sound and gave the strangest of looks in that same moment. It wasn’t like anything he had heard before and as he looked upon her, trying to figure out what happened he tilted his head to the side, curious as to what was going on with her all of a sudden. At least with her face exposed he could lick her cheeks and forehead to remind her that he was there and still ready to protect her. Assuming that moan was bad. Otherwise, he did it to let her know that he was there and ok with making her happy. Either way he was there and as she started to calm down slightly he pulled back, scooting forward on her so that his midriff was laying on her lap and his head coiled around to rest on her chest again.

Enjoying his placement he letting out a happy grumble as he enjoyed the ‘bath’ thing with his friend. But before he fully rested into his nap he called out from Lila’s chest, ”I like Lila. Lila is good.” Curling up to enjoy a nap on top of his naked friend.

Gathering all the strength she had left in her arms and body, trying her hardest to overcome the torpor and ecstasy, she gently grabbed his front paw with shaky hands, moving it away from the place it was, and holding Virias a bit away from her chest, impeding him from rubbing against her.
The way he was reacting to all that, it was almost like that time when she lost control on the battlefield. Was he thinking that her reactions were a bad thing?
That's right... Virias didn't knew much about descended... He was still young. Mirror had said that to her and she knew that herself, she was responsible for training him and taking care of him... If she wanted to avoid such situations on the future, she had to teach him a little about a woman's body.

After a good few minutes to calm herself down, she called him.
"V-Virias... I'm... I'm ok... I'm not hurt or feeling bad... I need to explain some things to you... Listen carefully." she said, with her voice still shaky, stopping to breath between her words.

"Descended’s body are fragile compared to dragons. There are parts of our bodies that are very... sensitive to stimuli..." Lila said, trying her best to not show how embarrassed she was.

"I don't know how the dragons reproduce themselves, but there is... pleasure involved... right?" Lila asked, struggling to find the right words.

"With the descended... is the same... Certain parts of our bodies, are very sensitive... especially a woman's body... namely my breasts and..." Lila started saying, but hesitated on the last part.

"The descended’s reproductive organs are located on the pelvic region... More specifically between their legs." Lila said, with her face incredibly red, reproducing exactly the phrase that was in the anatomy books that read in her training. The seraphim who trained her would be red with rage if he saw that scene. She studied anatomy to learn how to kill. And not to teach reproduction to a young dragon...

"The sounds I made... Weren't of pain... but of... ple- pleasure..." Lila said, struggling to talk. Even if she was embarrassed, it was her duty to teach Virias. She promised she would train him and teach him… Talking a few seconds to calm herself down, she thought a little better about that.
Virias was just like a child in some aspects. Lila was trying to not only take care of him, but educate him as well. It was hard to speak… Lila wanted to simply disappear right now to hide her embarrassment, but she knew she couldn't.

"Even though it makes us feel good, touching someone else's body and letting them touch yours... Such things should only be done with the person you really, really love... Love... is..." Lila said, trying her best to explain Virias about those things, but...

She didn't know anything about love... What was love? Had she ever loved anyone in her life? She cared for Virias, she was happy around him and wanted to protect him but... that wasn't love... was it? There were many types of love... right? Like one a mother has for her child… Right? And after all… he is a dragon… it's not like he would feel attracted towards her or...

Wait… why was she thinking about that?!
With her mind full of thoughts and too flustered to talk, she slowly let her body sink a bit deeper into the warm water, until there was nothing but her head out of it.

”Why I can't think straight? What is wrong with me? What are all these useless feelings and sensations?” she thought to herself. It was usually very simple to suppress her emotions… she became like that just because someone t-touched her? She had already read in biology books about hormones, nerves, and how the body reacted to different stimuli (mainly for torturing purposes), but those reactions she was having were too chaotic!

Virias watched and listened to Lila as she pushed him away, moving his big ‘ol dragon body away from her to the space next to her in the bath. He looked to Lila with a confused look on a tilted head as in his eyes this made no sense. She didn’t want him close to her this time? And what was all this about repro-repr-reproduce. He understood a few things, pleasure and love and those were two good things! So with her also saying that she didn’t feel bad that must mean that he was doing good and she wanted to praise him! That meant he was being a good dragon!

So as she continued to use big words and work on teaching him he listened like she asked and when she told him about all that she had on her mind he chimed up to add his own piece, ”I make Lila feel good! I um… I love Lila! So it’s good!” He said out happily before lunging back to Lila nuzzling her chest as she said that was a nice place for her that made her happy and he wanted her to be happy.

In his mind this was a simple equation and as long as Lila was enjoying herself then he’d be happy! So all he could think about was if she loved him too. The exact level of love that she was talking about was unknown to him, but he didn’t really like Lila, so maybe that was enough to constitute love!

Lila was trying so hard to calm herself down and put her emotions in check as she talked with Virias... But all that effort was shattered in one second, as Virias said that he loved Lila, and made her feel good, nuzzling against her chest once more. He had a very simple way of thinking... Why Lila thought that he would understand something that she didn't understand herself? For him, it was simple... She felt good? Then it was a good thing.

The second he started to rub against her, she let out another surprised squeak, her face quickly becoming as red as her hair.

"I-its not like that Virias... It's complicated..." Lila tried to say, with a shaky voice and breathing hard, gently pushing his head away once more.
"It's not that simple... I... don't understand my own feelings... I don't even know what love really is... It's hard..." Lila said, confused.

"I'm sorry if it's too complicated for you... But could you please... wait? At least until I understand my own feelings a little better..." Lila said, looking to him.
Why... why were things so complicated? Why couldn't be as simple as Virias? If she felt good, then it was good. But there were too many things on her head, too many feelings and sensations she suppressed for so long, she didn't even remember they existed...
Virias fought against Lila’s pushing for a moment, but after a little while he gave in to her pained words and moved away to look at her again with a bit of sad eyes. He didn’t want to be pushed away, but it was also somewhat clear that Lila wasn’t completely ok with what he was doing and that was ok too. He stopped pressing against her and instead plopped next to her, looking at her red face as he thought of what to do. Really she just didn’t like being so close, but that was ok, he could be kind of close. So he nuzzled up beside her and laid there instead. Leaving her chest and ‘between-legs’ alone so that he could still be with his friend without making her make those weird sounds.

Resting his chin on her shoulder he let out a few, ”Mrrawara… mra” sounds that showed just how sad he was. He didn’t want to make Lila feel bad and sad, that was the opposite of what he wanted. To finish what he had to say he murred out, ”I sorry Lila.”

Lila felt terrible for pushing him after he looked at her with sad eyes. It wasn't his fault. He only wanted to be together with her and make her happy... His sad eyes made Lila feel a terrible guilt about all that. He was still young, he was naïve and innocent. He saw the world in a much more simpler way than she did... Maybe that was what she needed to be satisfied with her own life?

"Don't be, Virias... It's my fault." Lila said after he got off her chest, standing by her side.
"You are very precious to me, Virias. You are the first one that actually cares about me, that likes me... I really like and care about you... But I’m not that used to feel those things... I'm confused, Virias..." Lila said, getting closer to him for a hug, but hesitating on the last second.

"Maybe I'm complicating things way too much...Maybe I should be a little more impulsive..." she thought to herself, shaking her head and hugging him. Even if she was still naked, and a bit embarrassed, she felt like she needed to do so. She didn't want Virias to be sad like that.

"I don't care about you being close to me... But things are a bit different when I'm naked... ok?" she said, hoping that he would understand all that she was saying.

"Right now, these things might be a little bit too difficult for you, but you will understand when you're older." She said, giving a small kiss on his head.

Virias looked at Lila still sad as she explained herself and gave him a hug, and when she did that and confessed the new rules of their relationship he stopped being sad. Coiling his long neck around her head and returning the hug to her. Now he was happy again and that is what mattered.

So as her grip started to loosen so that she could give a kiss to his head he leaning in and gave her face a soft lick, pulling away to take him place in the bath next to Lila enjoying the warm waters next to his friend.

"Thanks for understanding, and always being with me." Lila said to him after he licked her.

After bathing herself, cleaning her hair and body, not even a faint memory of the foul smell of the previous battle was left. She was grateful for that. It was a very relaxing bath. Aside from some... misunderstandings and accidents, everything went pretty well.
But before getting out of the bath, she grabbed the soap and called Virias.

"Virias, you also need to clean yourself properly." She said, smiling.
Even if it was for a few minutes, even if it was for a few seconds, Lila was able to forget everything. Forget the fact that she was just a tool, forget her status as a weapon, and just act like a child playing with its pet would.

Grabbing the bar of soap, she went near him and started rubbing his back with it.
"You've never taken a proper bath before, have you?" she asked, giggling.
“Come here!” she said, laughing as she covered him with soap.

Virias perked his head up as he was called by Lila. In the warm waters of the bath he had actually started to doze off to sleep and was partly spooked by her exclamation. His head looking over to Lila with wide eyes and perked ears, metaphorically speaking of course. When she started to wade closer to him, threatening him with that weird smelly stuff he let out a rather loud, ”Mrawp!” Scrambling away in an attempt to escape his fate. Yet as he splashed around a bit his claws did not find purchase on the smooth tiles and he was trapped. Secured by Lila and rubbed down with that weird waxy, smelly stuff that she kept calling ‘soap’.

For Lila he’d seem almost frantic to get away from her, but there was something about it. Like it wasn’t really about getting away from her and more about playing. More so than that when she started to scrub down his scales the dirt would come off in layers given that he’d never, ever, EVER had a proper bath in his entire life. And despite his constant protests, he’d be grateful for it afterwards.

"Get back here! It will be over quickly." She said with a giggle after she got him.

Or at least that was what she thought...

Lila was immediately surprised by the amount of dirt that came off his scales. Thinking a bit about that, he used to be a wild dragon, right? Then it wasn't that surprising that he had never taken a bath on his entire life. He surely needed a bath, despite his protests.
She had to really work herself to take out all the dirt on his scales, which were coming out in layers.
Besides that, if he was going to stay with Mirror, that it was also probably a good thing to take a bath.

"Finally done." She said, after some time, releasing him and picking up some water in her hands to wash off the soap.
"It wasn't that bad, was it?" she asked, with a smile.
“Just don’t get out yet, or you will make quite a mess. Let me get out first and then get a towel.” she said, hoping that he would understand the message. Lila didn’t want to give the Nayu servant a hard time cleaning the room after they were gone.

Virias put up with the wash like a cat and that was never good. Yet he didn’t escape and before too long he was cleaned by Lila and left with shiny scales. Looking over his body and tilting his head a few times he seemed to be investigating his body. A quick sniff later and he took in the scented soaps that Lila used to wash him. It wasn’t bad, not like the wilds, but it wasn’t bad.

He watched as Lila left the tub walking around to secure a towel and wrap it around herself to dry off her soft scales that she called skin. He peered from the water’s surface the entire time watching her like a hunter on the prowl from the cusp of the water. Tilting his head every so often until Lila walked back to the edge of the bath with another towel. Then he saw his chance and took a few steps out of the water to walk towards her, dripping and flowing his waters off of his shining scales.

"Virias, I've already said that before but... We might need to part ways for a bit..." Lila said with a sad expression as she gently dried him with the towel.

"Obey Mirror. And be safe, ok? I promise I will come back as soon as my mission is over." She said, hugging him and his now shiny, dry and clean scales.

"You are almost another dragon without all that dirt covering you." she said with a sad smile, giving him a small smooch on his snout, and starting to put on her new dress. She could feel that it was different from her old dress, mainly the sleeves, and there were a lot more fringes and decorations. After putting it on, she realized that it was made of a lightweight material, and it didn't hamper her movements, just like her other dress did. She didn't know why Mirror insisted on giving her beautiful dresses instead of a simple battle uniform... She would never understand... But she was somehow grateful for that. Even if she couldn't see how she looked with them, she felt a bit more... girly and beautiful wearing them.

"So... How am I looking?" Lila asked, turning towards Virias and spinning, so he could see the dress. It felt very light on her body. Mirror certainly was careful while choosing new clothes to her.

Virias churtled and chirped as he was dried by Lila, nuzzling her his his snout before she gave it a little peck. From there her merely watched her from his little place on her bed, curled up and happily resting on the soft silks. When she asked for his opinion of her dress he chimed up happily to chirp out, ”Chirie! Chirrup! Is nice and pretty!” He said, looking her over and reaching out with his neck to reach for Lila, hoping for more attention and pets.

She smiled to Virias after hearing him.
"Thanks... I cannot see, but I will trust your word!" She said with a kind smile, sitting on the bed near him. He looked so comfortable and happy on the bed...

"We still have some time until I need to go..." She said, getting closer to him and calling him closer to lay down on her lap, caressing him without saying a word. She wanted to enjoy those last moments with him as much as she could.

There were almost a week since he parted ways, leaving the Larue, and what was basically his entire life until now behind. The proud, but sad smiles on the other members still scratched the back of his memory. But it was probably for the better. He had already learned everything that he could there. The college could provide him with the answers he sought regarding his mageblood. It was a dangerous power, but Henri saw how much potential it had. He could do so much more... But only if his own ability didn't get him killed before that. For that, his best bet was going to the Twilight College.

Since the Larue circus was passing relatively nearby the region where the college was located, Henri figured that it would be the best time to go. But he didn't expect that the college was that far away... Why the Larue were passing through Djarkel lands was beyond him. The Larue's style of life was literally the complete opposite of that land... The land was barren, putrid, reeking of death. Even the landscape was terribly grey and colorless... The Larue caravan stood out like a sore thumb on all that grayness. Even though, the Larue themselves didn't seem to be affected by that sad land at all, that was something that Henri would certainly miss... They were always happy, cheerful smiling, dancing, drinking, telling stories... They lived their lives at their fullest. It was as close of being completely and truly free as a living, sentient being could get, in Henri's opinion.

"Enough with that... I still have a long way until I get to the College... And those gloomy thoughts won't help at all to keep me sane in this terrible place..." Henri thought to himself with a chuckle. He was terribly unlucky... He thought that he was pretty close from the College, so he brought only his few possessions, namely his clothes and his knives, and some few provisions, which ran out that same morning. He should start worrying himself with that, but hey! He was a Larue... He was used to walk around at his own luck with only a smile on his face, his knowledge and his abilities.

Luck was an elusive maiden, or at least that was what everyone always said, but for the Larue, the Lady Luck was always smiling.
For Henri, it was the same. Even in a dire situation like that, he still counted with his luck. Some people used to say that that habit would someday get him killed. To those people, Henri simply gave them a smile and said 'I am still alive, right?' That same smile crept up on his face the moment he saw a city, the buildings contrasting against the grey landscape, on the horizon.

Getting closer to the buildings, his eyes caught a quite... intriguing scene going on. On top of a large warehouse, a large orc woman, wielding two very dangerous looking machetes and a petite woman were fighting. Well... not exactly fighting. The small woman was basically rolling on the roof, evading the orc's machetes and trying to survive. The two were probably distracted, either trying to survive or trying to hit the other one, so Henri wouldn't even need to hide himself, instead, simply walking towards a building just near the warehouse, easily climbing on its roof. He had a clear sight of the big orc woman, which was facing the other side. Sneaking was almost a second nature to him. One learned how to walk silently after living in the streets his entire life.

Henri was already putting his hand over one of his daggers to throw it on the orc woman, but after thinking a bit, he hesitated. He didn't know what was happening, both the orc and the petite woman were strangers to him. Sure, the orc woman was dangerous, and was the only one armed, at least from what he was able to see, but still...

After considering his options for a brief while, he quickly came up with a plan.
The noise would make when landing surely would alert the orc, which would undoubtedly face towards the noise to investigate it. She seemed to be experienced with the weapons she held on her hands, so it was safe to assume that immediately after watching Henri running towards her with a dagger on his hands, she would certainly try to parry his attack. Without the element of surprise, a one on one fight with that orc woman was simply suicide. Henri was tired after travelling so much, and that orc was probably much stronger and tougher than him. So instead of simply charging towards her, he could use her own reflexes against her, with a feint attack.

After deciding on that plan, Henri started running towards the edge of the building he currently was, using the momentum to throw the stone as hard as he could towards the orc woman. At the same time, the second the stone left his hands, he jumped towards the warehouse building. The running start and his abilities were enough for him to land safely on the other side, rolling on the ground to deaden the fall.

Immediately after landing, he unsheathed one of his daggers, lunging towards the orc woman with it on his hands, doing his best to look just like an amateur, which didn't know how to wield a knife or fight properly. Timing was important. The second he got close to the orc, he would drop down to the ground, doing a sweep kick to throw her on the ground, followed by an axe kick, aiming to her head. If he was lucky, that would be enough to put her down for a few minutes, or at least make her dizzy and drop her weapons...

"Lady Luck... once again, I'm on your hands..." He thought to himself as he ran towards the orc woman.

Yasha

Yasha was still circling around poor Gilfrey, who by now was probably incredibly irritated with her, until something quite... interesting happened. The screen in front of the man showed the exact moment when a scream erupted amongst the crowd.

"Commander! Above you!" A female voice said, obviously referring to Senna, who was watching the entire scene from the roof nearby.

Quickly moving the screen back near her, Yasha did a quick and brief movement, zooming the image on the scene. The owner of the voice was another soldier, and her face had quite the expression of fear, which made quite obvious that she wasn't dumb enough to believe on that 'dragonblessed' thing, or confound Senna as one of them.

"Demon...! The commander growled. That was very worrisome... She didn't know Senna very much, and that was exactly what preoccupied her. She was unpredictable, and dangerous. The twisted smile on her face, and her hands breaking the roof with unnatural strength were enough to predict her reaction.

But things went from bad to worse even before Yasha could go there to calm her down when the soldier woman shot a crossbow bolt directly towards Senna.

"Hey, you... Get out of here right now. Run as fast as you can. Try to warn everyone, get them out of here... Things will get very chaotic..." Yasha said to Gilfrey, before flying upwards again, standing above the clouds. Instead of only one screen, there were now multiple magical screens surrounding her, showing every kind of information possible.

Her face went serious when she saw the blood on the ground, and Senna's sword impaling the 'commander', mocking him as her sword seemingly absorbed all the blood on the man's body. Leaving behind only a shriveled, dry corpse. Zooming again on Senna, she took a better look at her sword, noticing a very peculiar thing when she removed it from the man's body. It wasn't a sword anymore, but a huge, vicious lookin halberd. The blood somehow coagulated around the blade, forming that frightening weapon.

The woman's death was even more gruesome and cruel than the previous victim. After a terribly fast attack, Senna said something about a curse and briefly after that, blood started coming out from every orifice in the woman's body, as she writhed in agony with her veins popping and her blood gushing out of her body in a crimson spectacle.

That was simply mindless slaughter... Cruel, gruesome deaths... And to make things worse, she seemed to be completely out of control, having fun while slaughtering innocent civilians... Yasha could understand if she killed the woman, after all it was simple self defense. But she had no reason to slaughter everyone like that... If she was still the woman she was before entering the game, she would be shocked and call the police, but she was not that woman anymore... She had an oath to follow...

"Thou who hath tarnisheth your hands with innocent blood, thy soul hath been marketh... Thy transgressions shall not go unpunished.
By the power of the Dark Sun, I shall hunteth the enemies of the Lords. Thy soul, body and sins shall be pierceth and purified by the light of the Dark Moon."
Yasha said in a prayer, with her rifle on her hands, aiming it to Senna. She had began casting the Living Magic Artillery Shell. It was an incredibly powerful spell... Collateral damage, maybe even some innocent lives, were not out of the question, but to slay someone as powerful as Senna, it was probably the only thing that would be able to put her down quickly enough...

But before she could even complete the casting, something in her old self made her hesitate, preventing her from immediately pulling the trigger. Was that decision right? Just killing her? She was obviously not herself... Maybe it had something to do with the demon nature... Some type of trance, maybe? Senna deserved a second chance, even if she came to regret that decision later. She was previously a human. Just like all the magic thing was different to Yasha, being a demon will be quite a shocking transition... right?

"This should be enough to at least warn her..." Yasha said to herself, shooting a regular shot out of her rifle, in a silvery white streak of mana infused with holy energy. The beam pierced the clouds opening a hole on them, exposing Yasha's figure and hitting the ground near Senna, but not hitting her.
Yasha didn't noticed where Selena had ran off to, since the screen was zoomed in Senna, when she was inspecting her weapon. She could only hope the girl was fine... She didn't knew if Selena was capable of actual combat...

"Please... do not prove me wrong when I decided to give you another chance... I don't want to kill someone that is in the same situation I am right now..." Yasha said to herself, flying away behind another cloud after shooting.
Due to the nature of her weapon and magics, it was simply impossible to hide her position after one shot, so to make up for that weakness, she used her fly magic to quickly maneuver, concealing her position before giving another shot. It was just out of precaution. Even if Senna was using a melee weapon, she didn't knew if she was capable of ranged attacks...

Entering a conflict right now was the last thing Yasha needed. Her hope of finding information on that town was simply ruined. It was even possible that somehow, both Selena and her could get a bad reputation only by being nearby Senna, and by the fact that they were indeed travelling together... Something needed to be done... Quickly. Yasha expected that Senna still had enough humanity on her mind to stop after her warning shot...
