Time Stops For Fire(Altered Tundra and Hero)

Jaakuna loved how eager and how surprisingly honest Emiri was. For someone who was so innocent, so bashful when he first met her, Emiri turned out to be quite the eager one. It didn't matter whether it was something sexual or just how she acted most of the time. Before that whole mess with Chaos and then with Zodiark and Levi, Jaakuna had seen a decrease in her bashfulness and caring what people thought and more about what she wanted to do for herself and what she wanted to do with Jaakuna. Again, that extended to the sexual aspect of their relationship.

"Yeah..." Jaakuna let out a rather awkward laugh, "I just want to stay like this." Jaakuna sweetly said, closing his eyes as he held Emiri close to him.

As they came into Nadeline's room, the door closed behind them, and maids awaiting her orders, WEsley had to admit his surprise. He forgotten, if for just a brief moment, that Nadeline was a princess. Not only a princess, but third in line for the throne of Rozarria. It came with a lot of respect from the help, and a lot of power with Nadeline. She would order them to get some clothes for Wesley and he simply gave him their thanks by bowing. That seemed like the proper response. He would keep his head bowed as they would leave the two of them alone.

When they all left, Nadeline gestured for him to the loveseat she was on, patting the cushion next to him. He would sit next to her, legs crossed. She would tell him how she planned to overthrow Reia. "That's quite the ambitious goal, Nadeline," Wesley said, seemingly amused by the idea. "I don't know Reia that well, only from what you told me, but it seems to me that her grasp on reality and what's good for Rozarria is slipping. She did initially contract Vlyn and Aloa to have Jaakuna kidnap Emiri, so I could imagine how her mental state might not be at the best." Wesley said, possibly insulting Reia in the process. "If you were to do this, how would you go about it?" Wesley asked, but then Nadeline said something about Grant being ready for the throne. He chuckled at the thought. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to laugh, but I was just thinking that, if Grant did take the throne, would Savayna be his queen? I mean, I've been seeing their bond growing immensely." Wesley said, finding humor in how he was engaging in gossip. Truly, he was feeling like a teenager again.

Was he really not going to tell her? Sure, he told the bit about Zodiark, but even after she told him she knew he was hiding something, Grant still wouldn't tell her. He cited that it wasn't his place. Wasn't his place? What kind of shit was that? It doesn't matter if JAakuna would prefer to tell them or not. He has had too many chances. Screw up after screw up. Enough was enough for Savayna. She would know even if she had to use some ill-preferred methods to get that information.

"Desperation and love? That's Jaakuna all right," Savayna sighed, "listen, we have seen him make stupid-ass decision after stupid-ass decision. He had Emiri heal his father, which led to Chaos being a dick, and wiping her memory clean. We have seen him accept help from the Dark Esper himself. So, quite honestly, I don't give two shits if you don't feel like it's your place." Savayna said, getting close to Grant, prompting him to back up and she kept at it until he was pressed against the door, "you're not leaving here until I know. Unless," Savayna said, curling a naughty smile, her hand running along Grant's arm, "you require some persuading."

Through all of that, Jaakuna had to admit his surprise when Emiri simply asked him to join her on the bed. She cited that it had been some time since they were alone together. Jaakuna couldn’t hide his chuckle as he would be reminded that, despite the presence of Zodiark and what had happened, the Emiri that he fell in love with was the one inviting him to get into bed with her. Jaakuna let a sigh of relief, as if he was happy to see that not all of her was lost. “You never cease to amaze me, you know that right?” JAakuna laughed, slowly getting into Emiri’s bed, taking her in his arms as they both would situate and cuddle with each other. “So, what next, huh? Shall we assume the position?” he asked, a familiar stupid smirk-like grin on his face.

Wesley noticed that Grant and Savayna had take it upon themselves to leave, with Grant escorting the blonde Archadian to her room. Wesley smiled as he would look at Nadeline, who not-so-subtly was inviting Wesley to join her in her chambers. It was then, despite their obvious closeness and how they were engaged to be married, Wesley’s cheeks turned red. Despite all of that, he was still a man of class. “Are you sur--” before Wesley could finish what he was going to say, Nadeline had already began dragging him by his arm towards her room. It looked like he didn’t have any choice in the matter. “Very well, lead the way, my darling,” Wesley smiled, being whisked away by Nadeline to her room. Only the gods know what would happen.

As Savayna and Grant walked side-by-side, not saying anything, Savayna occasionally looked at Grant and he obviously looked back. Strange for two people who usually were the most chatty amongst the group, they were quiet. And when it seemed they had came to a stop inside Savayna’s room(Grant probably wanted to make sure she liked it or whatever), Savayna sighed, turning to him, looking into his golden-yellow eyes. “Okay, I guess we’re far enough,” Savayna said, “now then, Grant, you want to tell me what blondie really told you?” she asked, “I have no doubt that Zodiark is involved, but Grant,” she said, “I was married to the dumbass. He’s the type to tell you either everything or nothing. Considering how distraught he looked when he saw Emiri almost cleave Nadeline’s head off, I imagine whatever he told you was pretty bad. So, come on pretty boy! It’s time to tell me everything.”
