<Snipped quote by Dirty Dan>

Wouldn't they not generally be around unless Kakashi had kids off screen somewhere?

<Snipped quote by Blu>

Did somebody say Ino-Shika-Cho?

No but really what's the word on being a Hozuki on loan from the Hidden Mist ANBU/potentially Hunter-Nin?

Kakashi could potentially have kids XD Well, it's not like any of this is canon so I'll allow some creative freedom.

Being a Hozuki is fine. I'm pretty lax on the character ideas so go ahead and do as you wish (as long as they're not OP) ^^
Hm...no idea. On one hand, I feel like it would be cool if we can create our own missions IC, but on the otherhand, that can get out of hand quickly.

As for a character, I'm still thinking on it. I think I want to create a Hatake, just for the Hell of it.

There will be a general plot/story arc that the RP will be following. The Mission system will be there as a bonus thing to do. I'm thinking maybe doing bonus missions will grant rewards. Special ninja tools, earn new jutsu/techniques, etc.

A Hatake character could be pretty cool. As for me, I'm playing a Yamanaka character.
Wow, didn't expect to get so much interest so quickly. I'll definitely get to work on the OOC then.

@caliban22, @OneWayOut, you guys can be my Co-GM.

Nice to see you again, @Grey!

I think it would be better if we use some sort of official mission system.

I'll write something up but, first, what does everyone else think about having a mission system?
I like your portrayal of Hikari, GreenGoat. Excellent work :D
Plus using my phone so extra hard to type any post at the moment

Yeah, no worries. Just wanted to ask because we may end up holding up the day.
Not now having those blocks but once I get idea I will

Got it!

Premise

After the Fourth Shinobi World War, the surviving nations formed the Shinobi Union: an alliance initiated by the five Kage at the time with the hopes of eliminating the need for future conflicts by providing equal opportunities to all villages within the alliance. It was a model system that continued for nearly two and a half centuries. Unfortunately, peace and unity did not last... As new rulers of the land gained control of their respective nations, arguments arose over what direction the allied nations should take. Some wanted the nations to continued its peaceful, opportunistic ways, but some wanted to focus on improving military operations to coerce smaller nations to join the alliance - an action that completely opposes the original principals of the Shinobi Union. As a result, political relations within the Shinobi became strained. It seems as if the ninja world was on the verge of a Fifth Shinobi World War.

In a unprecedented event, the Daimyō of the Land of Earth was assassinated during a five-day summit to discuss a return to peace for the Shinobi Union. This enraged the Tsuchikage and resulted in an order for the Land of Earth to leave the Shinobi Union. Suspicion of the assassination fell onto Konohagakure and the Land of Earth was able to convince the Land of Wind to join them in leaving the Shinobi Union. That proved to be a major blow to the public relations between Konohagakure and Sunagakure; the two villages were firm allies even before the Shinobi Union and the Fourth Shinobi World War. The Land of Lightning, not wanting to be involved in the conflicts, decided to leave the union and became secluded from political matters concerning the three previous nations. The Land of Water remained mostly neutral but favored a closer relation to the Land of Fire than any of the other nations.

With the disbandment of the Shinobi Union and the lingering suspicion that Konohagakure is responsible for the death of the Land of Earth's Daimyō, the state of the ninja world now mirrors the time before the Third Shinobi World War: a time of tension - where any day may be the day that war breaks out. Skirmishes and border conflicts have become a usual thing and new criminal organizations started to pop up all over the lands. Thus, the need for tactical advantage increased. For Konohagakure, the Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai, or ANBU, became the key component in their military force. Those that fight in the shadows so that others may rest peacefully in the sun... You are one of Konohagakure's ANBU Black Ops. Your goals are the village's goals. You are to serve your village with your life. You are but a leaf in the shade.

Misc. Notes

○ You play the role of a Konoha ANBU member. This doesn't necessarily mean that you must be originally from Konoha. You could be a ninja from another village that defected to/joined Konoha for whatever reason (as long as it's not to spy on Konoha from within). You can even be from no village if you make a compelling enough backstory.

○ Writing style is adaptable. I'm not really bothered by really short posts or really long ones.

○ I'm thinking of implementing some type of official mission system or we could just do it unofficially. It's up for discussion.

○ I might do something with Opening/Ending songs where a player gets to pick the OP/ED songs that we'll use in the RP for a duration of time. Then, the next player picks and so on.

○ Anyone interested in being Co-GM?

○ Any other comments, questions, or suggestions? Be sure to let me know!

Be a lazy ass like me and don't color. Also, I don't know how a day can go from amazing to shitty in just an hour's time because of cupcakes, but it is possible. Anyhow, I may end up not posting. . . I'll apologize for lying.

I don't usually color either but since most of us are using colors for important character dialogue, I just went with it. Sorry to hear about your bad day. There are still some people who haven't posted so it's not like we're waiting on you alone or anything.

@Destinyfailhorror17 Are you going to post again to reply to Bleu's and my posts?
Running out of colors...
Walking around campus, Kazuo soon arrived at Dormitory Building C. He'd heard rumors going around about a rich student who sells weapons and armors on campus. Dan Shinjo was the name Kazuo heard about. Walking to the side of the building, Kazuo noticed a male student walking towards him with what looks to be a bulge underneath his blazer. "Oh man, this sword is so freakin' cool," the male student uttered as he passed Kazuo. Curiosity got the better of him and Kazuo decided to walk to the back of the building where the male student had come from. Behind the dormitory building, Kazuo is greeted with an interesting sight.

"No, you dumbasses! I said move the dumpster to my left!" A male student with with jet black hair and wearing the standard uniform with a bow tie shouted to two other male students - one has dyed blonde hair and the other has a shaved head.

"W-Which way is that again?" the student with the shaved head asked with genuine confusion.

"His left would be our right, dumbass!" the student with dyed blonde hair responded to the inquiry.

"Stop yapping and move the damn thing before I shove my foot up your asses!"

"Yes, Sir!" the two lackeys said in unison.

Their "boss" then turned around and noticed Kazuo just standing there watching the entire situation. "Huh? What do you want?" he said with an irritated tone. Kazuo asked if he is Dan Shinjo. "Oh, so that's it... Yeah, I'm Dan Shinjo. Dan neatly adjusted his bow tie and composed himself. This Dan Shinjo looks like he's wearing Goth makeup beneath his eyes, or are those bags? He's also pretty short for a third-year male student. He's about Bride's height; maybe a few inches taller. "So, you're here to peruse my wears? You don't look like that type of person but, whatever, it's not like I'm going to deny a business transaction. Isao, Ryo, move the dumpster back! Dan ordered.

"B-B-But we just finished moving it!" the two lackeys complained in unison.

"Do you want me to lose a sale?! Move it!" Dan shouted. The two of them took the time to move the dumpster back revealing a door with a padlock. "Come on in." Dan gestured for Kazuo to follow. Kazuo then explained that he would be buying things here in the future but he wasn't interested in buying anything at the moment. "Shame, but it's not like I'm suffering for business. Move it back." Isao and Ryo nearly collapsed hearing that order. Kazuo then left and headed for the central building again. After some time of wandering the halls, Kazuo came across Dai and Bride. He went up to greet them and noticed a bit of coloration on Bride's cheek. He asked the two of them what happened.
