And @floodtalon, while I'm not qualified to accept or deny you, it's nice to see another application. And I have no idea whether or not this will actually impact your chances of acceptence, but I thought it worthwhile to share: that Persona you have there (Angel) would share a name with one already in the games—afairly low-level Persona of the Justice Arcana.
EDIT: Well, since Blu didn't bring it up, I guess not a big deal—there's certainly a clear visual difference between the two—but I still find it really amusing.
I thought the same but then looked at the origin to find it based on the X-Men Angel. I was still unsure but then I thought comics are a tool of escapism so I'm fine with it.

Thanks Bleu for helping @floodtalon out. Anyways, what's Chen's shadow clone doing here? XD Kidding aside, you'll need a new Main Arcana like Bleu said. Check the Arcana List in the OP to know what's available. Also, your Initial Persona can't be Judgment for two reasons: Judgment is Main Arcana Restricted and your Persona has to be the same Arcana as your Main Arcana. Finally, it's a little too early to have Invigorate 1 so please change that to some other skill.
@Blu What do you mean by 15 techs per each type? 15 total, 15 between gen/nin/tai, or 15 between standard/kekkei/nature, etc?
15 per each type as in if you have Wind Release, you can have up to 15 techs. Fire Release too? 15 techs limit. Standard techniques = 15 limit. I say that but, realistically, I hope no one has 15 techs for all types.
@Blu Whoops, sorry. I can always edit my post and have Dai drag everyone there. As long as I got Destinyfailhorror17's and Zendrelax's permission to do that to their characters.

@floodtalon I took a quick look at your CS. Not going over all the details yet, I'll just say you need to change your rank to regular Jonin (I don't think Elite Jonin exists and I wouldn't accept that anyways). Also, your character has too many Aliases and you didn't explain how he acquired them. Cut back on two at the least.
@Bleu Chess I'd assumed you would have Dai take everyone to the mall. It'd be weird if Kazuo led everyone there but I guess I'll just mention Dai as the one who led everyone there. We're all going to the food court right? Asking @Destinyfailhorror17 and @Zendrelax too.
@Kal-El he does make a good point. hmmm...im not sure yet. I think, maybe we can stick to one ranking for the characters. Like, an all chunin or jonin, or anbu team. might help keep the roster less sporadic and then add characters as we go. Just an idea.
As far as ranking goes, no one should be above Jonin level. If someone's a Chunin, it's likely they just haven't taken the Jonin exam or wasn't recommended to the Hokage to be made one. We're all ANBU so I don't understand what you mean by "or anbu team".
