And yes, she does think the blindfold is odd. Like why would a girl hide her eyes? But she isn't going to say it out loud.

And yes, she is retelling the end of the world with a smile and a cheerful tone. She is basically coping with the whole situation by going "Oh well. We are all dead. Nothing to be done. Now move along and don't think about it."

Also just how powerful is this Supreme Kai of Time? Like, I need a reference for how my character is going to react to her presence. Like is she uber mega super powerful like the title implies? Or just a supporting cast character? Could she beat up Goku basically. Or if not like on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the most powerful NPC boss you'll have us face and 1 is the weakest one in or party where is she at? I am basically asking because I want to know if my horns are to glow in her presence and how brightly.

I mean, she teleported me off a planet that was about to explode. That probably means she is very powerful indeed.

She is normally quite powerful like around Super Saiyan 2 Gohan when fighting Cell but at the moment her energy is still nearly depleted from defending Conton city against the attacks and the fact that she did take a number of hits during the attack that would have badly wounded Super Saiyan Goku.

To be fair, she had Shenron grab whoever he could before the Dragon Balls finally conked out.

"Nevertheless, you've commited a truly grave sin. You have attempted harm upon one of the pillars of existence of this universe, the Supreme Kai of Time."

"ENOUGH!"

The Supreme Kai of Time had raised her voice to such a level that if the three she had been knocked away from had been right next to her they most likely would have been forced to cover their ears due to the pain. She stormed towards the three of them and her eyes blazed with a hint of the fire that they normally possessed.

"Listen to me! All of you! I didn't bring you here to save you from the threats native to your universes. I brought you here to save you from this!" She hit a button on the wrist device and the image of the two Majin beings screaming in terror as the universe itself seemed to be torn apart appeared in front of the eyes of the three. "This is happening everywhere. All across the multiverse. Here. I'll show you the fates of the universes these two are from."

An image of a goat-like being seemingly play-fighting with a race of orange lizard like creatures replaced the image of the destroyed universe. As the last one fell, the skies of the planet turned a violent red color and the being let out a scream of terror as the universe around him turned white, leaving nothing behind. Not even dust.

A third image appeared. This one of a crew of individuals wearing the armor of the long ago defeated Frieza force engaged in fighting with a few members of the Hera Clan replaced the previous image. As the two sides traded blows, the space around them began to once again turn a violent shade of red and both sides stopped fighting as the terror set in and their screams began to rise as the universe around them once again tore itself apart. The image flickered once and went dark as the bracelet on her wrist chimed.

The Supreme Kai of Time knew using the device was a bad idea due to the side-affects of it but she was forcing herself to stay conscious as darkness began to close in on her vision. "Listen to me. You are all being targeted right now. Across the Multiverse. Every version of you out there is being targeted by something we haven't even been able to identify. Whoever is doing this...they attacked Conton City. We tried moving the city to different points in time but it didn't work. They just kept hitting us over and over. We had to move outside of the normal universe." She could feel the exhaustion setting in and it was getting difficult to stay on her feet. She staggered to the left and put her hand against a tree stump as she fought against the now overwhelming urge to pass out. "I...I can't...stay..."

She finally collapsed to the ground. "Please..." She whispered to the three that she hoped could hear her words as her over-exhausted body finally gave out. "Help them..." She whispered as she finally lost consciousness.

I believe King, Nac and Atomic are in a different area then where Tabaga and Ice's character are.

Just a heads up in case you want to edit your post. Tabaga and her new machine mutant friend are in the ruins of the academy and the others are in the Bamboo forest. If you want to edit, do so as you see fit. :)

"Something you have said intrigues me however. You claim you wished to have died with the rest of your race? From my memory I do not recall Planet Vegeta being in any great peril from the machine mutant forces, if anything the machine mutants were slightly losing overall as I recall."

Tabaga let out a short laugh as she stared at the ground and absently kicked at a few loose pieces of rubble. "I hate to be the one to tell you this, tin-man but I've never heard of a "Machine-mutant" and Planet Vegeta isn't in peril. It's gone. They burned it." Images of the flames washing across Planet Vegeta's surface made her flinch slightly.

"Even if Dr. Muyuu had retrieved my schematics I doubt the war would have shifted that dramatically in a mere ten years. Also you did not seem particularly perturbed by my appearance, which would set most pure organics on edge. Were your foes Machine Mutants and how long have you been at war?"

Tabaga finally turned to look at the Machine man and sighed. "You, my machine friend aren't the weirdest looking alien I've encountered over the years. And to answer your question, no. The people who wiped out pretty much everything weren't "Machine-mutants" whoever they are." Tabaga looked up at the sky and shook her head. "We never learned their real name but after they wiped out a few thousand of us over the first few months of fighting, we began calling them "The Scourge." We Saiyans had created an Empire that lasted only ten years before these crazy, black armored invaders started attacking the planets under our protection. They didn't take the planets by the way, they just wiped out all life and moved onto the next one. Eventually, they beat us back to Planet Vegeta and wiped the planet clean by burning it's surface. As far as I know, I was the last survivor." She shuddered at the feeling and memories of the odd golden power that had surged through her and allowed her to take her revenge on those who had destroyed her world.

She sighed after a moment. "We may not have been paragons of virtue but at least we tried to be fair to the people in the Empire. Everyone was equal. Everyone was treated fairly and no one was above or below each other. Even we Saiyans were subjected to the same laws as those under our protection. I don't know what we did to make them hate us enough to wipe us out to the last man but it must have been something pretty damn bad."

"Greetings Saiyan. If you have come to hunt me down I will oblige you with combat; however, as we have both just recently awoken I would prefer we exchange information rather than fight."

Tabaga turned around and her eyes locked onto a figure she had never seen before. It seemed like it was a machine of some sort. "I'm sorry whatever you are, I don't know who you are and I don't really want to fight you." Thoughts of her friends and the destruction of Planet Vegeta surged to the front of her mind and she sighed heavily. "In fact, I don't really want to do anything right now. I wish I had died with the rest of my race." She said quietly.

She looked around the destroyed city and looked back at the machine man. "I don't suppose you brought us here or you know where the hell we are? The last thing I remember...there was a figure. A really tall figure with a cloak around him. I didn't recognize him. He put me in the pod and told me I would be alright. Next thing I knew, the pod deactivated and I was here."
