Day 0 || Morning || Church

The young goblin rubbed the back of her head with a light scowl on her face after the light smack to the back of her head. Even so, seeing who it was, she let out a sigh and simply shrugged. She knew she was being impatient. She was also very hungry, and it all made her irritated the more about their situation. They hadn't seemingly been left anything but the three peculiar shrines sitting in this Church and Grandpa here to care for em' till the Hobs would bring food over the last few days. Was it the thought of a fool to want to get out and do something?

"Not like they gave us much here to work with, sis, probably hid the good stuff if there was any."

Letting out a small huff of a sigh after her more muted comment to Yzzi, Kir did at least try to reign herself in a little more. Some of the others here were a bit goofy, but at least that sister of hers was trying to keep a head on her at least. Not that she wasn't trying, but frankly it was getting more cramped feeling in here than it ought to be. Albeit it did not take long, though, for one of the Hobgoblins to simply walk in now with several pieces of fresh meat to enjoy. Her mouth watered at the thought of a bite to eat, finally, but some of the others began to mooch in as Yzzi talked to Grandpa about a weapon.

It was enough to make Kir very quickly back away to avoid the suddenly growing crowd of her siblings, letting out a sigh and running a hand through her hair before moving around to the Hobgoblins side near Grandpa. The pale white one that had entered first seemed to at least leave them the opportunity to make use of the animal parts at least. That was something. Plus she took a look over his armor and such to boot, which was quite interesting to say the least. Then there was the next one, who was more feminine, and frankly seemed to just glare at them. However, she did have some cool things on her as well that Kir took a glance at as she observed the Hobs. Cloak, spear, and...a rusty sword with some of the stuff scraped off? Cool.

The last two Hobgoblins seemed to be peculiar as well though. Neither female, but one was nearly brown with long meaty arms and the other was dark green skin with brown hair. Only the former seemed to speak, though, basically emphasizing what Grandpa had said despite a seeming offer of helping heal them if they were hurt? Ok. Then the latter seemed to have a pretty cool shield to boot.

Not much to tell from them all, but after looking them over herself Kir rubbed her chin with one hand. She could use 'that', see if one of those things was able to be recreated. Most likely she could, since one was a wooden spear and another was a simple rusty blade a goblin could manage. Still, she walked over to the pale looking one in particular and poked him a little to try to get his attention.

"Could I have the leftover parts of the catches brought in? Ah, the sinews and sinewy bits mainly, and any of the hides if possible."

It was worth an ask at least. Even if the answer was 'no', she was at least going to make the effort whilst her siblings were...distracted. But she had some ideas at least, something that might be useful beyond later simply trying her hand at recreating the weapons she'd observed so far today. Plus if she could get as much of those sinews and pelt as she could, maybe she could put them to more uses beyond simply her primary plan.

Luz hid the swords off-site, and only the other hobgoblin know where they are. She also recommends the other hobgoblin keep the location of the sword secret.

Day 0 || Morning || Church

It was so...so frustrating! To be so small, to not be able to move at first! Over the following days it would get better, bit by bit, until Kir found herself unable to sit still as soon as she was able to first move about. Moving about the church, looking for cool rocks or trinkets or such to grab up into her own little pile, examining the place, examining the others, all of it! If nothing else to get a better idea of things. Strange memories of someone that 'used' to be her hung in her mind as well, what they did and were and that basic stuff, but nothing more beyond that. She got the feeling they weren't her, but also 'had been' her at the same time. It was strange, in a way, but nothing she would think hard on for the time being at all.

After all, it was a new day! The day she could escape the church, and finally stretch her legs into the forest to get an idea of more things as well. But Grandpa had said to wait for the hobs to get back with their last meal...ugh! She wanted to ask about the layout of the forest, and get out there already to explore it all so she could get started! To this end, Kir was already pacing around the entrance to the church itself. She'd already snuck this far as soon as she could simply crawl it the night before, before Grandpa had drug her back!

"They need to get here already!" the admittedly attractive female goblin said aloud, before giving a light childish 'huff' and sitting down in front of the great doors.

Was she being impatient? Yes. But to be frank, living in a tiny body unable to move only a few days ago had left her with a desire to get some fresh air. Not that she wanted to die, that's why she was still here at the church after all, but to hell if she was sitting around forever. That, and being hungry was honestly probably getting under her skin just a little bit. Just a little.

A Cute Gobbo

Name: Kir

Gender: Female

Appearance: She is very beautiful and attractive, more so than other goblins.

Personality: A relentless individual who pursues her own goals and desires, and in simple one could call her ‘greedy’. Whilst her drive and bravery can lead her to push ahead valiantly, or frankly perform even laborious tasks if it means getting something out of it herself, they are also just as likely to lead her into trouble. Whilst she is very possessive of ‘what is mine’, somewhat like dragons from certain folklores back on Earth, at the same time she can be rather amicable and friendly and even get along in general in social situations otherwise.

Past Life History: A yes-woman, a flirt, a beauty, and a criminal tease who lived much her life using others to her advantage and benefit. A child who grew up with everything and wanted more, and used her wits and charm to turn heads and empty wallets for her own sake. However, whilst a skilled manipulator she would eventually fall onto bad times after trying to pick at the wrong target and see her efforts all for naught. In the end she would be forced to pick up the pieces of her life and come to terms with it, before finding a husband and actually settling down.

She would ultimately become an anime lover and a kinder person in this latter half of her life, and ultimately make more income on the side from selling super-detailed cosplay attire to others and selling pictures of her cosplaying to boot. She would even go to conventions alongside her also anime-avid husband, both getting exposure for her work and fostering a deeper connection with her beloved and eventually her own kids. In the end, however, she would die when a victim of her former shenanigans ran her over with a car.

At the time she was out walking with her husband, heading from a parking lot to an anime convention in the city for a ‘date night’. Both her and her husband died instantly from the impact, and the driver would die of her own wounds in the ambulance soon after.

Skill: "Recreate" - To put it simply, the wielder of this skill can create 'fake' copies of items/things as well as mimic/copy the skills/abilities/techniques/powers of other living things for their own use. In other words the wielder 'recreates' capabilities they have witnessed, and objects they have seen/encountered, for their own use.

To recreate something, all the wielder needs to have done is have seen/perceived said object or capability they wish to recreate. This is because their senses and mind in general have been altered and tweaked by this skill to passively read, analyze, and retain this sort of information in their mind. Even the history of a recreated object or capability (aka: skill/ability/technique/power) is perceived and recorded by the wielder's mind, though this is simply a way to make a 'more convincing and stronger copy/mimicry/recreation' by 'recreating' the history of the original and applying it to the copied/mimicked/recreated version. The storage of all of this information, however, allows the wielder to recreate items and capabilities to make use of them over and over and over again. Like a rapid-fire copy machine, basically.

However, as a rule of thumb 'recreated' objects and capabilities are always inferior in quality and power to the originals and would lose to them in these specific aspects in a straight 1-v-1 every time. They are, however, superior in quality to 'mimicries' created using magic and such otherwise, basically making these 'recreations' to be 'high quality but inferior copies'. Likewise, these 'recreations' are all still just temporary 'mimicries' of the originals that will fade away in due time (items fading notably slower than recreated capabilities). Further, this skill does not take growth into account. What this means more specifically is that, for example, if you recreated a warrior's spear and spear-wielding skills, you only have the information of 'what that spear and spear-wielding skill was like at that point in time'. If that warrior from before has since honed their spear-wielding skills more, and their spear was enchanted and made more powerful and reforged, then you would have to see them both all over again to be able to recreate the stronger versions in turn.

Further limiting this power is also the wielder's state of evolution, or the strength of their soul, so the stronger the wielder becomes through evolution the more powerful the objects and capabilities they can actually recreate. As a base goblin, for example, you couldn't recreate the skills of a hobgoblin or an item that only something stronger than a hobgoblin could wield for one reason or another...but could do so when it comes to other goblins and the things they can utilize or own. Or if a hobgoblin wields a weapon or shield or other item they made as or could still wield as a goblin, then a base goblin with this power could recreate those objects in such a case.

Further, something like a divine blessing given to or inherited by a specific individual can't be recreated. Certain powers like 'can shoot out webs cause they killed enough spiders', techniques that can be learned such as weapon-wielding techniques, skills like sewing, etc, can be recreated though.

Finally, as an aside, in the specific case of 'recreated objects' there is another catch. If you 'overload' them with magical energy, then they can very very briefly match the power of the original item they were based after. As a result, however, they are outright and immediately destroyed in the aftermath of using them in such a state.

As a simple base goblin, recreations of objects and capabilities last for up to a maximum of five minutes before disappearing. This time frame increases exponentially with each evolution, going up to fifteen minutes if they were to evolve into a hobgoblin. If a certain line of evolution somehow synergized with this skill, then the time limit would exponentially increase even further going farther down that evolution line.

As for what those shrines are they represent the 3 main Gods of this world Ramos, shirila, and duelvena There are gods for everything from food to hunts even to keeping yourself clean but each of them isn't as powerful as the 3 main gods I am about to tell you about. First, there is the god of light Ramos he is the god of light and he gives us the very sun we see during the day he is purity itself and as such is mostly worshipped by most creatures in one form or another. Ramos is the exact opposite of the goddess known as Duvelna she is the goddess of death and night. She is death itself and must be respected if not feared for with a single touch of her finger you are dragged down into the netherworld. She gives us the very moon in the sky. Finally, there is Shirila the goddess of the earth as she is the embodiment of the earth and life itself, she is also known as the eternal mother. She gives us the very plants that grow everywhere around us and gives life to it. She in tune with everyone that loves the earth as it should be.
