As long as you upload them with credit to the artist you should be fine. Can always ask customer support to make double sure.

As long as you don't sell them it's an issue of personal use which is legal.

True, but I meant it less as in "it's random for the characters" as much as "it's random for the players." I assumed they'd be paired up and then the IC explanation would be that it wasn't random at all.
