I'm in the Netherlands, so my hours are roughly 6-10 hours from USA. Issues came up later in the afternoon but, really, it shouldn't be a matter of time since servers are online day and night.

I'm dedicating Saturday (today, after I wake up) to the Guild, which will involve some admin stuff Hank and I have chatted about, but also a platform upgrade for the Guild's underlying software stack.

I've also been evaluating moving the Guild to a new host.

Has it been the host that causes these 502's? They're very frequent for me personally (like, every time I click a subforum, PM's tab, profile tab) where as others report having it once in a while. Maybe some ISP's have more trouble communicating with our current host than others. I'm not that savvy with this stuff so perhaps this is a stupid thing to ask. But I've not had any real problems with 502's before yesterday so I wonder how big the problem was, since it seemed to be serverside, but temporary.

I mean, most of those guys at Berkley seemed uptight white kids with a day off and a desire to spend it rioting for 'the woke cause'. So if that is what the American branch is, then I'll wait for more amusement to come out of that little corner of antifa.

@BuddhaWell, most of the people they attack aren't real fascists either. In fact, I think two skinheads actually infiltrated their group at Berkley.
They just label people "Fascist" because they don't like them or what they are saying.

Eh, I live in Europe, so we have a bit of a different background here. The antifa you posted is from Antifascistische Aktion I think. Both the groups that Antifa claims to fight and the Antifascische Aktion are monitored by intelligence agencies here. We have a very very different connotation with them. They are generally not just hippies with a stick or pepperspray here, either.

But yeah in Berkley, those guys were the real jokes. The AFA here is just... a joke but also kinda scary because they actually go out there and hunt people down instead of just inciting riots at protests.

EDIT: But they've calmed down a lot lately, hence I said we haven't really seen them. I can't remember the last time they showed up.

Words can't describe how much I hate antifa. Thankfully they haven't shown up in my country but then again we don't have large fascist movements to worry about. But they're scum of the earth.
