The Adventures Of Wisp Creep

The cheering died down and Patriarch addressed the crowd again. "I'm happy you were all here to see our family grow bigger. Do what you can to help our family keep growing, until eventually the entire city is one happy family. The Rockers-" There was a clear amount of distaste as Patriarch said the name of the only gang in the city that wasn't currently under his control. "-seem to have acquired a stranger, though we know very little about it. Keep your eyes open and be careful." Patriarch gazed at the crowd and it seemed as though his eyes, hidden beneath his mask, were staring everywhere at once. Then he stepped down and went back into his limousine along with his entourage of Parahumans and newly recruited family members. It seemed the event was over. The assembled crowd would talk and mill around for a bit before dispersing. When the crowd vanished the police officers around the perimeter would leave as well. What an exciting night...
@Xandrya Very nice character sheet. You have my...

Sophia Grandeur

Sophia listened to the conversation behind her, the three of them introducing themselves and seemingly having the intent to move together, at least if the somewhat painfully pointed words of the somewhat short boy who'd first starting talking. Nevertheless, Sophia felt no real inclination to wait for them or move back so she simply continued onwards, to her surprise the plain brown-haired boy elected to follow her instead, informing her his name was Callum. Sophia spoke in return, "Ah, my name is Sophia, I also come from Stairia, much to my regret. Your fear is realistic, but I for one will not be taking no for an answer, one way or another." She knew that several towns laid on the border between countries and thus were constantly a source of conflict, only making the mostly small villages resentful of both sides.

With that she continued walking downward into the valley, her long legs eating ground at a respectable rate, not quite a jog but not a relaxed walk either. "It seems I'm going to have to spend at least a night here, so it would be best to cover as much ground as possible and find somewhere to spend it. I don't know if anything lives here other than dragons, but I'd rather not find out at all, much less in the middle of the night yes?" Sophia seemed unused to the concept of travelling with another person and thus only referred to herself. After-all, for most of her travels company was something to be avoided as a young girl travelling alone, rather than sought out. Further-more her interactions with people had been primarily limited to servants, total strangers, and innkeepers, so some awkwardness was to be expected.

Lack of posting and a lack of communication. It's perfectly fine if you have something going on, have questions regarding something, or just want us to help give you ideas. Dead silence is a little less okay.

@Dead Cruiser I understand you don't want to make a post that effectively does nothing except establish your presence, but I would like it if you did.
Dawkin Trustram

Dawkin reluctantly returned Atlas to his pokeball and was forced to watch as a bystander, unable to do anything. "Seeing as this is a two versus one..." Though Martin couldn't have meant it that way and Dawkin was aware of that, he couldn't help but feel a sting at his words. Taken out of the fight to leave his partner on his own. He clenched his teeth and watched Martin continue battling, feeling a hint of bitterness towards himself, though he kept his expression neutral.

It looked like with Nincada on the field Martin would win this. Dawkin returned Martin's thanks with a cheery grin of his own, fake as it was, "Aha, well I'm glad you could clean up my mess." Only a bit self-decrepitating. He would need to make his own to a Pokémon center right away, train Atlas and Wooper some more and find another Pokémon to add to his team. Still he wouldn't be reckless and try to catch the first thing he saw like he had with Wooper, that had been a special case. Once he made it into town he would try to get some information about the variety of local Pokémon and try to make a decision from there.

I do think that's more of our, I know at least my, fault than yours. I definitely love the world you've made and would like to see more of it, especially considering how much work it seems you've put into it, it would be a shame to not be able to see all of what you've done. I hope you don't get too discouraged, but even if you do it was fun to see even a glimpse of what you've made.
Solomon

Ow. Ow. Ow. Every step was punctuated by a stab of pain in Solomon's side as the group moved along, protected by Ezain's sacrifice. Solomon felt a pang of regret. He felt if things had gone just a little differently Ezain wouldn't have had to die. They could've handled things better. Of course how were they to know the full extent of the danger they were going into. They hadn't been warned there would be hordes of lunatics down here waiting to kill them. They retreated in the light of Ezain's death to find themselves heading towards another light. Of course one might say the more pressing concern was the ravenous horde making noises of every kind behind them, seemingly wanting to chase them but prevented from doing so. Luckily for them, from the sounds of it... they wouldn't live for very long if that group found them. At least that was the best case scenario.

Suddenly the light they were heading towards flickered out. From the sounds of it someone was trying something in the dark. Solomon stood still so as to not interfere with whatever they were doing and spoke up, though he tried to keep his voice low, "Hey hey hey, what're you trying to do?" Wasn't sure who 'who' was, but if it was Isabella it probably involved swinging her sword at something, which given the last few times she'd done that, could end very poorly.

At this point your characters are free to spend a post or two strategizing, or if that's too lame for you, start running ahead with various strategies in mind. If you have a question regarding the rules of the game feel free to ask OOCly. Otherwise this should be a fun chance to better define your character's as well as explore general character and spell interactions.
But Bladedancer is one of the good guys so there should be no problems right.....? XD
Sofia Stien - Train yard

Sofia was bright-eyed and bushy tailed as she waited for the mission to start. Or at least as much as she could be. Another adventure. This time instead of freeing someone they were stealing somethin. She'd eaten a good breakfast, but not too big, had a nice solid lunch and a few snacks right before they left. Sofia was curious as to what exactly Broker could want them to steal. It must be something that couldn't be bought or else he would've already had it by now. Or perhaps it was just to send a message. Hm, it was really too much work trying to figure out things like that. "How much longer are we gonna wait?" Sofia asked in a secretive whisper, which really wasn't necessary but she thought it felt appropriate. After all they were basically ninjas right now.
