Okay so basically change the method of how he could control the bullet? Good then I will give you some powers that could be his quirk that could explain how he controls a bullet. If anything he could have a different quirk all together.

O'Ner felt so embarrassed into being talked into disguising himself as a woman, Even though he could have disguise himself as anything in the known world. But it was paramount that he uses this disguise to gain the trust of the group he was suppose to follow, Choosing to guise of a woman peasant. Having being dropped of by Azriel far enough form the camp that to give the illusion of him running away from the wolves that are tracking them.

O'Ner who came up with the name Laura Palmer for the name of the woman he was disguising himself as, Making sure to his magic to show the effects of her dress being cut, and his human like body to be cut and bruise. Running away form the wolves that were sent out to track the group a few hours ago, As Laura he ran in any direction thinking that he would eventually run into the group. Yelling and screaming hectically waving his arms while yelling for help.

He hoped that one of the people his group was tracking would notice a badly hurt woman, Falling over slamming his face into the hard ground breaking his nose. Oh how he missed being a human and the sensation of his body and emotions, But of course this was all an act and even with his disguise he was acting. "Help, Help me someone" Using his magic to change his voice to sound more feminine, Choosing a appearance of a pale white blonde hair looking pathetic and perfect to be helped by a passerby.

O'Ner Faister

"I could shape shift into many different animals or objects, And with the information i will send the information back to you via carrier bird" O'Ner turned to speak with Umber. He was confident in his shape shifting skills and had used this magic before and to alot of success. "Only if the commander is fine with my shape shifting and following them?" He asked turning to their commander. If he could not get his spies to infiltrate he will have to change his appearance to spy on others.

"I can change my appearance to look human, Although i do not know if they could smell my scent it would be a good idea to try and mask it" O'Ner answered Azriel thinking just for safety sake that he would not be found out by the humans. It would be quite awkward for him to transform into his true form while surrounded by his enemies.

I will change change his ability to only control the bullet, But he must have ammo for his weapons and without it he will be useless. However if that does not work for you then i can change his quirk to something more appropriate.

Combat Section:

Strength: Goro's strength's are keeping a cool head when in the heat of a battle, His quick hands which make him for a deadly duelist against his foes. Another strength of his is checking his surroundings and coming up with a plan on the fly, Using trickery and traps to try to get one up on a enemy.

Endurance: Goro has not alot of endurance because of his old age, So he likes to go slow and try to find a place to caught his breath. Because he cannot fight for long he usually resorts to his traps.

Willpower: Goro usually during a battle takes deep breaths, Trying to keep himself calm usually playing his guitar to help sooth him. He is determinate to finish his goals, And will put one hundred percent into the jobs he does either by himself or with others.

Speed: Goro is not very fast and because of his age he is slow, So he takes his time in very action he takes.

Reaction Speed: Goro is a quick draw, So he is quick to upholster his pistol.

Name of Quirk: Anaconda

Ability of Quirk: Has the ability to control the trajectory of bullets. The bullets he fires are apart of his quirk so he does not need bullets inserted into his gun to fire. Basically he has a unlimited amount of bullets.

Qualities of Quirk: Goro can move and control a bullet, So if he fires a bullet form a gun then he can control where the bullet goes and could potentially follow someone until it hits something.

Strengths of Quirk: Anaconda's strengths are that he can move a bullet until it hits his target or at the very least hit something that he can't see.

Weaknesses of Quirk: Goro cannot see the bullet if it get's out of his sight, So if a bullet gets out of his sight then he is blindly moving the bullet until it hits something.

Limits of Quirk: Goro needs to see who is shooting at, If not then he is going in blind in a way and it is harder for him to find his target. Also he needs a weapon to control the bullet, Without a gun or a weapon to fire he is as weak as a baby.

Biography: Goro was born in Hiroshima living with his grandmother who didn't really do much to take care of him, At the age of nine his grandmother died and he was put into foster care. In his foster home he lived with Yukako and Shigekiyo Nijimura. Yukako was a hairdresser and quite manipulative, While Shigekiyo was a factory worker and was a mean drunk. At a young age Goro would explore around his neighborhood or downtown for hours. Usually when he gets home he would be beaten by his foster father and locked into the storage closet for days on end, Because of this Goro has extreme claustrophobia.

At the age of sixteen Goro ran away form his foster family and became a thief steal and selling what he can to stay alive, At the age of 19 he joined the Yazuka as a hitman using his quirk to never miss his shot. And was known as one of the best and was given the nickname "Wild Bill", When he was forty-five he was given the job of killing other Yazuka leaders which he completed in the span of a day. Earning him coverage on the news, respect of his Yazuka family and a invitation to Blackened.

Personality: Goro is a level headed person that likes to keep a calm head during battle or stressful situations, Goro hates tight spaces and will become frantic when in a close space. Also when he has his anxiety attack he plays a tune form his guitar gun and singing a song, And or taking deep breaths while making quite strange faces.

For the most part he is quite friendly to anyone that returns the friendly gesture, Goro likes talking to himself out loud which can makes look at him in a strange manner. Having a deep hatred for child abusers and having quite warped sense of justice, Goro likes to drink and smoke cigarettes. Although he does not get drunk on the job but goes like to smoke during a job.
