@Lady Selune Oh no... A drunken paladin. This is going to trigger some things.

When he had returned, he had found himself out in the middle of nowhere. Everything was unfamiliar, and yet familiar. All things seemed to bleed Deja Vu. He couldn't tell if this was because the world was changed...or if it was he himself. Had he truly gone through the ordeal that he believed himself to have done these past few months, or was it always this time and place? The answers were out of reach, like his bearings.

When he had taken to wings, it was both familiar, and yet surprising. He almost didn't realize that he'd transformed. Part of him roared with delight, the curse was lifted! ...but then he had to question if the curse was real too. Perhaps the only curse was that his kind had been thrown into confusion all these years, and only now were they emerging. Yes, that might be it. The gods had driven them mad, and now it was over. Now...only the world was mad.

He'd still been miles from town when he decided to return to his humanoid form. He was hungry and thirsty, so he he had to conserve his strength. Thus, not long after there had been this giant dragon miles and miles away, it was gone...and into this town's area walked a gray-scaled warrior, instead. He moved with purpose, keeping his stomach in check as he concentrated on heading towards sustenance. There hadn't been any animals on the way in, otherwise he would've taken that. Many of the people in town stared, as was custom when a draconic being walked by, nostrils flaring as he pushed himself forward against his own limitations. The first vendor with any meat found him slapping down some gold and snatching the offered food without a word, before shoving it into his mouth. If it had bones, they crunched as he chewed, and soon he began to feel better.

One half of the equation was fulfilled, but he needed drink, as well. Polishing off the meat, he found what he was looking for: A tavern. All the patrons would soon find the door slammed open, as a dragon being of gray scales and armor came into their midst. He walked straight over to the bar, sat down, held up a taloned finger, and said in a rough voice.

"One."

The tavern master blinked.

"One what?"

"It doesn't matter. Strong, I suppose. Just give it."

The man shrugged at this, poured him some rum, and handed it over. The counter rattled as the dragon-thing put down some gold from its pouch. He stared at that pouch for a second, scrutinizing it. Hadn't there been more in there before? He thought he'd raided a tomb somewhere, or a tower, or something. He began to drink now, trying not to think too hard about it. Maybe it was better that he didn't know.
I'll be working on an intro post now.

@Gordoth The age marker was deliberate. It's marked that way in his SW character sheet, for laughs.

Transmissions of data have been performed wirelessly *through space* in Metroid Fusion. I speak of Samus' upgrades throughout the game. Because that was sent out and the bigwigs at the Federation learned everything about the X in almost real-time, we can presume that wireless signals sending large amounts of data is actually easy here.
@SimpleWriter@CAS1006 You kids behave now, you hear? You don't wanna be put in The Box for...

*Notes that Cassius is a cat*

Make that The Cone of Shame!
Well, at no point in time were the cat or the gargoyle really going to worry on decorum. So, for any that really expected that, the most you were going to get was that Morningstar was deeply loyal to the Supreme Ones and Garlock was a cat. That's the best offer you're going to get. The lady gargoyle wasn't going to hold back. She never held back. It was neither in her training nor her background to know how. And if Garlock EVER referred to anyone with much civility and grace...you can bet that it's only being done in order to mock you. Suffice to say, Morningstar DID try to calm herself when Volaris asked her to. She nodded her head respectively to the leader.

"I'm sorry, Lord Volaris. You know that I care about each and every one of the the guild for having made me welcome in the only place I rightfully call home."

There was alot going on here and much to determine and tell. The only question to it was what...and how. Morningstar would be motivated to find answers all the questions that were being asked, and perhaps still the ones yet to be known. It was a drive that Daryl had instilled in her. And while Garlock retained the natural curiosity of his species...what he really wanted to know was how terrible people were...and how to act upon them. They knew nothing, but soon he would attain a sizable picture for reference... Now, they were both getting orders to scout to the west of the cathedral when...a newcomer! Kat the kit had arrived, looking entirely clueless. You could just about see the Cheshire Cat grin on Garlock's obscured face.

"Yes, Brer Fox. You missed...everything."

Spoken with absolute sinister attitude for no other reason than to mess with him. Well, at any rate, they had their orders. And while Garlock did not really like orders, these ones involved going outside where it was warm and pleasant. What? Yes, he was a bad guy, but even bad guys can like it when it's sunny out. So, he turned around, raised a hand, and-

"Wait a second!"

-Morningstar stopped him in mid-act of departure. Garlock glared at her now.

"What?"

"Well, it takes a while, going from top to bottom of this place and back again. Give me a lift?"

There was a pause...and then Garlock simply went "No." and teleported away! Morningstar's surprise at this was only encompassed by her irritation as she shouted "You...cat of a biiitch!" and flew off at top speed to get out of the Cathedral's depths under her own power. It should be noted that stealth means two different things to these two creatures. To Garlock, it would be easy. He would romp around in cat-form once on the surface and generally look cute and adorable. For Star, well... Her idea of not being seen was to be flying very high up so that she was maybe a speck in the sky. It's not wholey certain how well that really worked, but she wasn't exactly a ninja, so it was at least an attempt.
@UltimoScorp@SimpleWriter@Kazemitsu Guys...seriously.

I wrote down Garrett saying that if you wanted to take a high-speed Federation transport, you should get Claypool to sign it out. And in my latest post, I had Zen say that all ships leaving here would have quarantine fields installed. They're not letting anybody leave here without that, regardless of what ships go where, but you HAVE the availability of ships and I indicated thus clearly.
