Alexander Nevsky

Listening carefully, it seemed that his Master had an interesting plan in mind, and at least it didn't involve replacing him. Nevsky couldn't speak to the value of individual cooperation like this, but it certainly couldn't hurt given what they were supposed to be doing, from his own knowledge. Of course it'd be a waste if they weren't traveling together, but that wasn't really his problem. Walgrave would have to be the one concerned by all of that.

For the moment though he kept silent, more engrossed in his food even if he kept an ear out on the conversation. It seemed that his Master had things well in hand, and he did not want to speak up for fear of ruining whatever his plan was. When it seemed like Walgrave needed his aid then he would do so, but until then he saw no reason to intervene. Eventually they seemed to settle things amicably, leaving Nevsky to go off with his Master on whatever they were going to do next.

Rising from his seat, he nodded to the duo that he had met previously. "Until next time," he said respectfully before following after his master, heeding the mental command. It was a pity to leave what was left of his food behind, but he would get back to it if he had the opportunity, and he had the feeling that this facility had more than enough to cope with the loss, given the amount of Servants present.

Coming to a rest, he surveyed the room as Walgrave issued his next commands, specifically to go and interact with the others, so he could give assessments of them. "Ah, very well my Lord. That seems like a wise course of action. I will do what I can," he reassured Walgrave without hesitation or worry. If his Master had a problem, they always had their command seals to use.

With that said he took his leave, moving away from him and towards the other servants who remained here at the moment. Some had left in the meanwhile but it wouldn't be a serious problem for him. It seemed things had gone along while he was distracted, but he couldn't complain too much about it. It wasn't like they had been waiting for him, and he had been distracted. But now that had changed, and he was more than ready to entreat with these other legendary heroes. Admittedly the Einzbern was involved, but there were plenty of other servants nearby as well.

"I appear to have missed the argument," he noted as he surveyed the scene. There had been one, yet it appeared that it had been resolved by the Masters present already. So much the better really, since a fight was the last thing they needed. "A pity I cannot suggest a contest that would treat us all equally." Because as it stood some Servants would obviously have an advantage in certain contests than others? That was just the nature of the divisions that had been created for them in their current Classes. Without knowing what was fully available in this facility, he couldn't really propose alternatives beyond reciting epic verse, and he had the feeling many here would not go along with that as a competition.

"But I shall have a go regardless," he said, looking towards Kintoki. He had no doubts as to his chances in this regard, but he was willing to try anyways. Stranger things had happened, and when else would he get the opportunity but in a festival such as this? Perhaps there was some way beyond mere applied strength to gain the victory.

@Flamelord

We have tried to be understanding and supportive of you, but this apathy of yours is infecting every post we see from you in every RP. You clearly do not care and it is harming everyone you interact with.

What is going on, Flame?

I think you are reading too much into it, in that I have not noticed such apathy in tone from my posting. But if I am proving to be such a damage to the enjoyment of the other players then I am more than willing to drop out for the greater good of everyone else.
Alex didn't bother sticking around to explain what he had meant, since the bartender had somehow missed the sarcasm o arrive at the exact opposite of the conclusion that he was trying to explain. If the Imperator had really wanted it done quickly, then perhaps she shouldn't have opened it up to the public rather than relying on her own assets. He knew enough about people to understand that the public didn't really do 'quick'. But hey, that wasn't his problem now was it? He could stay concerned with his own fortunes as he returned home for the day.

Making it back home, he unlocked the door of his apartment and stepped inside, putting down some of the stuff that he had brought back wit him from Arcadia. No riches or what have you, but mostly the stuff he had brought with that he hadn't lost at some point. Losing the airship hadn't made that feat easy though, so it was much diminished from what he had brought with him on the way out.

Yet he had barely done that when he heard the knock on the door. Turning to face it, the robotic voice caused a bit of confusion, but Alex took a second to straighten himself up before stepping over to the door and opening it. "If my kindly government had looked they would see that I was in Arcadia, and I can't really pay taxes while on a trip. Now how can I help you, Mr...."

Will try to get a post up soonish.
Masae Kanegawa

With all her stuff left in her locker, Masae could finally get on with actually enjoying the festival. Since Aderyn would be busy it meant she didn't have to wait around and could instead enjoy herself in the various attractions that the festival had to offer. Hopefully it would be worth the time to look into. She had some time before responsibility called once again.

Immediately present was the cafe being run by the Ivory Masks, and she made some note to check it out later. Because of her late morning she didn't really feel hungry at this point, and she wasn't friends with that many in the guild so didn't see the point in swinging around there before she had a need to eat. She had the feeling that they wouldn't really notice her absence, much less care. It wasn't as if she was a massive socialite or something. The same could be said for most of the food stalls around the school, though she might change her mind if she caught something interesting. But until now she had no intention of eating just yet.

So what else was going on? Well, there was the sports tournament in the gym, but that wasn't really her thing. There was the dunk tank, and she considered going by that at some point. It could be fun, even if she wasn't that confident in her aim. Nonetheless she got underway, wandering the halls of the school to see what there was to do around here. How bad could it be?

Indeed she had a fairly good time when it came down to it, exploring the various stalls. There were a lot of cultural stands that she enjoyed, both in terms of the music they played, the samples they offered, and the small crafts that were otherwise available to try out. She couldn't help but get a bit nostalgic, remembering her home country because of it, and she made sure to get a small memento if she could. She liked Japan and had settled in, but it would never be her original home. For now she perused the stands that lined the various halls and enjoyed herself. All in all, a fairly good day.
Tatiana Lorenz

It seemed that her suggestion was unneeded, but she wasn't surprised by that. That was why Shizuka was a commander after ll, and she just had to follow orders. Without some idea of the tactical situation beyond this mountain, she didn't need to go screwing this up for their faction.

At last Shizuka had some more instructions for her as she wandered about the teleporter room, making sure that it was secure from any potential trick. Here in enemy territory they couldn't take any chances, regardless of developments outside the mountain. Their attention turned to the mech present, and she joined the commander as they went about liberating the pilot from the robot that she was trapped in. That was certainly interesting, but at the moment they had other things to be concerned about.

"My name is Tatiana," she corrected for what it was worth as Shizuka instructed her to help secure their new prisoner. She had the feeling it wouldn't be very difficult though, and nudged the angel to see if she was still alive. With her unconscious and practically dead it looked like their equipment wouldn't be in much danger from her. Nonetheless she went about applying handcuffs to keep her in place, before adding a med pack to try and stabilize her. It'd ruin the point if she died while in their custody.

Glancing between Shizuka and their prisoner, she kept a rifle at the ready as she spoke. "So what are we using her for," she asked, just wondering what the commander was thinking. It wasn't like they were obligated to take prisoners at this point.

A huff of annoyance escaped as the demon emerged relatively unscathed from her initial strike, but she didn't worry about it too much. He might have managed that but he was outnumbered and outgunned. There was no way that they would lose to him that easy, she knew that for a fact.

Yet she was caught off guard by the demon not fighting back, and instead raising his hands in defeat and then having the gall to complain at her for something she couldn't have known in the heat of the moment. At least he was offering to leave, though that didn't stop her from halting in midair and training both rifles upon him in case of deception. He was a demon after all, so they had no reason to simply trust his good word that he was actually going to do what he claimed and retreat. If you simply trusted the word of a demon you were liable to get burned, and she didn't. Not for a single second.

Yet ultimately it wasn't up to her, and Shizuka held back the attack so she did the same. She could only grumble as the demon was taken up on his offer and left the teleporter room unmolested, so the two Machina could get back doing what they needed to do without having to worry about being attacked. That just left them here, with a volcano that was feeling more and more unstable every second.

Holstering her rifles, Tatiana dropped to the ground before looking to Shizuka. "I think we need to get out of here, sooner rather than later. Hibiki had better hurry up before we all get roasted." She had no desire to experience that, at least today.

Tartys

Stumbling inside, Tartys paused momentarily as the voice of Torag rang in her head, indicating to her that the battle was over due to a settled truce. That came as a surprise, and to be honest she found herself more than a bit discontented by it. It did prevent additional loss of life, but it also meant that they had to cede their victory, when they had been so close to actually winning this fight. What had there been left to challenge them, aside from that abomination fighting their 'ally'.

Still, she wasn't the one in charge, and could only accept it. Resuming her motion, she was soon able to find one of the makeshift medical areas where she would soon be patched up and ready to get to the fight once again, or to wherever they were sent next. It was better than nothing she supposed, since she wouldn't be seeing any more action on this day.

Though if the mountain could stop feeling like it was going to explode, that would be great.

The mission had proceeded fairly nicely thus far, that much was obvious. There had been no real trouble even as they headed for their new destination, and Tatiana would admit that she was getting a bit of an itchy trigger finger. She had come all this way, yet not a single fight had occurred that was worth mentioning. There were those grunts, but they hadn't really stood a chance. She wanted something that was worth her time.

Before they could actually get there though, she found herself interrupted by a message from Hibiki, warning her that an enemy had appeared in the teleporter room that required her attention. "On my way," she replied swiftly, wasting no time in idle chit chat. They couldn't let anything happen to Shizuka, or else they'd be cut off from their escape.

At that point she abandoned stealth, turning on her heels and activating her armor fully as thrusters flared to life with aa burst in the air. Wings extended slightly to allow for greater maneuverability as she took off, practically flying down the hallways as she retraced her steps back to the teleporter room. At the same time she prepared for combat, adjusting inputs and vectors slightly to maximize her flight speed. There were a few close calls, but she didn't crash and that was what counted.

Quickly she arrived and assessed the situation. Turrets hammered away at a demon, while Shizuka had her blade ready. Into that flew Tatiana, another gun springing to her grip from her holster as she dynamically entered the room, moving along the wall as she fired. The biotic rifle and her standard plasma rifle would hopefully do some damage, and she kept up the fire to give Shizuka time to do what she needed to do. Now she could have a real fight.

Masae Kanegawa

If it wasn't so early in the morning, Masae probably would have been more put off by Aderyn suddenly appearing in front of her in nothing but a towel. As it stood she rubbed her eyes while listening to that angry tone, not expecting that it would have been such a big deal. But that was mornings for you, and really it wasn't too surprising where Aderyn was concerned, if only because the noise seemed to indicate that she hadn't had her coffee yet.

"Well then," she replied as Aderyn suddenly remembered where her shampoo was and returned to the bathroom. "...Sure, I guess," he called as her roommate asked to use her shampoo at the same time. It seemed she didn't have much choice in the end, but she didn't mind really so long as Aderyn didn't use all of her shampoo this one time.

While she was busy with that Masae moved into the kitchen, ignoring the coffee as she went about preparing her breakfast for the morning ahead. Eggs, sausage, there was nothing that bad about it. Soon enough Aderyn joined her, partaking of her coffee at the same time as she gathered her stuff to head out for the day. Masae didn't look like she was in quite the same hurry as her roommate was, that was clear.

"Alright, sounds good to me," she confirmed as Aderyn told her that she would be meeting with someone from her DGO guild. That earned an internal smirk at the same time, matched with a sigh from her at the news. So much for the war not being that big of a deal, huh? But she didn't mind that much, that was just how Aderyn worked and she didn't hold it against her. The fact that it distracted from their promise to play DGO together only helped as well. "Have fun."

She ended up leaving the apartment some time after Aderyn did, and headed towards Purple Crown Academy to get to work. At least her schedule was lax enough to allow for this, and yet she didn't waste time lollygagging along the way. Passing by some girls at the front gate, she headed to go drop her stuff off in her locker for safe storage before getting to work. This was definitely going to be a busy day for her.

Tartys

Things could definitely be going better. At least the immediate problem of people throwing down attacks that would destroy the entire area with no regard to faction or allegiance. That had been more than a bit annoying, and Tartys was given the opportunity to relax and bit and try to recover, even as she dealt with the invisible unit that had proven such an issue before.

Her blow allowed Omega to finish it off though, which was better than nothing at all. With her blast of magic fading away, Tartys sagged a bit under the pain she was currently experiencing. She gasped for breath, shoulders heaving as she struggled against the burning inside of her from protesting muscles, practically blinded in one eye. Needless to say she could be better, even if she had managed to fight Henry to a standstill that one time. This was a bit outside the realm of her experience.

That recover was interrupted by the shaking of the ground, and Tartys was able to look over to see that both the Machina and the Angels had taken this to another stage, though how much Juno could be considered an Angel was very much in debate at this point. She hadn't done a good job of proving her allegiances thus far after all.

Her musing was interrupted by Omega, who moved close before ordering her to retreat from the field. She was loathe to do so, but in her state she supposed she had little choice. At the very least it would give her some time to heal without being repeatedly attacked by whomever came around. "Alright. Take care," she replied before heaving herself forward and back towards the volcano, to enter the fortress itself and recover from her wounds. Hopefully all these previous attacks hadn't overloaded their medical facilities.
