@my Lalia Seems viable.
@RomanAria What sort of camp do you work at? Unless you're attending one instead. Either way... I work at a Boy Scout Camp. Fun stuff.

I'll try to get a post up later today. If not today, then tomorrow.

Btw, I'm leaving for camp on Saturday. So, I may be dropping several RPs until I get back from camp. Now, I don't exactly want to kill Ama, as I do like her and this RP, but I'd like to figure out a way to get her out of the picture for a while, until I return. It'll be a 5 week break from RPG, sadly. Help would be appreciated. :3
@NarayanK I'll just change my avatar. Again. -shrugs-
Criston sighed as the question was asked. When would his mother come back? It was a good question, one he really didn't know the answer to. "She'll be back in a few days. I apologize on her behalf but she had some things to attend to before meeting you all."

As he turned to speak to the girl, Criston noticed a female with a camera taking a snap shot of the group. An eyebrow raised, he waited for the camera to lower.

...

"Kathy!" He shouted, immediately getting up to rush over and give the girl a hug, ready or not. "It's so good to see you well. You... are well, aren't you?" He asked, a smile on his face. It wasn't that he didn't enjoy seeing Carmen, but he honestly hadn't expected to see Kathy. It was a refreshing surprise.

He chuckled as she stared at his hair, a grin on his face. "My hair's longer than yours now, huh?" He remarked, pulling his long white hair over his shoulder to show it's length. "I took an oath that I wouldn't cut my hair until this conflict was resolved. Though... I might have to uh... skirt myself around that one. I mean, it wouldn't be good to trip over my own hair in the field of battle, now would it? Wait... Maybe someone can braid it for me..." Criston rambled, a hand up to stroke his chin in thought.

"Ah, well. I'm just glad to see that you're back." He shouted again as he wrapped his arms around her and picked her up slightly. Putting her back down, he continued, "Have you heard from anyone else, Crash? Alex?" He asked, his eyes soft as he looked down on her. "Crap, where are my manners!" He suddenly shouted and then motioned for Kathy to follow him to the bar.

"Carmen, you might want to turn around now." He spoke, a playful tone to his voice. It had been a very long time since he'd seen those that left and he was very, very happy to see them alive and well.
@Raijinslayer Myself, personally, I would have it affect his soul to some degree. Even Lily's soul is affected by the mere presence of demonic or unholy beings/things around her. Now, it probably won't hurt or corrode it, but it'll definitely leave him with a VERY uncomfortable feeling, or he may even feel tired or something like that because of it. If... that makes sense.
Rosey is Drow accepted O.O

Could you do me a favor and PM her to me and I'll have another quick look over her and let you know. I think she'd good but I'd rather have another once over to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Also, to everyone...

I'm going to allow optional short stories. This means that you can collab with people for characters that aren't your 'main character.' Collabs must be done in another pad or other collaborative writing software and must have a clear ending or goal. They are to be put in hiders so that those that wish to read it may and those that do not will not have the IC cluttered with them. So ye... :D

I tried... Lol.
@Animal It looks good, just remember that the curse affects ALL dragons. Every single one of them, Allen is no exception. The only reason Brako is safe is because of Isolde's magic. If he knew someone as strong as Isolde, he could have them pull the same stunt, making the target appear younger than they really are to foul the curse. However, like Brako, his powers would be greatly weakened. o-o;
Ivy Moss, at least that's the name they gave her, was sitting on the truck of a friend's car, a cigarette between her lips.

"Any chance you know a guy named Leonard Parks?" Ivy asked, flicking her poor excuse of a flip phone shut.

"Ahh... Not that I know of, why?" Rachel asked, looking over. The red head had been Ivy's friend for a few years now and was someone she enjoying hanging out with on her off days.

"Eh, no reason. I gatta go." Ivy replied, hopping down. She lifted her arms and began tying her hair up as she looked over at Rachel. "I'm meeting that friend again today." She explained winking.

"Ohhh! So that's the reason for the nice geddup, I get it." Rachel replied, giggling to herself.

"Well, you're not completely wrong. But still, I don't need to impress him. I just... I don't get to dress up like this very often with my profession." Ivy explained, chuckling as she touched up her make-up in the mirror of the car.

"You mean... Being a painter?" Rachel asked, raising a brow.

"Yep! Can't get my nice clothes dirty, now can I?" Ivy responded, smiling. With a nod to Rachel, she turned and walked down the sidewalk with a bounce in her step. "See ya, Rach!" She called over her shoulder, raising a hand to wave at her. It was never easy lying to your friends and one day, she might have to leave Rachel. Things were getting a bit too close, too many questions. At least, with Ulysses there weren't any question.

As she rounded the corner, she noticed a suit and upon closer inspection found that it was the man in question.

"You know... I didn't take you for a suit guy." Ivy joked, patting him on the shoulder. She, herself, was wearing tight black leggings, a short frilly, flowery skirt and a pale blue top that was loose fitting and showed off her smooth shoulders. "'Sup, Superman? Save some lives today, or what?" She asked jokingly. She'd always called him that in jest because of how indestructible he thought he was. "Come on, let's sit down." She told him, smiling, waiting for the inevitable reaction to her choice of clothing.
He smiled at Carmen's reply. "Well... I suppose that's par for the course. They'll listen eventually, even if I have to bring this inn down myself." He returned, sending her one of his signature, "I might be up to no-good." smiles.

Criston blinked as the girl who had introduced herself as Rika to the reaper-esque fellow spoke to him.

"Ahh... Call me Criston, please." He told her, a smile on his face. "And, you miss the point. Being able to rebuild the inn isn't the issue." He explained to her, his eyes softening a bit. He motioned his head to the older fellow behind him who was currently making drinks for the other patrons in the room. "See, destroying the property of those that have lent it to you is rude, especially when it has been given so graciously. There is a certain... element to the emotional attachment felt to a certain place, especially when you have lived there your entire life. Hey, Alvin, how long have you live in this inn?" Criston asked the inn keeper, turning his head to look at him.

"Ahh... Nearing 30 years, sir." Alvin answered with an awkward smile.

"Now, if you destroy his inn, you won't only answer to me, you'll answer to Maria Cross. And ah... trust me when I say, you'd rather deal with me than with her. I know I've had my ass handed to me on more than one occasion... He explained, shaking his head at the sudden memories of sneaking into the girls' dorms. A small chuckle escaped his lips at the memory.

"As far as the question about magic goes... I'm not really sure. I've been a magic user all my life but I've heard several different theories as to how it actually works. Mom... Maria, that is, tells me it's based around our energies, or our mana reserves. And the power of the spells lie in the words we use to bring them to life. I mean... I could go on and on about what I learned about magic from my mother but honestly, you'd probably be better hearing it from her. I'm not the expert on it." He explained rather lengthily. "And... the chicken and the egg question? I'm not really sure. There's far too much crap going on in this world for me to be worrying about some proverbial chicken and egg. My mind goes to the friends and loved ones I've lost, the faces of those who died in battle and worse, the faces of those who never found the rightful burial they deserve so forgive me if I refrain from even considering the question." He added, smiling at her curtly.

It was then that he saw a flash of light beside him and before he could turn to look and see what had happened, Carmen sat there, talking to the reaper fellow. He blinked, staring at her. "You're getting quite speedy with that, aren't you?" He asked, chuckling. "Anyway, is this Grimm I see? How are you today?" Criston asked, a soft smile held on his face.
