Charlie grew up in a relatively average household. She lives in a small magical apartment with the muggles as fellow residents. She has a platonic relationship with her brother, Jay as they barely agree on anything and can get into some messy fights every now and then because they both are very headstrong. Turns out Jay went to Durmstrang while she was sent to Hogwarts.

Ash The ash wand cleaves to its one true master and ought not to be passed on or gifted from the original owner, because it will lose power and skill. This tendency is extreme if the core is of unicorn. Old superstitions regarding wands rarely bear close examination, but I find that the old rhyme regarding rowan, chestnut, ash and hazel wands (rowan gossips, chestnut drones, ash is stubborn, hazel moans) contains a small nugget of truth. Those witches and wizards best suited to ash wands are not, in my experience, lightly swayed from their beliefs or purposes. However, the brash or over-confident witch or wizard, who often insists on trying wands of this prestigious wood, will be disappointed by its effects. The ideal owner may be stubborn, and will certainly be courageous, but never crass or arrogant.

Core Name As a rule, dragon heartstrings produce wands with the most power, and which are capable of the most flamboyant spells. Dragon wands tend to learn more quickly than other types. While they can change allegiance if won from their original master, they always bond strongly with the current owner.

The dragon wand tends to be easiest to turn to the Dark Arts, though it will not incline that way of its own accord. It is also the most prone of the three cores to accidents, being somewhat temperamental.

A very headstrong girl who stands up for what she thinks is right, Charlie is a very approachable person. She's known to hold lots of peaceful rallies and speaks up for her different projects

Charlie has a tendency to bite her nails when she's nervous or just thinking about something. She also walks with an almost peculiar bounce in her step wherever she goes which usually earns her some confused stares ("did she win the lottery or something?)

Angel Academy is a boarding and day school for youthful, elite angels to receive the education they need to manage their powers and help the human world.

Angel Academy is located in the sky on a gleaming meadow. The grounds are taken care of and mowed by numerous gardeners, providing the students with a beautiful atmosphere to relax in. Angel Academy also houses a couple of lakes and rivers for sports activities and swim teams. Take a stroll in the nearby woods (in the safe area of course) or relax under the stars in the clearing. The grounds are primed for your comfort.

Angel Academy is known for housing some of the oldest buildings in the heavens, having educated students since the start of Planet Earth. Make sure that any new students have a map or else they may get lost!

Students usually are boarded in double rooms, with a roommate. They have to learn to live together peacefully, much like angels and humans have to do.

A NOTICE ABOUT AGE OF ANGELS:
The average life span of an angel is around 700 years. If they live much longer than that it means that they are meant to continue their duties. These angels are regarded highly among society.

RULES:
1. Do not be rude to each other, please. Resolve all disputes peacefully.
2. GM's word is law (Co GMs too except a bit less so)
3. Romance of course is allowed but please keep it PG 13 otherwise fade to black or continue it in PMs
4. Have fun!
