Am still here too!

Cool deal. Just cheking. So question then. Would we prefer skipping ahead to the event that gives us all powers? Like if we could get one quick round of posts I could do another cuts cent and skip ahead to the next day, get us through this intro part and onto the fun stuff?

Yeah that would be good for getting the pace back on.
Interested, will get a character sheet up soon!
@Inertia I misread it then, I'll fix it when I'm at my comp again, do assume it's accurate until then for posting purposes, if it pleases you all.

No problem at all, it still flowed well, was just a bit thrown off haha!
Lovin' the posts, but @Eisenhorn I don't think there's three Witchers just yet, only mine and @Sini's character's are witchers. @agentmanatee's character has yet to make an appearance.
Got a post up!
@Sini

Areir bit himself, it wasn't just the biting cold of the impending winter that did so. Dijkstra, had one of his messengers summon him to a place, in particular the seven cats inn. Areir was heeding summons from a not so honest business man, but at this point, with the few leads he has of the Wild Hunt ran cold, he realistically had no choice. The eagle head of his Witcher medallion bobbing to and fro from his neck as he rid his horse.

Each breath becoming more visible with each step as the temperature rose, Areir tightened the once draping, ragged cloak around him in response to the growing, stinging cold. He looked around him, the smell of death and despair subtly present in the area. Much like many other places, however probably not as bad, the east of Novigrad was riddled with poverty and evident pauperism. The walls around him were in disrepair, but the people were worse off. People huddled around small, dying bonfires, their hands etching near the edge of the flames, trying to wring as much warmth as they can before the embers ebbed away.

Areir dismounted wearily, he slowly sauntered next to the fading fires, his armor clinking against the frozen cobble, and weaved his hands against the empty air, risking looking like a madman to people unknown. A small stream of concentrated fire shot from his left hand, revitalizing the once dwindling flames. The small crowd of people huddling near the fire either shot him surprised looks, some looks of enmity and others flashed small smiles of bitter gratitude. Arer simply shook the glares off and mounted his horse once more.

The eastern area of Novigrad were the result of a power struggle between the nobles, not giving a single damn about the inhabitants, instead the coins that jingled in their pockets. The biggest cities do tend to have the poorest of inhabitants, as is the growing trend in Novigrad. He clicked his tongue at this, even though he's had not much power to realistically do anything about this. He somberly looked at the flames as he passed by more huddled crowds, being reminded of that one looming night. The sounds of screams and steel clashing. He bit his lips, and despised himself for being powerless that night.

The Seven Cats Inn came into view, Seven Cats, huh, maybe I'd fit in? he thought to himself as the building got closer and closer. He was a bit fatigued from the long travel, as he spent a few days on horseback. He dismounted his horse and left him near a trench of bucketed water, the horse greedily guzzling down the water. As he was making his commute to the inn, a white and grey bearded man bumped into him before he could enter, the man not even turning back, not that Areir really cared, but he was plenty sure it wasn't by accident.

Areir entered the inn, with it having the same atmosphere as outside, silent and somber, sometimes high pitched giggles that pierced the stillness. The smell of 'beer' meeting his nose. Not many actually propped their heads up, but the few that did averted their eyes when they meet Areir's own amber eyes. His medallion lazily swayed back and forth as he made his way to the seats.

His eyes gravitated to a sullen man, wearing a long cloak, laced with obvious hints of armor. Areir could also easily feel that this man wasn't a normal man, his aura gave off hints of experience and memories. He tread towards this man, and sat next to him near the benches. He looked at the bar maid and held two fingers up at her, she looked irked but complied nonetheless, bringing him two kegs of beer. He handed her a few coin, and slid the drink next to the man.

"So, what's a Witcher doing around these parts." He asked, trying to start a conversation, knowing well that Witchers are normally the 'lone-wolf' types. He also had his doubts, the most likely answer being that he himself was also summoned by Dijkstra.

Kazuki's eyes began to widen as the lightning thundered and burnt the screen of the play. A slender woman came speaking out, and much like the others equalists that the past avatars had dealt with, she was crazy. His eyes came to a deadly glare when the lady had started bending all four elements, as if the Avatar was just some sort of gimmick, and apparently she just attacked this place because he was here, Kazuki was not very pleased.

"You speak of equality, yet you attack those that cannot defend themselves?" Kazuki spat out, his eyes still wearing the same expression, "You not much different from your predecessors, Equalist." at this point, Kazuki has gotten up, and was making streaks of fire with enough power to defend himself and the panicking crowd from the flying debris of different elements. There were a few stuck between them and the masked equalist who were now blocking the entrances.

One of the more 'braver' Earthbenders got up and had attacked the masked individuals defending the entrances, to let people leave, however, his coarse breathing and hands lightly quivered said otherwise, he would otherwise applaud his bravery against adversity but now wasn't the time. Another seemed to follow, encasing the terrorists in ice, that would atleast slow them down as they could most probably bend fire.

Kazuki followed up by rising the Earth on a few of them, effectively immobilizing them for majority of the fight as they could not access their stance. He glanced back at the woman, the pseudo leader, and waited for her next action, whilst simultaneously taking note of the panicking crowd.

Ayy done posting, a bit short I think my bad.

Kazuki eyed the rather grandeur theater, a sense of distraught plaguing him. During his traverse to the theater, his clothes were prim and proper, tightly holstered all over his body. When he arrived though, everything had mysteriously come loose and lazily draped over him. He was never really one for discomfort, so now he looked like a normal person, unbefitting of what the Avatar should look like.

"Crap." he thought outloud, "I think I'm late."
Kazuki had also gotten a bit lost during the commute, and had to ask a random passerby for directions, who then pointed opposite of where he was actually meant to go. With an embarrassed expression, he bowed and started walking the opposite direction.

Standing infront of the ticket vendor, howling at the people in the hall to buy tickets to the play. Kazuki patted his clothes, and with a raised eyebrow, he actually forgot his 'VIP' pass. With another exasperated sigh he walked up to the rebroadcasting man,

"... Ticket please." he said, now fishing for 25 Yuans in his pocket. As soon as his money was handed in, the man eyed the money, as if he thought it wasn't real. After glancing back and forth towards Kazuki and the Yuans, he handed him a ticket whilst giving him a stink eye, saying

"Enjoy the show."

Man was Kazuki not suited for things like this.

As soon as he entered, he accidentally closed the doors a bit too hastily, the resounding thud making a few heads turn back at him. A bead of sweat flowing down his forehead, he bowed once more,

"Sorry."

The once quiet theater was replaced with some light whispering,

"That guys is so rude."
"Doesn't he look familiar?"
"Is that the Avatar? No way, he would be in the VIP seats."

Unfortunately I forgot to bring my pass, Kazuki thought to himself, slightly embarrassed again and now trying to find an open seat. He eyed an empty seat near the edge, with a woman taking the edge of the row. Fighting himself, he finally lightly tapped her shoulders,

"Uhh, hey, is this seat taken? he whispered, giving her a light, fraught smile.
